Introduction

Altor, a very religious land has just got a reality check. The time of judgement has come dawned upon them, delivered by God and his Angels. Their Prince doesn’t seem to accept such a fate though. Fighting against these creatures in spite of his countries’ opinions. But he cannot do it alone. He’ll need help.

In fact these particular creatures were not sent by God himself. But rather a shady organisation playing God. Chronos created these creatures for one purpose and one purpose only. To destroy. And to make matters worse, these Angels are eating the souls of people!

Can the Prince and his team figure out the truth and put a stop to Chronos and the Angels before it’s too late?

Key Terms/Character Information

Altor

A highly religious and peaceful land. Their lives revolve around praising their red-eyed God. When a boy is born with red eyes he is automatically called a descendant of God and crowned Prince. Despite their reserved views on fighting, they have a large supply of magic and magic-users. The Prince being one of the strongest in the entire land. In times of a ruler not being present, they have a council which keeps the country in order. Any form of fighting is frowned upon and some are even arrested for it. Magic is used by only a selected few, normally to aid villages. Altor has a certain part of land which no one other than the Prince is aloud to go into. Amarevia or Holy-Land.

Amarevia

Holy-Land which only the Prince and his family can enter. It is split away from the normal land by a mountain range. It is also guarded by a powerful guardian. According to myth, Amarevia has the cleanest water and the most luscious plants. It has one building which is a castle.

Prince

Thought to be a descendant of God himself, born with red eyes or eyes which change into red. He is automatically crowned the Prince and his family becoming royal. A child with red eyes is only born every 100 years. The Prince has a natural ability to use magic to a very high level. The current Prince won’t accept what all of his country will. Their end.

Princess

The Princes’ brother and another ruler. She follows her brother and helps him in his decisions. When her brother decided to rebel against the Angels, she was willing to help him. She is also a very high user of magic.

Guardian

It has wings of its own and protects Amarevia. However when the attack began and the Prince decided to fight back, the Guardian decided to join the Prince.

Chronos

The shady organization in charge of creating the Angels. Not much is known about them, in fact no one knows they even exist. They act in the shadows and keep their identities a secret. Most members don’t even leave the base.

Angels

Currently only three of them were successful, created by Chronos to bring about the destruction of Altor. Their holy appearances (including wings and powers) are what convinced people into believing that they were Angels sent by God. They are extremely destructive and powerful. All Angels were created from scratch, using the DNA of humans and infusing them with magic. However their powers go far beyond the magical limits. Angels don’t really have genders. Most Angels are emotionless, however some have certain emotions which stand out. All Angels are able to materialize a weapon. However it is always the same weapon. Angels are only able to live by devouring the souls of people.

Elris looked at Len and he said calm "Disappointing Len I thought you were more informed but then that's not your fault, Chronos is in control of almost every barracks only the royal guard is still loyal to the prince we are in control of almost everything and everywhere the only reason he's still prince is because we don't control the people and the people are the empire. Also Loki is performing his job just fine I think but my power is mostly one way as I can't read his thought's form this distance or his responses." Elris now said to Ishkur "Also disappointing of your shield but I have another possible assignment for you as I want you to capture the princess so we can use her to get the prince to do what I want but you may rest first if you wish." His clear ice blue eye's watched to Len again "Also your request for more minions has been taken seriously and reinforcement's are coming in a day or two." Elris had hired more people to help Len as Chronos was rich from extracting taxes and the tribes of the southern kingdoms from Altor were rich with skilled man that would be loyal to the dead for a few coins. Elris felt it coming and he coughed and blood appeared on his lib his own dark red blood as a reminder of how his health was retreading. He wiped it from his face and walked out of the room only to end in his own restroom vomiting blood and feeling horrible these attacks never were long but they became worse and worse every time just as the pain in Elris jest and the fact he didn't need any food only water and that was already hard to get trough his mouth as it burned as acid for him. The doctors were clueless on Elris disease or diseases but most blamed the fact of his frequent exposure to the power source were the angels were made of his own pure red crystal was not to blame as he only got those attacks after meeting his angels so he thought it had to be energy disturbing his body. He stood up vomited again and walked out of his room as nothing had happened taking some things with him before walking to the stables and sending to Ishkur "Meet me at post Lake Sinaoha bring the princess." Chronos had found another way trough the mountains in the form of an old mineshaft that was so unstable that it was seen as an deathtrap but Chronos had rebuild it and used it to let it's agents trough and soon the army's. Elris grabbed his grey with black mare that seemed happy to see him and set his way to Lake Sinaoha as the lake was big enough to let the reflection of the sky tough the real sky if you looked on the right angle so there he had to begin looking but he kept sending task's around but he couldn't get into Len's head of course as he was immune to any power. Elris entered the mine shaft and begin making his way in full speed without mercy for his horse "Prince you will feel what a fool you truly are and how much of a burden ruling a country is when a knife lands in your back."

