He's also been seen possessing some measure of kinetic force ability in which once he's moving he can run through any known substance. [SECURITY NOTE] PATIENT MUST WEAR SHOCK/TRANQUILIZER COLLAR AT ALL TIMES*NO EXCEPTIONS**
Super Criminal Association: Yes
If Yes, Who: Confirmed affiliation with Super Criminal and Arkham inmate The Joker. Also reported to have worked for Lex Luthor
Family: None
Biography: Oliver Braithwaite spent five years serving in the Queens Navy as a Royal Marine. Military jacket is highly classified after year 4. Believed to have been special forces. Braithwaite is reported AWOL 2 years after receiving his special forces training. Surfaced in Uganda as a Mercenary, working for a local Warlord. Spotted several times around the world working for crime bosses and terrorist groups. No loyalty proven to any of the above mentioned groups. Psyche reports show contract was merely for payment. Connection to Luthor is unknown. Braithwaite stated in an interview with Arkham Resident Professor Hugo Strange that he was offered an opportunity by Luthor to "hit the big time" and was offered a serum created from synthesized alien dna recovered from a battle between Superman and an alien force. The serum granted Braithwaite his abilities and the ex Royal Marine, now calling himself The Juggernaut, was sent after Superman by Lex Luthor. The resulting confrontation climaxed with the destruction of the Kandor Memorial bridge and the leveling of nearly six city blocks of downtown Metropolis. Superman was able to render Juggernaut unconscious. Juggernaut consequently broke out of prison and surfaced again in Gotham as an enforcer for The Joker. Police reports state his first encounter with Batman resulted in Batman suffering a savage beating, physicians best guess is that the Dark Knight received at the least several broken ribs, a perforated ear drum and a severe concussion. Juggernaut continued his crime spree along side The Joker and Harley Quinn for several more months until the second meeting with Batman. Reports indicate in this second encounter Batman, aided by Robin, was able to subdue Juggernaut with a mixture of explosives, high voltage projectiles and tranquilizers. Patient was then shipped to Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane and processed.

Personality/Tendencies: [TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM REPORT FILED BY PROFESSOR HUGO STRANGE] Inmate exhibits overly aggressive tendencies toward others as well as a complete disregard for innocent life or collateral damage. Mr. Braithwaite seems to be solely motivated by a pension to increase his monetary and social standing through criminal means. Patient has surprisingly shown some sense of mutual respect for those whom he feels have proven themselves physically. Case in point is Superman. Mr. Braithwaite exhibits no ill feelings or anger towards Superman for besting him in Metropolis yet has described in great detail a hatred for Batman for doing the same thing. Patient site's the Guardian of Gotham was afraid to fight him, as he put it, fairly.
Current Years in Asylum: 1
Current Level of Insanity 1-10: 2
Additional Notes (optional): Patient has until this point been solely a gun for hire. Recent psyche reports indicate that Oliver may be looking to strike out into business for himself. Monitor carefully.

After Warden Ghost took a look at every inmate profile he emerged from his office. All of the guards seemed scared as he walked the halls of the asylum. He looked at none of the guards, he wasn't their for them. He was there for the patients. Ghost adjusted his cuffs on his sleeves as he walked down the halls, his footsteps echoed throughout the asylum. As he made his way ignoring the patients in the general area he headed towards solitary first. He looked in every padded cell until he found who he was looking for. One patient he looked at for a bit longer, the one by the name of Cannibal.

Ghost walked right through the cell door to see a woman. "Doppleganger..." he whispered, his voice seemed to echo and was ominous, just like a ghost. "...you will now reside in the general area." This was the first time Ghost had spoken to anyone at the asylum. He had made this decision seeing that her insanity level was only 2 in her profile. He exited the padded cell and opened the door, where fifteen armored guards awaited her.

Ghost then moved to Maximum Security where he stopped at the giant titanium enforced cell that held Alexei. He looked at him as he looked at everyone else, he didn't stand out to him in his profile, so he was hoping to see something intriguing.

Ghost finally made it to Juggernaut's cell where he was tied down with fifteen, eight inch thick, chains made of titanium as well. Ghost took off his shades when he stepped close enough to the small whole that peered into the cell. His eyes were pure grey and he seemed to be into Juggernaut's soul. He put his shades back on and made his way back to his office, not saying a word or looking at anyone.

