Biography: Oliver Braithwaite spent five years serving in the Queens Navy as a Royal Marine. Military jacket is highly classified after year 4. Believed to have been special forces. Braithwaite is reported AWOL 2 years after receiving his special forces training. Surfaced in Uganda as a Mercenary, working for a local Warlord. Spotted several times around the world working for crime bosses and terrorist groups. No loyalty proven to any of the above mentioned groups. Psyche reports show contract was merely for payment. Connection to Luthor is unknown. Braithwaite stated in an interview with Arkham Resident Professor Hugo Strange that he was offered an opportunity by Luthor to "hit the big time" and was offered a serum created from synthesized alien dna recovered from a battle between Superman and an alien force. The serum granted Braithwaite his abilities and the ex Royal Marine, now calling himself The Juggernaut, was sent after Superman by Lex Luthor. The resulting confrontation climaxed with the destruction of the Kandor Memorial bridge and the leveling of nearly six city blocks of downtown Metropolis. Superman was able to render Juggernaut unconscious. Juggernaut consequently broke out of prison and surfaced again in Gotham as an enforcer for The Joker. Police reports state his first encounter with Batman resulted in Batman suffering a savage beating, physicians best guess is that the Dark Knight received at the least several broken ribs, a perforated ear drum and a severe concussion. Juggernaut continued his crime spree along side The Joker and Harley Quinn for several more months until the second meeting with Batman. Reports indicate in this second encounter Batman, aided by Robin, was able to subdue Juggernaut with a mixture of explosives, high voltage projectiles and tranquilizers. Patient was then shipped to Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane and processed.
Personality/Tendencies: [TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM REPORT FILED BY PROFESSOR HUGO STRANGE] Inmate exhibits overly aggressive tendencies toward others as well as a complete disregard for innocent life or collateral damage. Mr. Braithwaite seems to be solely motivated by a pension to increase his monetary and social standing through criminal means. Patient has surprisingly shown some sense of mutual respect for those whom he feels have proven themselves physically. Case in point is Superman. Mr. Braithwaite exhibits no ill feelings or anger towards Superman for besting him in Metropolis yet has described in great detail a hatred for Batman for doing the same thing. Patient site's the Guardian of Gotham was afraid to fight him, as he put it, fairly.
Current Years in Asylum: 1
Current Level of Insanity 1-10: 2
Additional Notes (optional): Patient has until this point been solely a gun for hire. Recent psyche reports indicate that Oliver may be looking to strike out into business for himself. Monitor carefully.