Cal followed princess Amira to the girl who seemed to be her age. he looked behind im at the man. who had gotten onto his feet and started helping his companions. then he looked back at the girl and the blue light that eminated from Amira's hands, lighter this time around. Cal sighed, Amira was kind-hearted, he could tell that in almost a secound, but she was maybe too kind. She could, if she was not careful. kill herself to save these people. Then again she didn't seem to mind.He looked at Amira with almost sad eyes
The guardian who would kill herself to protect another... sometimes i envy these people and sometimes i pity them he thought that he shouldn't speak at first, then he reconsidered and said
"You know what caused this right? Do you know why these peple are dead and dying... you may not believe me but angels are the cause of this destruction you see ;aid out before you now" e gestured to the area around him "they will come again and then this girl or that man might really die... do you wish your hard work to go to waste?"

Amira turned her head slightly to listen to Calzone. "I kinda figured as much. No mortal could cause this much damage in such a short amount of time." She said as she was almost done with the girl's head. After a couple more moments she successfully healed the girl. There was some blood on the girls face, so Amira took the end of her dress and tore it. It was shocking cause she loved and cared for her appearance so much and here she was ripping one of her favorite dresses. She tied it around the girl's head before helping her up to her feet.

"Thank you so much." The girl said giving Amira a hug. "No sweat, you should leave this village though." She told her as she started to walk away from the girl. "I know they might die eventually, it's just the right thing to do if you see someone hurt and near death." She turned and smiled at Cal. "Let's keep moving." She waved her hand forward as she kept walking. She couldn't help but feel worried about her brother right now. Heaven knows what trouble he could be in right now. "You know my brother right? You wouldn't happen to know where he is right now?"

She asked as she kept walking. She didn't turn around to look at him cause she was focused on the people around her. They made it to the end of the village and not a single soul was alive and on top of that Amira doubted she could heal anyone in her current state. "We have to help my brother, I have a feeling that he is going to stop those angels." She didn't know what she could possibly be getting herself into at the moment, but she had to do something to help out. There was no way she was going to sit on the side lines looking cute and innocent.

It was clear that nothing was going to be solved by being gentle about it. Running a hand through her hair she turned around to face Cal. "So are you going help out of not, I think we could really use your help. For some reason it feels like you know whole lot about what is going than I do." Amira smiled sweetly trying to get her point across that she needed his help. The first priority was to find her brother, which sounded like it was going to be hard to do. For one thing she had no idea where he was.

Once everyone had bowed for the prince, the prince went to Nathan and his father to ask if they knew what would really happened here. "Maybe... But I am still not sure so I will do some further investigation." After he said this the prince left to talk with someone else. Grey walked around a few times thinking of what really happened here. After a few moments Nathan's father stopped walking and said: "Maybe it where real angels after all." And after he said this he left the church together with his wife Maria. Nathan didn't go away. This couldn't be the work of angels... Not in the house of God. Nathan read the message again a few times and soon he got a view what could have happened here. "It could be that the girl entered the church but this girl was possessed. The bishop didn't notice the person and the person killed the bishop." This was his first thought but it didn't take long before he knew that this was wrong because there was used quite some magic in this room. "The possessed girl walked inside the church, the bishop knew that the girl was possessed and he attacked the girl. He killed her and committed suicide because he had murdered the girl." This was a second thought but again he knew that this was wrong because this wouldn't explain why the fight took so long. "The possessed girl walked inside the church, the bishop knew that the girl was possessed and he attacked the girl. The fake 'Angel' would then have left the body and a fight between the bishop and the angel started. The angel won and took the soul of the bishop, wrote the message and killed the girl once she tried to escape." This was his best and final thought so he went to the prince to tell him his story. "Excuse me honored price but I have something urgent to discuss with you." He said. "I think I know what really happened here." He looked around a bit to see who was standing close to him and who could hear what he was about to say. He was relieved when he saw that only the prince and the person who entered with him where standing close enough. "I think that this isn't the work of real angels. There was a body of a girl not so long ago and she had signs of being possessed. This means that the 'Angel' tried to kill the bishop without getting spotted. This didn't work because there are also signs of a fight. The 'Angel' must have won and after this she or he took the soul of the bishop. I think after this the 'Angel' wrote this message to scare us and not much later she or he discovered that the girl was still alive so the 'Angel' killed her. After killing her the 'Angel fled through the back door and went home again... This is what I think that really happened but I have something more shocking to tell." He looked around again but still only the prince and that other man was able to hear him. "I think this is the work of a secret organization and maybe they have some spies among us." Nathan said this and did a few steps back. "I am sorry to take so much of your time and I am still not sure about this but this is what I think that could have happened I will investigate a little longer to see if this is really the truth." And after he said this he went back to the message for some further investigation.

