That's what the headline reads. Your picture is one of four covering the front page of the Hawksville Chronicle.
There's one problem: What you were attacked by was no 'rabid dog'.
It was a wolf. That could turn into a human. A werewolf, if you must name it.
You know because you saw the change. You're beginning to sense it in yourself.
The...thing that bit you gave you five days to leave behind everything a join his pack, or be exterminated. Five days before the full moon, before the your first change.
It's time to see the world through a whole new set of eyes.
Werewolves:
1. Can change at will most times
2. Cannot change during a full moon unless moonlight hits them
3. Have 5-20 minute changes, which can vary from intensly painful to minorly uncomfortable, depending on the experience a werewolf has
4. Have an 'inner wolf' that can influence their behavior
5. Use Wolvic in human form to dominate subordinate wolves (See below)
6. Get burned by pure silver and get skin irritation from anything with silver in it

Autumn didn't really hear Hope come in and sit by her. She jumped a little when she asked what was wrong and then she looked up. She wiped her eyes as she debated on what to say. "I'm not sure honestly. I think everything's getting to me now and my emotions are running rampant. I feel horrible for just leaving my father like I did because I know it's going to kill him and then now I'm here in this strange house and I'm scared, I feel like I've irritated Luke and I know I've irritated August. I don't mean to be this emotional, but I can't help it for some reason right now though. It might be because I'm overly exhausted too." She explained to Hope as she controlled herself and stopped crying for the time being.

Minnie's anger immediatly evaporated. She'd been wondering who her roomate was going to be all day long! And now she finally knew. She was ecstatic. She was going to get to share a room with Emily, which made sense because she was closest in age to her. Either way, she was excited. It was going to be like a non-stop slumber party!
"Ohhhh! Okay! Emily, our room is right there," she enthused, pointing to the room right across the hall, "I'll be in in a minute. I already made room for your stuff!"
With that, she skippped down the stairs happily, her anger forgotton. She looked in the kitchen, but it was empty. She heard voices in the living room and followed them.
When she entered the living room she saw Autumn half sprawled on the couch, mascara running down her wet cheeks. Hope sat behind her, apparently trying to soothe the crying girl.
"Awww Autumn!" she exclaimed, rushing over, "What's the matter? Are you okay?"

Upstairs, Luke was passed out on his new bed, his pillow over his head, sleeping soundly. He was one of those people who could sleep no matter where he was, or what time it was, or what was going on. He loved sleeping, it was a great escape from stress. He was a heavily sleeper and even his father had always had a challenge waking him up whenever he bothered to try. Luke always slept for extended periods of time and now that he didn't have school to wake up for, he planned on sleeping until noon.
"Ohhhh! Okay! Emily, our room is right there," she enthused, pointing to the room right across the hall, "I'll be in in a minute. I already made room for your stuff!"

"First of all, you really shouldn't care about August's opinion. He's kind of a creep," Hope began, "As for Luke. . .just remember that he's kind of dealing with the same stuff we are, and that's he's a guy. Also, I kind of think Luke's the kind of person that would flat out tell you if you were annoying him," She grinned. She nearly jumped out of her skin when Minnie popped in. "Ah...I think we're both just a little worn out," She shrugged, automatically making up an excuse for both of them.

Autumn wiped her eyes off and nodded at Hope. "Yeah you're probably right, thanks Hope." She said to the girl with a smile. She then looked over at Minnie when she came in. She opened her mouth to say something and then closed it when Hope said something. She then nodded in agreement with her. "Yeah, I'll be fine Minnie, don't worry." She reassured the girl with a smile. "You wouldn't by chance know who we're rooming with and where our rooms are at, would you Minnie? I'm really tired and just want to sleep you know?" She asked her in hopes that she'd tell them where to go.

Minnie beamed. "Oh yes!" she chirped, "You and Hope are rooming in the room right next to August and Luke. Okay? I think Dan set it up I think. You should both get to bed probably. Luke is already asleep I think. And I'm tired too so I'll probably be going to sleep soon too."

"Oh okay cool, thank you Minnie." Autumn said with smile to Minnie. She then stood up and turned to look at Hope. "Well I'm going to head up to our room and go to sleep." She said and then left to upstairs. She went to what Minnie said was her and Hope's room and went in. She looked at the two beds and flopped down on one, she was too tired to find her pajamas and change into them. Soon enough she was fast asleep on the bed.

"Thanks, Minnie," Hope grinned. She went and grabbed her bag from Dan's office, then headed upstairs, surprised to find Autumn apparently asleep already. She dropped her bag near the head of her bed, digging out a pair blue zebra-striped pajama pants and one of Mike's old soccer jerseys, which was green and blue, the colors of the Hawksville Hawks. It was from his freshman year, and it was a little big on Hope. She put in her headphones and put her headphones onto her 'Sleep' playlist, closing her eyes and somehow managing to fall asleep.

