Are each of the pair-ups known to another pair-up or all separate? If they do know each other, is there also chance to back out arranged marriage to follow your heart sorta thing?

I made a character I hope we found out how you're going to pair everyone or whether it's left to us or not. Also I wanted to know if I should make a male character to hopefully even things out because there is always more female characters made then males in a roleplay like this.

No it dose not have to be separate other pair ups may know each other or become friends. Yes i don't mind, you can back out but only if you want a relationship with another persons pair up, it spices up the plot a bit.