The massive Englishman was silent in his cell as his mind mulled over how to gain the power he sought after. He was tired of being a tool of other, lesser men. He was done helping those he saw as too weak to lead and further their own ends. Instead he saw it as time he started his own outfit, get a crew together, make some real cash and then he'll track down the Bat and settle the score. First he had to start small, that meant getting support. Shouldn't be too hard with the recent escape of many of Arkhams heavy hitters. There was a lot of muscle still stuck in Arkham with no one to tell them whats what. That's where the Juggernaut came in. He'd assimilate them into his newly formed gang and if they wanted to spew any nonsense about loyalty to whoever they used to work for he'd just ask a little harder. He could ask pretty hard when he wanted to. The idea of beating one of the other inmates to a pulp while he convinced them to join up made the hulking man chuckle in his cell. It was then that a figure stopped by the door to his cell and looked in. Grey soulless eyes stared at him, boring into his very soul making Oliver's skin crawl. Fortunately the vigil only lasted a minute or so before the Warden left. Juggernaut grunted with a sigh of relief.

"Creepy blighter..."

The Arkham Asylum guards soon began going to every cell handing out breakfast which was actually better than the regular things they ate. Warden Ghost had specially ordered a new food regimen for the inmates. He took a look around at the food yesterday and realized that half the stuff they called food wasn't even suitable for vermin to eat. He had ordered that it be changed the same day. The breakfast they served today were waffles or eggs and bacon, they served according to each of the patients needs and dietary habits. The food was hot for once and the aroma was alluring. Ghost personally delivered Juggernaut's food as he phased through his cell. He pointed to the outside of Juggernaut's cell and waved no with his finger, as a signal telling him not to escape. He placed the large man's food on the floor, exited the cell, and shortly after Juggernaut's chains were loosened, so that he could eat. As the guards served breakfast to the inmates they skipped Alexei.

Footsteps could be heard walking in the distance, they were not Ghost, they had a different sound to them. A small old man opened Alexei's cell, he was wearing typical doctor clothing. Although he was old he was new to the asylum. His name was Dr. Hans Klarheit. "Good morning, your breakfast is in my office. Would you be so kind as to follow me?" Dr. Hans motioned for Alexei by waving is his arm. Soon after Hans, Ghost appeared seemingly out of nowhere beside the doctor. Ghost's hands were behind his back and he stood beside the old doctor waiting for Alexei to follow his lead. There were no other guards around them except the ones currently serving breakfast.

Doppelgänger smirked evilly when she was spoken to. "Alright. It's their funeral, though.." She laughed to herself, before being transported to the general area.

When she arrived, some of the prisoners looked up and stared at her. She was put into a cell with another woman, and was given breakfast. It certainly looked better than that slop they were given every other day. She was wondering if this Ghost person was actually that bad. She slowly ate it, wondering if they put any drugs or anything in it. Her cellmate was about to speak to her, when she turned and slapped her slightly. She responded violently and attempted to break her neck.

Doppelganger sidestepped, and kicked her in the back of the head grumpily. She attracted a few strange looks from other prisoners, to which she responded with a smirk. "What would you do?"

The guards passed by and looked a the woman who lay on the ground unconscious. They both looked up at Doppleganger wanting to take her down, but they had orders not to. Ghost had expected that she would be violent towards the other prisoners, probably try to get herself back in solitary. Ghost had a plan for this of course, sort of like a three strikes rule. If she committed three acts of violence than he would stick her in a cell with Juggernaut, a man who he knew she couldn't possibly harm. He figured the company would be good for Juggernaut's mental health as well, so either way Ghost was winning the battle. They opened the cell and dragged the unconscious woman outside of the cell and closed the door shut. "Don't push your luck Doppleganger" one of guards warned her as they proceeded down the hallway to take the woman to the infirmary.

The big man arched his eyebrow as the mysterious and unnerving new Warden set his food down before phasing out of the door. His chains were loosened allowing him enough mobility to rise and reach his food but not much else. The massive man lumbered to his feet, his joints stiff from the inactivity. His thick muscles flexed with the motion as he reached down to pick up his metal tray. The chains clinked and clanked as he brought his food back to his cot and took a seat.

"Warm food?... Personal delivery from the man 'imself? I'm startin to like the change in management."

Juggernaut said to himself, his deep booming voice filing the room despite the fact that he was speaking in a hushed tone. He fell silent after that, eating his breakfast of eggs and bacon with his large hands.

Dr. Hans looked up towards Alexei after he finished eating his meal. He calmly folded the page of his book to mark his place and put it away in his desk. "Well that's unfortunate. I guess I'll be taking you back to your cell now." Dr. Hans said with a face that was like stone. "I know I said I would ask you questions, but honestly you're quite the boring patient. Mr. Ghost would you please help me escort this young man back to his cell" Dr. Hans with his hands folded on his desk. Shortly after Ghost was standing by the Alexei and motioned for him to get up. Although Dr. Hans seemed strange he had a method to all of this and Ghost knew this. Ghost turned to Hans and handed him a piece of paper. Hans read the paper and pulled an intercom device from under the desk. Hans cleared his throat before he spoke.