Ishkur almost laughed at the reaction of Len, mistaking him for his assistant, however he hid behind a mask of pure annoyance. The shield was useful Ishkur admitted, but every time it had been used, things broke through. He was merely doing them a favor by telling them about it now so they could fix it. There was the sound of familiar footsteps coming from behind and Ishkur span around on the chair to look at the pale face of his Master. "Well done Ishkur, I hope that Maci's thinking of special missions as easy has been proven wrong, Nyeth is one of the biggest estate's only Hyrzua is bigger and more useful but we already control it." Ishkur merely smiled at his Master's pleasing words. Did he really expect me to fail? I'm insulted. Ishkur thought to himself, turning back around to face Len as Elris continued. Len had stood up by now, his back against Ishkur and Elris as he stared out the window. How rude. Ishkur mentally scoffed but remained silent, his only reaction being that of a glare. "The funny part is that we now have more control over Altor than the prince with control over 86% of the landmass and more than 90% of all the troops. Len why may I ask did the seemingly strong shield fail? Be calm I'm not going to kill you but the guy that's in trouble." Figures. They meant nothing to Ishkur, truth be told, he wasn't the best with math. Lacking in the common knowledge of things, but he never would admit that such things puzzled him.

With that Len turned back around, filtering through a mass of papers randomly scattered over the desk. "I was just reading up on this. It, it... What? The AT field is still a prototype, yes, but how someone out there has the ability to counteract it... Jamesson! Get the head scientist up here. We have a slight problem!" Mentally cursing at the fact he was being used to test out a prototype. I'm the perfect being, we don't deal with "Prototypes" Narrowing his eyes further until they were just slits. Despite Ishkur's anger at the situation, his mouth remained unopened. His opinions remaining only in his mind. "I'm afraid he's unaccounted for, sir" The reply came from outside, most likely from Len's assistant. Whatever his name was. Ishkur merely smiled at the fact Len was becoming annoyed, sensing the anger but at the same time fear mixing together. But fear of what? Ishkur or Elris. Both were threatening. Perhaps Elris being the more frightening; Ishkur merely acting on commands or if pushed far enough, anger. "I'm very sorry about this sir, but having not overseen the production of the Angels, I cannot offer anything about this. All I can suggest is we reprioritise our targets; start attacking the granaries and barracks rather than the churches. Maybe if we leave the religious institutions alone, the population will turn against them." Len addressed Elris now about their plans for attacks or something. Nothing of which interested Ishkur in the slightest.

"And YOU, I think all the time, effort and money that made you wasn't wasted." Len now addressed Ishkur, who immediately stood up, glaring daggers towards the second-in-command. He wasn't sure how to take the comment, whether it was a good or bad thing. "I have a name!" Ishkur yelled to him, folding his arms and turning his back towards Len. His head held up high almost to the point of staring at the ceiling. "Disappointing Len I thought you were more informed but then that's not your fault, Chronos is in control of almost every barracks only the royal guard is still loyal to the prince we are in control of almost everything and everywhere the only reason he's still prince is because we don't control the people and the people are the empire. Also Loki is performing his job just fine I think but my power is mostly one way as I can't read his thought's form this distance or his responses." Elris spoke in a calm tone unphased and not even the slightest bit annoyed at Len. Not even at the fact how he addressed Ishkur. As Elris spoke, Ishkur turned his attention onto him, allowing his eyes and head turn ever so slightly to rest on him. Elris' eyes soon met with Ishkur and he turned away once again. "Also disappointing of your shield but I have another possible assignment for you as I want you to capture the princess so we can use her to get the prince to do what I want but you may rest first if you wish." Smiling in response, Ishkur turned fully to face Elris now, his arms unfolding and wings seemingly relaxing too. Ishkur gave a single nod of the head, throwing a glare over his shoulder at Len before striding out of the room.