With everyone else in bed, Minnie had nothing better to do then sleep. So she skipped up the stairs and back to her bedroom. Emily was still standing in the hallway, apparently not doing much.
"Come on Em!" she chirped, happy at having an easy nickname for her new roommate. She opened the door to her room and gestured for Emily to follow. Minnie's girl was pretty girly. Actually, it was extremely girly. The walls were pale pink with framed pictures of flowers and puppies on them. The floors were shiny hardwood with a light purple rug in the middle with a flower in the center. There were two beds now, while they're used to be one. Minnie's had light pink sheets with little roses on them, while the other had plain white sheets; so Emily could pick her own. Stuffed animals and dolls were sporadically placed in her bookcase and on her desk. There was also a laptop and an IPod home on her desk as well. A small plasma was mounted on the wall, her birthday present from August last year.

Emily took one last look at August and followed Minnie down the hall. When she got there she had to restrain the urge for her eyes to bug out of her head. "Its...uh..."She had no idea what to say. She was more the uh, Tomboy-but-still-kinda-girly-but-still-not-the-butterfly-flower-child-because-she-still-likes-sports-so-she-could-fit-in-with-either-group type girl. She looked over at Minnie with a smile that said 'I have no idea what to say.' "Um." She sighed inwardly.

"Oh goodie!" Minnie cheered quietly, "Well, I'm going to go to bed. This has been the longest day EVER!" So she went over to her dresser and got her pajamas out. A pair of pink plaid shorts and a white tank top. She got dressed, chattering on to Emily about random shit. "I'll be right back," she told her before she left for he bathroom. She brushed her teeth and combed her hair before returning.
She yawned once as she rentered their room, stretching her arms. "Ah, I'm so beat," she said, "Imma go to bed now. This is my bed and that one's yours. Tomorrow we can unpack all your stuff and maybe sometime this week Dan will give us some money to go out and buy you some stuff of your own. Like a comforter set or some posters or whatever you want. Emily grabbed her PJs. She walked to the bathroom and changed, pulling her hair up in a loose bun before heading back. She walked over to her bag and pulled out two frames with pictures of her brother that she'd taken last summer. She set the pictures on the dresser, looking at them for a moment before walking to the light. She looked back, with a small smile on her face. "Night Jer." she said, before switching off the light and heading over to her bed. She lay there and thought for a while about her brother. He'd probably still be up. He was the night owl. She missed him. He was her twin. Her other half. And most importantly, her best friend. She really didn't knwo what she'd do with out him.

Hope awoke at precisely 5:15, thanks to the alarm on her iPod, which she'd forgotten to turn off. She blinked her eyes open, stretching and trying to remember why she wasn't at her own home. When the reason came to her, she groaned and flopped over onto the back, staring at the ceiling. She was still hoping that everything that had happened since the attack had been a dream.
"I don't want to be hear," She told the ceiling, careful to keep quiet. The ceiling said nothing in return, and with a sad sigh, hope dragged herself out of bed, digging out her tooth- and hair- brushes and deciding to use that bathroom before anyone else was up.
Of course, there were two bathrooms, though it was was easy enough to figure out which one was used by August and which was used by Minnie. She quickly brushed her teeth and combed her hair, pulling it into a messy half-ponytail for now. She turned her music back on -her iPod had stopped playing at some point- while walking quietly downstairs, heading towards the kitchen.
It was easy enough to find the bread and a toaster, so Hope made a few pieces of toast to munch on while waiting for everyone to get up.

Minnie smiled, liking having a roommate, and yawned as she sat up. She daintily lifted her covers off of her and got to her feet. She then sat down on the floor between the two beds to do her stretches. She stretched every morning, it improved her flexibility and helped with her dancing, not to mention she'd noticed that it seemed to make changing less painful.
She did all her stretches and when she was done she headed to her bathroom. She washed her face with cool water before thoroughly brushing her teeth. Then she ran a brush through her long hair exactly 100 times. Pleased, she skipped downstairs without changing out of her pajamas. She smelled something cooking and followed the scent to the kitchen, which had been her original destination anyway. She was surprised to see Hope there making toast.

Emily wook up at 5:45, and brushed her teeth, then walked downstairs, still half asleep. When she saw Minnie and Hope, she let out a small smile. "Hey." She said, she smelled the food and she was awakened just a little bit more. Memories of her cooking for her brother popped into her head and she sighed. She quickly pushed the thought from her mind and walked over and poked Minnie in the arm (for no apparent reason) before going to stand next to Hope.

"Morning Em!" Minnie chirped cheerfully, "Wanna help us make breakfest? I always make breakfest around here. I used to be the only early bird. Dan wakes up kinda early but he's not exactly a chef. And Tori wakes up . . . well, it depends on how she's feeling actually. . . And Gilthanas gets up early but not this early. And August . . . Well we're lucky if he gets out of bed by noon." She giggled to herself.

Autumn woke up around seven with a yawn. She noticed that Hope wasn't there anymore meaning she was already awake. So she got up and decided to change into some comfortable clothes consisting of some black pj short shorts and a green cami and a teal cami. She went to the bathroom and cleaned off all of yesterdays makeup and put on some concealer and mascara before brushing her teeth, outing a little lip gloss on nd going downstairs.
Yawning she looked at the others in the kitchen and smiled. "Morning." She said with a smile as she looked around at what they were doing.

