Fieht had found that only five of her men had died, which wasn't bad at all, for the kind of fight they had. She was heading to the farmhouse, where she had seen them take the captain when the sound of hoofbeats caused her to turn. There walking towards her, was the horse she had ridden, once it reached her, it nuged her with it's nose snorting the way a hungry and tired horse would. Fieht would have laughed if she wasn't in pain, instead she simply smiled, this one a kind and gentle smile. "You hungry girl? I'm pretty sure that your tired after that run you had." Still smiling Fieht spotted one of her men, in fact it was Adgar. "Adgar! Go to the stables and see if there is any grain left! While your at it look for a horse brush!" Adgar looked up from what he had been doing in surprise, then he spotted the horse. "Aye boss!"
Fieht watched as he ran to the stable, and hoped the fire hadn't ruined everything, for the horses sake, at the least. Knowing the horse would most likely follow, Fieht turned and made her way to the farmhouse, once she reached it, she leaned against the doorframe(she wouldn't go closer because of the smell) and slid down, so that her back was still against the frame. She saw that Carri was busy, so she would wait her turn. While she did so, she took off her black overcoat, revealing her long sleeved white shirt that had been underneath. The whole right sleeve was now red, and Fieht almost cringed at the sight of her own blood, no wonder she couldn't feel it anymore. Sighing she closed her eyes, waiting for Adgar to come back, and also waiting for the surgeon, to her left she could hear the hose sniffing at the grass.

As another lad took over for her with Riler and Feiht, Carri noted the woman seemed to be in pain and instructed her to the manor with a strict tone in her voice. Without warning Carri turned, jogging to the manor and bursting through the open door. She was pleased to see the maids and man servants were too scared to disbey the orders of the Wolves, and they were carrying bowels of warm and cold water, towels, sheets and anything else they could find to be of help to the formal dining room. Some of the lads had already stacked chairs and moved the large table, and now those extremely wounded lay about, some out-cold, some groaning in their pain.

"What do you need, Carri?"

"Celeste, what I need of you is for you to not over-do yourself. You are still weak, and I do not want you fainting on me. If you wish to make yourself helpful, organise these men and woman to make it easier for me to decide who to assist first. Life threatening cases firs and so on. I have a Doctor riding in from the town at this very moment."
As Carri said this, a cry from outsid eth manor informed the surgeon that her correspondence had arrived.

Fieht noted that someone was now treating her arm, and she faguely heard Carri instruct someone to go to the manor, but she didn't move a muscle, she didn't even bother to open her eyes, and just let whoever was helping her do their job. She heard running footsteps, and guessed by the sound of them that it was Carri. Soon she heard Adgar's footsteps and opeaned her eyes enough to see him running towards her with a damaged brush, and a half burned bag of grain. "This is all I found boss." he huffed.
"That will be enough for the horse, make sure it doesn't eat all that is left, and brush it down while it eats." she replied
"Aye boss." with that Adgar set the bag in front of the horse, which dove it's head down into it, eating with gusto. Adgar brushed it down while still keeping an eye on how much the horse should eat. Fieht noticed that whomever had been dressing her wound was now done. She glanced to her now wrapped arm, glad that she could no longer see the blood there(though there was still some on her sleeve). Sighing she once again closed her eyes, this time falling asleep almost idmettiately.

Though Celeste disliked being restful when there was still much to do, Carri was the Lieutenant Surgeon for a reason. So she decided (this time) to obey. She went about pushing and pulling soldiers into a 'most blood, first served' order, making a neat little line towards the surgeon's office. First and foremost, of course, the Captain had to be seen to. None of the soldiers would allow themselves to be healed until the Captain was either declared healthy or declared dead. Celeste felt a hint of pride at this, but of course said nothing. Once Carri's request was completed, she set about looking for Wolf. Her favorite Sergeant had been rather noticeably damaged, and she wanted to be certain that he wasn't pushing himself...and that he got near the front of the line of wounded.

While searching, she occasionally paused to rest against a wall or a table. Though Carri had done a bang up job on her gash, it was still an extensive stomach wound, and it still hurt like the dickens. It wouldn't have done her any harm if she had a bit more blood in her system, too. But she had been wrapped up well and put on a clean uniform, so aside from her even more than normal pale features, she looked fine. Standing as tall as any Lieutenant was ever meant to, she continued looking. Grasping a nearby shoulder at the elbow, she asked in her calmest tone, "Have you seen Sergeant Wolf? He needs to be medically seen to." And court marshalled, she remembered with a wry smile.