"Attention all Arkham Asylum patients and guards. As by order of Warden Ghost all patients will be released into the new recreation area, outside of the main building. This includes patients in the maximum holding facilities and solitary. As per patients, those who use this privilege abusively, they will, and I quote 'never see the light of day again'. As to those who question this, it is an experiment to see how patients react to being around others and will effect your stay in the asylum, this should not be treated as play time and everyone should be on their best behavior." Hans said through the intercom and he shot a look towards Ghost because even he was confused.

Shortly after the announcement all of the gates were opened one by one to make sure each patient made it safety outside before another gate was opened. Ghost knew a riot wouldn't arise because of the mass amount of people who escaped the night before. There were only about a few prisoners left, roughly about one hundred. The guards were nowhere to be seen as they were positioned on the walls of Arkham with snipers loaded with several variations of tranquilizer.

Juggernaut was pacing impatiently in his cell as he waited for his cell doors to open. The cells on either side of his had already been opened and the inmates led outside but not him. Why not him? They were afraid of him. Afraid at what he'd do once he got outside. It was the only explanation. He reflexively touched a hand to his collar knowing full well it was the only thing keeping him hear. Build up to much speed he'd get the shock of his life and take a nice long nap. He grumbled under his breath as his eyes flicked outside the window of his cell.

"OI! YOU SODS FORGET ABOUT ME OR WHAT?!"

Almost as if on cue the door opened up and six armed guards stepped inside.

"Bout time boys.."

"You got a therapy session Braithwaite. You can have rec time later."

A guard who Juggernaut was quite familiar with said as he unlocked the chains holding his to the floor.

"I thought I told you Bradley, the names Juggernaut."

He paused and bent down to loom over then smaller man.

"Am I gunna have to break your arm again."

The guard swallowed hard but a quick taze from a guard behind Juggernaut got him to turn his attentions away from Bradley Cooper. The six guards managed to get Juggernaut down the hall and up the three floors to the Doctors Office despite receiving a few more savage threats. When they reached it they walked him in and sat him down before chaining him to the floor directly across from the doctor.

"We'll be right outside Doctor."

One said before they closed the door leaving Doctor and patient alone. Juggernaut just sat back casually, his eyebrow arched as he looked at the tiny man in comparison to the hulking form of Juggernaut.

"So you know Doc, you're making me miss rec time..."

Milo was a bit startled when they brought Juggernaut in. He was as large as they said as the guards securely fastened Juggernaut's chains to the ground. With that the guards reassure Milo they would be outside if he needed them. Milo nodded as they closed the door behind them. Milo then looked up at Juggernaut, even when sitting down he was like a giant compared to Milo. He then took out the files and placed them neatly on the table and then he brought out a tape recorder to document the session. While preparing Juggernaut spoke.

"So you know Doc, you're making me miss rec time..."

"Yes I am aware of that and I apologize," Milo spoke calmly, "But I am not in control of what the Warden says or does." "Even if that means announcing rec time during your scheduled appointment." Milo spoke as he took out the report filed on Juggernaut. "I will try to move you along as fast as possible." "All we need to do is give you, your yearly check-up and update your profile." Milo spoke professionally. Trying to hide any weakness Juggernaut might find. He knows that if criminals find your weakness they would like to exploit it.

He looked at the file originally created by Professor Hugo Strange. "Oh, so Strange did this?" Milo spoke almost admiringly. "Well then let us see what he wrote."

"Inmate exhibits overly aggressive tendencies toward others...", "... as well as a complete disregard for innocent life or collateral damage." Milo said while skimming it. "Mr. Braithwaite seems to be solely motivated by a pension to increase his monetary and social standing through criminal means." "Oh this is interesting, Patient has surprisingly shown some sense of mutual respect for those whom he feels have proven themselves physically."

"Case in point is Superman. Mr. Braithwaite exhibits no ill feelings or anger towards Superman for besting him in Metropolis yet has described in great detail a hatred for Batman for doing the same thing." "And last, Patient site's the Guardian of Gotham was afraid to fight him, as he put it, fairly."

As Milo finished reading the report he highlighted the areas of interest, Inmate exhibits overly aggressive tendencies and disregards life or collateral damage.

