Heirlooms are items that have magical power. they're tied to your character.
lets use an example

there is an iron cooking pan. it is an heirloom tied to a deed, so it can be sold
its enchantment is fire, and its effect is that it heats up when something touches its cooking surface
sticks and stones may break my bones, but guns and swords excite me

I have a quick question about the mermaids, I'm assuming that they have legs on land and fins in the water? If that's how it is, could I reserve a female mermaid? If not, could I reserve a female faerie? I'll make my profile as soon as I find which she'll be.

Hey, this might sound a tad weird but would the school be able to comply to Mavena Selicae's parculiar needs? As a mermaid (who has lived underwater her whole life) her body is accusomed to sleeping in the water. She's not very far in her whole "adapt to human lifestyle" yet and isn't going to be able to sleep if they can't make a little exception, lol! Would the staff be able to fill up a little blow-up pool or a plastic kiddy pool? If they would get something (that would fit her of course) and fill it with water; that would be fantastic. ^_^'
