Yes, it doesn't go against the two character maximum rule.. Just fill out a character sheet and don't forget to read the rules if you haven't already!

Just a quick question :L

About the 3-5 paragraph rule, does that still count in lengthy conversations between our characters? I'm all in for the whole 3-5 paragraph thing, but I find it a bit confusing and out-of-place to have a 3-paragraph response in a conversation. I'm also assuming that our posts would naturally be shorter when responding to another character.

The 3-5 paragraph rule would probably apply to your character's actions and thoughts in detail. That's what I'm understanding it as.

Yes it would deal with actions, thoughts, feelings, we want a full analysis.

BAD Example:
"Hey there Jin." Saya said, "I don't want you to fight those boys." She put her hand on her hip. She rolled her eyes and walked off.

----- That's not very fulfilling.

DECENT example of a paragraph:

"Hey there Jin!" Saya ran down the hall towards the brunette boy. She looked up at him when she finally was in range for a quiet conversation, "Why do you make me worry about you all the time?" Saya asked in a concerned voice, shuffling her feet, fingers laced behind her back. Jin had been her friend for years. They grew up together, she couldn't help but feel worried about him, "I don't want you to fight those boys..." She attempted to plea with him, "Please..?" she begged, eyes looking up at him pitifully.

------ That's a much more interesting read and it tells us more about WHERE your character is, what they're doing, their tone and their personality.. and it gives us more to work with as well. :) That's what I mean by literate.

Edit: MY posts are going to be several of those little paragraphs.. possibly 5-7 at least. My posts typically have 600 words these days because I'm trying to get better towards description and imagery.

Also, one more question just to get things straight.

How are we determining which house we're in when we first start?
Will the ceremony you mentioned in the introduction take place right as we begin?