Solely motivated by a pension to increase his monetary and social standing.

Surprisingly shows mutual respect for those whom he feels have proven themselves physically.

No ill feelings or anger towards Superman for besting but described a great detail of hatred of Batman for doing the same thing.

"Alright Mr. Braithwaite there are areas I would like to cover but I know we won't get through it all in this session but for now I must ask you some standardized questions." Milo said as he looked towards Juggernaut. "First of all I noticed on the Insanity Scale that you are a two." "The only reason your in Maximum Lockdown is because of your fearsome strength." "Now tell me do you feel this is an adequate description or are you feeling strains upon your mind." "Such as simple headaches for starters, or do you hear things or see things?" Milo asked.

Juggernaut just stared at him almost as if he was speaking a different language.

"What in the fuck are you talkin about mate?"

He said finally before he leaned back in his seat, the chains clinking around his wrists.

"I'm not one of 'em crazies mate, that goes around howling at the moon or dressin up in frilly costumes. I'm the Juggernaut! I'm the meanest, biggest, baddest man in Gotham and soon they're ALL gunna know it! See that's the problems with them other chaps. Too damn looney to make any real money in the town. Like take Joker for instance."

He said as he leaned in.

"Bet he scores higher on your little nut job list there eh?"

He asked as he pointed at the folder in Milo's hand.

"He's got so many screws loose it's no wonder the Bat always beats him into a purple and green pulp. Me? I won't be making those mistakes."

Milo looked at the Juggernaut as he spoke and from what he could tell he was very confident in himself.

"Well I assume that's your way saying it is correct." Milo said as he looked back at his folder. Juggernaut mentioned the Joker for a moment and that intrigued him.

"The Joker?" "Yeah you could say that why?" "Do you know anything about The Joker?" Milo asked as he looked at Juggernaut.

Sure the question was off topic but maybe Juggernaut could help in giving information that would make it easier for the authorities to apprehend him. Of course if he doesn't know anything then Milo will get back to the rest of his check up. As far as he could diagnose that Juggernaut's issues are behavioral rather than mental. Still he could be wrong sometimes they like to lie about how sane they really are. Reading the report his disregard for life and property could be effects from mental scarring. Still Juggernaut seemed reasonably sane for a man of his stature. Like he thought Juggernaut more or less may have behavioral problems. He will at least see through out the rest of his session.

"The clown? Heh I know more than a little less then a lot. You know how it is."

He said casually as he sat back in his seat.

"I know he ain't given Harely everything she needs..."

He paused with a sigh as his mind drifted to a steamy memory of the wild and sexy Harley Quinn.."

"Ahh Harley... now there's a girl a man would give up Queen and country for. Sexy, tough, a hell cat in the sheets. I still got the scratches..."

Milo definitely didn't appreciate Juggernaut's remarks about Harley. Sure she wasn't the kind and focused Doctor Quinzel he knew but still she was his friend. Milo sort of furrowed eyebrows at Juggernaut's words but he kept his feelings to himself.

"Um yes moving on." Milo said as he dismissed the conversation with a wave of his hand. Although he would like to hear something useful about Joker Milo didn't want to hear about Harley Quinn.

"Now about your opinions about Superman and Batman," Milo resumed to be professional, "Do they remain the same or do you feel differently about either man?" Milo asked as he looked at Juggernaut awaiting his response.

He was trying his best not to imagine what Juggernaut was referring to earlier about Harley. Obviously something sexual knowing his type. So far he starting to be profiled less of an uncontrollable monster with a real mean streak to a simple dime-a-dozen punk. His mannerisms and speech hint that this man is no different than any simple thug, albeit him being super humanly strong and resilient. Still perhaps his feelings towards these specified men might hold deeper issues. After all he is supposedly respectful of Superman for beating him but yet not of Batman who accomplished a similar achievement. Hopefully he may show some type of reaction.

Juggernaut was about to continue when the good doctor dismissed the topic with a wave of his hand. Juggernaut looked down at the small man in surprise and confusion as he tried to change topics. Something didn't sit right with the big man however. The doctor jumped at the chance to hear about Joker but as soon as he opened up about Harley he was done listening.

"Now hold on there mate, don't go rushing me about. Most lads are all too interested in hearing about the clown princess. You ain't sly I take it so what is it? You... You two know each other or something?..."

Braithewaite may come off as a big dumb brute and for most occasions he is but there was an intelligence that was sharp as a knife that showed itself from time to time. The big man had picked up on the discomfort in the Doctors attitude despite his attempts to hide it.