Ishkur wandered down the hallway for a while before coming across Carloz. His head tilted to the side in confusion about how the man was still standing, but then again, Elris didn't look in the best of shape either, but he was still standing. Still giving out orders and leading Chronos to a bright, or rather, dark future. "You don't look good." Ishkur said to him, stopping momentarily, now standing a few feet away from the sickly man. "Oh wait!" Ishkur snapped his fingers, a sudden realization dawning on him. "You created this shield I use right?" He nodded, not even waiting for a response before continuing. "Well it sucks. Everything breaks through it too easily." He glared slightly at Carloz, allowing him to hear what he was saying before continuing down the hallway to his room. He stopped once again when past Carloz, looking over his shoulder towards the other. "Oh by the way, Vice-Commander wants to see you." Ishkur smiled and chuckled darkly to himself, hoping that Carloz would be punished. Punished for the fact he failed.

The room was still the same as he left it. Good. Ishkur was half expecting it to be trashed by Akane and Maci, just so he would have to clean it up upon his return. The other Angels hadn't come back yet. "It wouldn't surprise me if those two are having a hard time with that new Guardian." Ishkur said to himself, falling backwards onto his bed, cringing from the pain he felt as the razor-edged wings dug hard into his back. "Honestly," he continued, now raising both hands up to rest on his head, covering both his eyes in the process. "I don't know why they don't just ask me to do everything. I'm so much better than those other two. I'm perfect. They aren't." Ishkur let out a pained sigh, turning on his side to stare blankly at the dull wall. "Meet me at post Lake Sinaoha bring the princess." He turned suddenly to gaze around the room for someone who had come in. The voice sounded like Elris'. After a few moments spent dumbly blinking and gazing around the room, Ishkur realized that the voice was in his head. "So much for my rest." he uttered, forcing himself to sit up.

The air felt somewhat different now, it carried the smell of blood on it. Ishkur smiled, savoring the coppery taste carried on the gentle breeze. Again his wings opened up, allowing the sun to shine off of the metal "feathers", it was enough to blind anyone who was close enough, given the right angle. He took to the air and rose up high enough to look over most of Altor. He would of been seen from such a great height, just considered a bird. "The Princess? She'll be at the castle no doubt." He turned his attention towards Amarevia, the large mountain range splitting it from the common land, the large and most beautiful lake Sinaoha just on the other side. The same place the original guardian had plummeted to his death in. "Shouldn't of tried to drown me." Ishkur mumbled out-loud, frowning at the thought. I could have died if I landed in that water. Banishing the thoughts to the back of his mind, Ishkur concentrated on the spot where the castle was located. The same place they had attacked a town nearby before.

It hadn't taken long for Ishkur to reach the castle, flying like an arrow within a matter of minutes to the castle. At times like this he praised his versatile wings, allowing him to cut through the air like a knife. Ishkur landed on the castle roof, folding his wings back and crouching down on the brick. He peered over the edge. Nothing. They certainly weren't outside. He then dangled from the roof, hanging like a bat to stare into the castle itself. Everything seemed clear so Ishkur continued. Flipping himself and kicking through the window, landing on the red carpets of the most upper floor. Glass sprayed across the floor from the broken window and Ishkur merely added to the sound, with each step a shard of glass cracked under his weight until he came to a clear part of floor. Looking left and right in every possible room was proving to be a waste of time, no one was here. At least not on this floor.