Wolf had led the charge from the farm house and engaged the musketeers of the Guard as the other elements of the Wolves had crashed into them. Displaying a ferocity equal to his name sake, Wolf had cut down several of the purple-clad Guardsman. After the battle, and the howl from the men, Wolf had found a quite spot in the sparse woods, leaning against the tree he felt the world sway.

As the world spun, Wolf let the rapier slip from his grasp, staggering he slumped forward, then flopped onto the loam. The last thing Wolf saw was the kicked up thick earth. The musky smell filled his nostrils as he fought to stay conscious, but failing the world went black.

As Samuel McCaughey hurried into the dining room, one of the most possible looks of seriousness on his face, Carri heaved a sigh of releif. As she approached him, her manner was not full of niceties and manners, but it was full of gratefulness towards him. Carri shook his hand briefly and glanced about her; Celeste had done a well enough job of ordering.
"Sir, thank you. One of the Luitenants has done me the favour of ordering these men in order of the "in most dire need" to "least dire need". I must see to the Captain, and these men will refuse treatment till the declaration of living or dead is made by myself - so just see to the ones out-cold for now."

Carri smiled at the doctor before hurrying back to where the captain lay, and her brows knitted together in a frown. She had convinced one of the maids to see to washing the wound with warm water while she spoke with Samuel, and now she took the cloth herself and continued to clean it. It was quite nasty, and the blood still hadn't clotted. Silently Carri got to work, the groans of pained men echoing in her ears.

Fieht slightly felt someone pick her up and start to carry her. She guessed it was Adgar, taking her to the mansion, and willed her eyes to open, and sure enough it was Adgar, now going up the steps, then entering the manor hall, where it seemed the other wolves were waiting. Knowing she was in good hands, she closed her eyes and fell back to sleep, letting Adgar take over the rest.

Riler and the men that where helping him made it to the mansion and found the doctor, Riler sat in a chair and waited for her to finish with the captain. his wounds would be fine for now and as long as he received attention soon he would live.

Down from the sky, they're all around

Madness will reign, terror and pain
Woes without end where they extend.

Celeste grimaced as she leaned against a window sill to catch her breath. She had been told that Wolf had led one of the attacks away from the farmhouse, which meant that if he wasn't inside already, he was either dead or too damaged to move himself. This bothered her. So, once she found a few lads that weren't injured (or at least weren't injured enough to be in the surgeon's line), she grasped their arms and pointed out the window.

"Boys, Sergeant Wolf is out there somewhere. Your orders are to run along and find him, then bring him back here for mending." She spoke calmly and clearly, but her eyes were as frighteningly stern as ever they had been. The men faltered, glancing out at the bloodstained area.

"Er...er...Lieutenant, if what the Sergeant has found himself in a less than lively situation?" One of the lads finally spoke up. Celeste looked just about ready to growl...never a good thing.

"Does that change your orders? No! Now leave, and be quick about your duty, or I'll be taking Carri's saw to your unmaimed lims!" This caused a great rush of young musketeers, eager to search the area rather than receive unnecessary amputations. Celeste breathed slowly and leaned against the wall again.

Adgar watched as the head surgeon examined the captain, everyone was waiting until they got word about his health before even thinking of complaining about their own wounds. Lieutenant Fieht was tottally passed out, and her weight was starting to take effect to Adgar's arms. He glanced around and found a empty space where he could lay her down until the surgeon was done with the captain. Adgar walked to this spot as quickly as he could passing Lieutenant Celeste on the way, she seemed to have just threatened a bunch of men into searching for Sergeant Wolf. Finally reaching the emty spot, Adgar gently placed Lieutenant Fieht on the ground, and sat down beside her.

