I just got back in from being out of town. Caught up today via iPhone on the trip home but there's no way I was posting anything of length from that interface. Ugh.

Give me a day to recuperate and I'll have a post up tomorrow sometime. I was hoping you guys would have a novella for me to read upon my return. :p

Hey all, sorry for the ridiculous delay on my post. I assure you all that it's pretty out of character for me to be that late. I just got a new job though, and by the time I finish I have just been too beat to post. But I feel pretty well acclimated now, so I should be good to go from here on out!

EDIT: Oh yea, I don't think my spell components are up. Just whenever you have time I would like to be able to figure out what I need/have.
And a few questions:
Do I start with the components to use the spells I already know?
What how much of each component do spells use? (I guess components will just be measured out in terms of uses? You start with two uses of cure light wounds, etc?)
How much/how many uses of components do I get to start with?

Just stuff I would like to be clear on before the fighting starts.

Good to have you back! It seems like it has been a hectic couple weeks for us all; Celedia out of town
Honor Guard's accident, my accident & new house, Usui's stressful business. Hopefully things will settle
down, but alas, such is life!

EDIT: Minibear, I will get your spells up today. I forgot to add them amidst all the turmoil. As far as components
go, I think I mentioned that once you obtain them, you keep them perpetually for re-use. This being, some
of them are INCREDIBLY hard to get for your average Joe. Like, $10000 gps for a diamond, etc. That is why
you will be able to find them, and buy the lest costly ones. I believe you said you are allowed to start off with
a certain amount of spells, in which case you'd already possess the items to cast it. Hope that clears everything
up.

Indeed a hectic week for certain!

I did have myself checked out by a physician in other related news. Nothing was wrong and prescribed a few pain pills for any minor aches I may have experienced.

I do hope all is well for everyone else. Nothing broken, Cynic?

Thus far, I am very pleased with the writers we have and everyone's starter posts. I
believe this roleplay has a lot of potential, therefore I will strive my best to make
sure it does not dwindle. We have had a slow start and I am worried if anyone has
lost interest, so I will ask now is there anything any of you would like to bring up,
or anything I can do myself to further improve our activity? I have big plans for the
story-line - plots I'd hate to see go empty. I am going to post again tonight to
perhaps get the blood-pumping. Something exciting. Maybe a bit of blood...we'll see....

Nah, what kind of guy would I be if I was scared off by a little bit of advice? I'm not that far up my own ass yet.

I'll try what you said and maybe that'll help. Plus, maybe when we move on I'll have more to draw on. I'm going to try the arrogant braggart (because that's what I see Brad Pitt's Achilles), that's something I haven't done before. And that opens up for a bit of characterization for me to play with.

That being said, the characters that I make and just fall in love with, those are the easiest for me to write. They also have their own quirks which make them fun for me to write.

Eh, we'll see on the next round of posting, huh?