The second floor proved to be empty too, the very bottom floor...empty. Except for a few servants. Ishkur turned into a rather large hall, complete with chairs and red carpet spread over the floor. There gathered the servants for their break time. Ishkur couldn't hide the pleased smile on his face. I may not have found the Princess, but let's leave them a little message for when they return. He stepped silently for a while, making his way across the hallway without being noticed. That was until a maid noticed him, dropping the cup of tea she held, smashing against the floor and onto the feet of the other servants. A hand rose up with the arm and a single digit outstretched to point straight at Ishkur. "A-Angel!" Her voice was shaking violently and Ishkur felt the fear from her and the others as they turned to look. It felt like a wave, a drowning feeling. But Ishkur enjoyed it, he enjoyed every moment of it. His smile growing wider into something much more evil and twisted, showing off the perfect white teeth his mouth held.

Screams filled the echoed hall, blood splattering across every possible inch. Bodies of servants of all ages were left mangled across the carpets. "Such a beautiful death." Ishkur chuckled, standing on top of a servant. The female squirmed under his weight, letting out a scream now and again, hoping that someone would come and save her. But that wasn't going to happen. Ishkur smiled, pushing all weight on his foot. A small cracking sound was soon replaced by a sicking splitting and crack. Ishkur crushing the woman's head under his foot. Unidentifiable now, the only remains of her head was the shards of cracked skull and stray bits of grey matter. Ishkur stepped away from the area where the bodies where, allowing himself to take in his art. Parts of the bodies were scattered in all directions, unknown of who they actually belonged to. Suddenly Ishkur got an idea, turning on his blood soaked heels to face the wall, his head tilting to the side in thought. "Maybe I should leave the Prince a message..." He frowned, shaking his head until he finally managed to convince himself to carry out said action.

Dipping his hand into the blood of an unidentifiable body, he swirled it around for a few moments, allowing his whole hand to become caked in the crimson liquid. His hand was brought across the wall in several strokes, eventually spelling out a message. Ishkur stood back in order to view it all, covering the south side wall in the blood of countless servants. He had to refill several times in order to make such a large message. The very message read; 'Dear Prince, Despite being one of God's own. That doesn't save you from the Fate you will endure. As well as your sister, if you want her back you'll come to Lake Sinaoha. A small and irritated sigh escaped Ishkur's lips, quickly silenced with countless souls entering the same mouth and consumed shortly after. "Ugh, that's vile." Ishkur spat a few times on the floor before continuing out of the castle. "Now where would the Princess be?"

Ishkur rose into the air, flying to the highest point of the castle, allowing himself to rest on the tower's roof. He searched for a few minutes, everywhere he could see, but only able to see the lake in the distance, mountains towering behind that and a destroyed town. The town they destroyed. Carmine. It was the only town inside Amarevia. Visitors would stay there, supplies would be kept there and other things the Prince needed. On the day of the strike, many people were there bringing things for the Prince as well as actually being allowed inside Amarevia to admire it's beauty. Ironic really that the very same day would be their end. Ishkur snickered at the though, suddenly stopping when he noticed a few moving shapes within the town. Some survivors of the attack? Impossible...I made sure I killed them all! Curiosity and anger over took him as he shot towards the town with great speed. Ishkur smirked when he saw who the shapes belonged to. One of them being the Princess. Got 'cha.

He dove downwards towards the ground, spreading out his wings at the last second to glide along the ground only a few feet from the dirt. It would be a difficult job to pick up a person from such an Angel, as well as the Princess being near others. Probably her guards. But what she was doing in such a place, Ishkur could only wonder. He wrapped his arms around the Princess as he came close enough, darting like an arrow, standing in the air and kicking hard on the ground in order to rise. He smiled down at the Princess in his arms, floating gently in the air a fair bit above the others below. He merely watched for the others reactions a devious smile planted on his face as he held the Princess tightly around her waist. The others didn't look too much like guards, one actually looked pretty common. The situation confused the Angel slightly however he wouldn't allow such emotion to shine through. Elris could wait, if the others were about to put up a fight and attempt to save the Princess. He would happily show them how futile the act would be.