Carri worked swiftly, barely thinking about what she was doing. The musket wound was to come first, then the cut on Ceranns arm. It didn't take long for her to remove the ball and pour a mixture of rum and disinefectants supplied by the doctor over Cerrans wound. Needle, thread, blood, bandages and 20 minutes later the wound was sealed as best she possibly could. Turning her attention to his arm, Carri cleaned the wound gently, washing away all the drying blood, and added 12 more stitches to the Captains body, finishing with a bandage. Standing, she turned to the men, whether they be passed out or wide awake, or on the brink of sleep.
"He'll survive, lads - now begin your moaning and drift to sleep. I'll see to your wounds as best I can."
Whilst Carri had been seeing to the Captain, Samuel McCaughey had been seeing to those in no shape to stop him...

Adgar sighed in releif as Carri anounced the captain in good health, he knew that Lieutenant Fieht's major wound had already been taken care of, but it was unusual for her to pass out like she had, even after a long fight. Standing up and stretching, he once again picked up his boss, and went back in line, so that she could get checked.

Ceann felt no pain as he wounds were treated. His mind was far away from the manor house and the battle field. He was in a blurry place, where one could only see clearly a few feet in front of him. His limbs felt heavy, like the bones were made of lead and the air was thick.

All this blurry world was filled with a golden light and all the ground was covered with thick soft grass. Cerann found himself laying on his back, hand under his head, not thinking, not worried, just peaceful. He could feel something tugging at him from the inside but paid it no mind.

When her captain showed no sign of pain nor waking, Carri frowned the slightest. His body hadn't even shuddered not twitched impulsivley when her needle and thread had slipped into his skin, and out again. This worried her, but not enough to stop her from beginning to see to her lads. Sending Samuel to see to certain lads that were in dire need of help, Carri approached Adgar and the luitenant he held limp in his arms.
"Adgar, I need to to clean her wounds, ensure theres nothing there to infect it. Use luke warm water, not hot not cold. Ensure she keeps breathing, if she grows restless or hot call to me. I will be back to see to her wounds properly in a moment."
Carri hurried off, her expression grim as she knelt down by a lad and felt his pulse. Inspecting the wound, Carri sighed and shook her head, muttering.
"Dead." Despite the fact that he was still breathing, if only barely - there was nothing she could do to save him. Carri moved to the next lad and went about removing a musket ball.

Adgar nooded and spotted one of the maids, he walked up to her and said "Excuse me ma'am but could you gather me some luke warm water?" the maid twirled with a slightly surprised look on her face, then she saw Fieht. "Sure." with that she ran off to who knows where to gather the water. While Adgar waited, he once again set the Luetenant down and waited for the water, and for Carri.

Finally, the men that Celeste returned. But they didn't return with what she was hoping to see. At first, she was quite certain that the Sergeant was dead...and her heart lurched with grief. But as they came closer, she could see his chest rising and falling with tired breath. She opened the door for them, gingerly ushering them in and worrying the inside of her cheek as she watched Wolf brought in and carried over to the 'urgent care' line of the soldiers.

"Breathing? Heart beat?" She demanded, and the soldiers nodded 'yes' to both, hustling away from the fearsome brown eyes the moment they were able. Celeste exhaled quickly, straightening and calling out to Carri, "Surgeon! Have you a moment to glance at this fading soldier? I do believe he's in a rather urgent state!"

Carri sood, letting Samuel take over on the lad she was working on. Hurrying over to Celeste, Carri frowned at the unconcious Wolf.
"He doesn't look to be in good shape, I knew I should hve ordered him to rest." Carri scowled at herself and went about undressing Wolf's wounds. The stench would fill her notrils, causing her nose to wrinkle slightly as she washed the wounds, ordering a lad to bring her the things she would need.

Cerann laid there in that blurry sunny field for a few hours. His mind was a pure empty bliss, he didn't want food, didn't want water, didn't want gold, didn't want women. This place was a peaceful paradise. Then there were foot steps coming closer. He tipped his head back in time to see Captain Backmos Sulattas standing over him.

"Get back to the field nephew" growled Backmos, "Theres work for you to do and money to make." He nudged Cerann with a booted foot. "I said back to the field" he growled again. Cerann jumped to his feet and wrapped Backmos in a hug.

"Uncle" said Cerann, "Your dead, am I dead?"

"NO" said Backmos, "But you came close. Now back to where you belong."

"How do I go back?" asked Cerann, his mind still not working totally.

"This way" said Backmos, stepping back and drawing his sword. The sharp blade plunged into Cerann's chest and the sunny field disappeared. Cerann's eye's popped open as he let out a loud moan of pain.
