This is the OOC/Sign Up page for Task Force 207. Read the IC thread in the Realisitc Section before you read this, as the plot is located there.

Welcome to Task Force 207, where you are about to be shipped to other parts of the world for highly dangerous missions. As a part of Task Force 207 you will have a specific role to play. A specialization if you will, each with a code name.

Specializations
The Captain: This is me, my role is to lead and direct the group, set up the op, and to get us in and out of the mission alive.

Juggernaut: Uses heavy weapons and high powered machine guns. Juggernauts' main purpose is to fight off large groups of enemies, destroy enemy vehicles, and basically to clear the way. Max 2

Ghost: The ghost will use hacking and subterfuge to open any computerized locks that may get in the way. Ghosts are also trained snipers and infiltrators. Max 2

Ranger: The ranger is a simple but vital role. Rangers can and will support any part of an op. Rangers help Juggernauts clear the way, and then take that path to advance and complete the mission. They enter the bunker or hangar to retrieve data, captives, set up bombs, etc. Max 4

Pathfinder: Pathfinders use vehicles, usually helicopters or speed boats, to bring the other men in and out of the mission. They will provide air support, and do other roles vital to the mission. Max 2.

Any Other Relevant Information: He wears a full body combat armor kit. It is capabale of defeating most caliburs. He also excells in close quarters combat, where he doesn't have to worry about snipers... damn snipers.

Okay, thought I would get my foot in the door for the Juggernaut spec. Also you may want to put a link to the IC here in the OoC, but that's just a suggestion.

Sounds like it could be interesting, and it reminds me of Battlefield 2142 somewhat.

Any Other Relevant Information: Ethan was “Leftenant” with the British SAS when the war broke out. His counter-terrorism unit was working in a splintered province of the former Soviet Union as part of an intelligence mission. Tired of fighting small defensive engagements while the British government refused to join the larger war effort, Lt. Briggs got increasingly frustrated to the point that he actually got into a drunken fight with a Lt. Colonel, earning him a discharge.

Disenchanted with the government that refused to get involved, Briggs got wind through his intelligence allies that the Americans were planning something big. Briggs still remembered the shock on their face the moment he showed up in full SAS uniform, offering his services for a chance to taste some real fighting.

Ethan Briggs is a “procurement specialist.” In addition to being able to pilot a helicopter, his SAS contacts across the world make it easy for him to acquire weapons, vehicles and information just about anywhere.

Any specialization is fine to join right now, your character will just have to meet us at the air base in the morning saying that he had just been put in the task force or something. Go ahead and post your character asap.

Draruto, i don't think that an 18 year old would be in a specially trained task force. You would have to have experience in the military, which he couldnt even join till he was 18. Then he would had to have had the year of special training that we all had just received. 21-22 is probably the minimum age for this roleplay, and I apologize for not specifying that. Also, use better grammar please..I will shoot myself in the head if I see typing like that in the IC thread.