"Good morning Autumn," Minnie chirped happily, "Did you sleep well? I would hope so. It was dead quiet here last night. It was like everybody was in a coma! I feel alseep like that!" she snapped her fingers to demonstrate.
"We were just making breakfest, you wanna help?" she went on, "We were thinking of eggs and french toast? I think we have enough of everything. Eggs, milk, bread . . . Is there anything else? I think that's all we really need. Wow, this is such an easy meal! I love french toast, it's so easy to make but it's so good!"
She went over to the pantry to get the bread, keeping up her stream of chatter as she went. "I think the guys will really love it - and Tori too. Gilthanas and Dan will eat just about anything. They're always hungry," she knelt down in front of a cabinet and extracted the frying pan, "August is a different story though. He's so picky - it's probably because he was really spoiled growing up. His parents were like crazy rich - I bet they had great food. He likes french toast though so it'll be fine. I'm not sure about Luke though. He doesn't seem too picky to me but you never know."
"Anyway I think I got the plan down," she prattled on as she sprayed the pan with Pam, "I'll make the french toast, Hope and Emily you can both make the eggs. Cause we'll need a lot of eggs, you'll see. The pans are down there and you can make seperate batches. Autumn, you can either set the table or maybe you could make some bacon. I think we have the stuff for that. Whatever you wanna do. Oh this is so much! It's like playing house! Usually I have to make breakfest all by myself - it takes forever. But now I have three helpers! This'll be great. Wait - I know - I can put on some music!"
She twirled over to the radio that rested on the windowsil. Minnie had tried to tell Dan that nobody listens to the radio anymore but he still liked it. Tori seemed to like it too - she always sung along to it when she was cooking. A song began to play and Minnie squealed in excitement.
"I love this song!" she said, smiling as she began to dance around the kitchen. She bumped her hip against Hope's and giggled like a mad woman. "C'mon Hope! Dance! I know you want to!"
She continued to dance around and giggle. This was great. She always wanted little sisters.

"Anyway I think I got the plan down," she prattled on as she sprayed the pan with Pam, "I'll make the french toast, Hope and Emily you can both make the eggs. Cause we'll need a lot of eggs, you'll see. The pans are down there and you can make seperate batches. Autumn, you can either set the table or maybe you could make some bacon. I think we have the stuff for that. Whatever you wanna do. Oh this is so much! It's like playing house! Usually I have to make breakfest all by myself - it takes forever. But now I have three helpers! This'll be great. Wait - I know - I can put on some music!"
She twirled over to the radio that rested on the windowsil. Minnie had tried to tell Dan that nobody listens to the radio anymore but he still liked it. Tori seemed to like it too - she always sung along to it when she was cooking. A song began to play and Minnie squealed in excitement.
"I love this song!" she said, smiling as she began to dance around the kitchen. She bumped her hip against Hope's and giggled like a mad woman. "C'mon Hope! Dance! I know you want to!"
She continued to dance around and giggle. This was great. She always wanted little sisters.

August was aroused from his peaceful sleep by the sounds of music and girls giggling. At first he was annoyed. He just knew it was early. His body could just tell. There was not a question in his mind that he was up earlier then he usually was. His annoyance dwindled though as he came to fully. He then realized that there were four hot girls in his house, giggling, and cooking too by the faint smell of Pam that reached his oversensitive nose. Well, food and chicks, that was a good enough reason to get up before noon.
He groaned and rolled out of bed, looking over at his room mate as he rubbed his eyes sleepily. Luke was still out cold, not under the covers but with his pillow over his head. August decided not to wake up Luke. The kid would most likely be cranky and August just wasn't in the mood to babysit the brat. So, August went into his bathroom. He brushed his teeth and attempted to fix his messy hair. He didn't bother changing out of his plaid pajama pants and grey t-shirt. This was his home and he preferred to walk around in his pajamas most of the time.
He went downstairs and followed the music to the kitchen. He peered inside to see all the girls, aside from Tori. Music was playing at a reasonable volume. The song made him smile. He knew that Minnie loved this song but the lyrics also made him smile. "Excuse me I don't mean to be rude but tonight I'm fucking you." It was especially entertaining since perky good girl Minnie never cursed.
Minnie was dancing around the other girls when he walked in. He grinned to himself. He loved the way Minnie danced. She was a pretty good dancer but he mostly liked it because of how . . . carefree and silly she was when she danced. Not that she usually wasn't silly and carefree. Currently, she was facing away from him, dancing while she talked to Hope.
August lifted his fingers to his lips to tell Hope not give him away. He snook up behind Minnie and wrapped his arms around her waist. He moved his hips against hers slightly as she danced and placed a kiss on her neck. He usually wasn't this forward but since Dan, Gilthanas, and Tori weren't there . . . What was the harm? Besides, Dan had never told him he couldn't have a relationship with Minnie. "Good morning sexy" he purred, planting another kiss on her neck "Nice dancing."

I do apologize, really, cause I know I hate when people simply stop posting when I put my heart and soul into a roleplay, and if anything changes, I'll be sure to poke in and make it known, but for now, I simply cannot deal with this on top of various other things that are going on in my life right now.
