So this sounds like it could be a really good roleplay but it needs some work. It's a very empty world try adding some backstory and develop the world. Give information such as when is this set, is it modern time or is it in the past? How do the people with powers get their powers? Is this on earth or a different planet? If it's on earth what is different about it from our own earth?

Honestly this really sounds like a roleplay I put up here a few months ago and it probably could have been a lot better if I had fleshed out the world a lot better.