Milo looked up at Juggernaut he knew he should've bit his tongue but he really doesn't need to reveal anything to this man, after all this was his session not Juggernaut's. Still he would probably get suspicious if he doesn't give some sort of answer so Milo would have to give him a convincing lie.

"Well you could say that." "I did have the misfortune to give Harley a psychiatric analysis before." Milo said trying to pull of the lie by adding a roll of his eyes and a small groan.

"Always talked about The Joker, the entire session was more about him than her." Milo said adding a comedic tone to the statement.

Hopefully he sounded real and convincing trying to add bit of personality into it. Maybe it might fool Juggernaut and if not perhaps he could give another comment that might sound more deep; while at the same time not revealing information that Juggernaut really doesn't need to know. So hoping his gambit worked he tried to direct to conversation a little more away.

"Yeah so I can assume you talking about Harley means you were in Joker's gang, probably?" Milo asked.

"Woah, easy there I never was IN Joker's gang. I was a free agent, a private partner an investor. I was never one of his made up flunkies."

He said finishing with a thumb at himself.

"The clown wanted an insurance policy in case of a Bat problem and I was paid handsomly for my time. Simple as that."

Warden Ghost made his way to the entrance of asylum where Doppleganger was just now being carried in. The guards were on their way to bringing Doppleganger to solitary when the warden phased through the crowd and Doppleganger and stood in their way. He held his hand out as a sign they should stop. The guards ceased movement and awaited the wardne's instructions.

Warden Ghost pointed to a cell in the general area that had only one bed and was separated from the entire block of cells. "But warden.." one of the guards began to argue. Warden Ghost pulled down his shades to give the guard an icy stare with his pale eyes. The guards carried Doppleganger to her cell and placed her on her bed.

The warden the walked outside to the area where all the patients were enjoying rec time. He stood by the door of the asylum looking at everyone. "Lunch.." the warden said in a soft tone, but mysteriously his voice seemed like a whisper in every inmates ear. He stood by the door waving everyone to come in. The warden put his hands behind his back as he took a glance at every patient that walked back into the asylum.

Dr. Hans who was not as brave as Ghost stayed in his office and got on the intercom. "Warden Ghost is pleased with your behavior in the yard, as a result all inmates have the option of eating their food in cafeteria or their cells." After Hans made the announcement he headed towards Dr. Milo's office. Hans had searched for Juggernaut and realized that he was scheduled for an psychiatric evaluation with Dr. Calhoun. Hans politely knocked on the door to where the evaluation was being held.

Milo heard Juggernaut's explanation as to why he was hanging around the Joker. Basically he was a gun for hire sort of thing and what he was hired for was to fight the Batman. Then he must have lost to him and now hates him for beating him or at least that's what the reports says. Milo has yet to find the report still accurate remains to be seen. Before Milo could respond to Juggernaut there was a knock on his door. Unsure of who it is he asked,

"Yes who is it?" Milo asked nicely.

He is probably one of the staff otherwise they would have knocked more viciously if it was someone else. Either way he was in the middle of the session and some verification wouldn't hurt. He hoped he was being rude he gets a little worried over stuff like this sometimes. Even if nothing really happened he still likes to leave a good impression. He looked back at Juggernaut and then back at the door as he kept a watchful glance.

"This' Dr. Hans, I came in with the new warden. Would you please allow your patient to proceed to lunch? The warden wants to make sure he's fed. You also made him miss rec time, disobeying the wardens orders" Dr Hans said in a stoic tone as he waited by the door. "Also I would like to have a word with you" Dr. Hans said in a less pleasing tone. He wasn't too high on the doctor going against the warden had planned, but he didn't want to show it while the patients were around.

Having patients know there was disagreements in management made them believe they had an edge, and they did. This was a lesson Hans learned all to well in Germany.

Juggernaut beamed with a wide toothy grin at the second doctors words. He crossed his arms over his broad chest smugly as he leaned back in his seat.

"Uh oh there doc, looks like Fritz here isn't too happy you made me miss play time. Cheeky little blighter you."

He said with a mocking wink.

Juggernaut started to get to his feet but four armed guns stepped in behind the German doctor guns raised in an instant.

"Prisoner! Remained seated until told otherwise."

Juggernaut stared at the four men with a half amused smile on his face. Images of him crushing them to bits flashed in his mind.

"Easy there lads, no need to get cross. Less of course you wanna take these chains off me and make this a real party."

The guards were much too well trained to rise to the simple bait. Juggernaut chuckled under his breath and shook his head as he turned away from them but remained in his seat.

"Smart chaps them."

He grunted more to himself then the two doctors.