Cal had een about to reply to the princess when suddenly an angel came to the ground and grabbed her. He looked up sternly and saw the fac of the angel, twisted ina devious smile. It was one of the angels who had torn though the town when it had been attacked not hours before. he growled, his eyes slitting and becoming cat-like
"You! Put the princes down you freak of nature!" he shouted drawing his blade quickly and focusing it on the angel "why are you doing this? why are you killing these people!? your creator must be sick and the Satan of this land... wheretheras you are the demons that surround him! Die demon!" he shouted, using his animal-like powers to jump into the air and onto the angels head, driving Caccia down in what Cal hoped would be a fatel strike. He couldn't let this demon take the princess. The prince would surely kill Cal if he found out that his sister had been taken and Cal had done nothing to help. The other people that had now started croding the area below the angel gasped as a smple human tried to take down a messenger of the faith hat tey had all adored for so long. At that momet Cal made a promise, t was one that he would never break no matter what. He didn't know if it was his instints guiding him to this descion or wherether he had ade t himself but he thought

Amira thought nothing of what was going on behind her. She was so focused on saving people that she didn't even hear the angel behind her. Just as she was about to bend over to help some, she felt someone grabbing her from behind. "What th-." She thought it was Cal or someone but she would have never of thought it would have been an angel. He had a sinister smile on his face as he seemed to have been enjoying himself. It was unfathomable that the angels would be doing all of this brutal killing.

"Put me down!" Amira tried to wiggle out of the angels grasp but between her lack of enter and him being strong she couldn't do much. Just as she thought it was all over Cal hit the angel with his sword. Amira fell to the groud when the angel did and she quickly got away from him. Standing up she grabbed Cals hand. "We need to go." Her voice was urgent as she grabbed his hand and started to run. They were headed for the woods so hopefully the angel wouldn't be able to fly as easily.

As they ran she started to get tired but knowing that there was an angel after her she didn't want to stop. Amira came to a halt though and rested against a tree. "What do they want from me?" She looked at Calzone and asked him while trying to catch her breath. It was now that she realized that she needed to work out more.

The situation was laughable, the fact that the Princess struggled to get from Ishkur's grip. Even if she did manage to, she would just fall. At such a great height, she would die. Everyone just merely watched, crowding around below and staring up with wide-eyes and awed looks at the Angel above. Murmurs were heard in between the people, Ishkur merely watched them from above with a twisted smile painted on his face. They would all die soon enough. "You! Put the Princess down you freak of nature!" Hawk like eyes darted and rested on the one who shouted out. The same one who the Princess seemed to be in the town with. A guard? No...Just an unimportant peasant. Ishkur merely chuckled at the male's reaction, a dark chuckle which was heard over the whole town, silencing the crowd for a moment. The male then even had the nerve to draw his sword, pointing up towards the Angel. Like he'll get me. Stupid human. Ishkur mentally face-palmed at the human's reaction."Why are you doing this? Why are you killing these people!? Your creator must be sick and the Satan of this land... whereas you are the demons that surround him! Die demon!" Ishkur silenced his chuckle, rolling his yellow eyes in response. Pure defiance and anger was all he felt from the male.

Taken by complete surprise, the human jumped high into the air, high enough to land on Ishkur's back, his sword plunging downwards towards the Angel's head. Without enough time to create a shield, Ishkur moved to the side, allowing the blade to scrape against his wing rather than his head. The force behind the slash and the weight of two humans caused Ishkur to fall to the ground. People scattered as the Angel landed in the middle of a crowd, dropping both the Princess and the human as he did so. Crowding around the fallen Angel who lay on the ground motionless, the people began to whisper and murmur things to one another, questioning the creature which lay in front of them. Ishkur merely smiled into the dirt of the ground, counting in his mind. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. He shot up into the sky the force of such a movement pushing the crowd of people away. He hovered in the air, smiling and gazing towards the two fleeing. The Princess and the stupid human, running inside a forest. Like an arrow, Ishkur cut through the air, halting suddenly when he came to edge of the forest. Of course there was always the option to cut through the trees with the razored edges of his wings, though the forest was thick. "Well played," Ishkur smiled to himself, flying inside the forest and sitting on a branch of a tree.

His wings folded back slightly but were open enough to be able to fly. He searched around the forest for any signs of movement, crouching on the branch of a tree near the entrance. A slight movement was seen from the corner of his eye, covered and obscured trees and plantation. Ishkur's wings opened out, gliding to the next branch and continuing until he came to the source of the movement. It was a hard job and continuously his metal wings scrapped against the bark of trees and slicing off thinner branches. I really hate forests... Eventually perching on the tree above where he had seen the movement, covered by the countless leaves on the trees he stared below at the two humans. The Princess leaning against the same tree he sat upon, the other human merely waiting for her to catch her breath. With one swift motion, the Angel jumped off the tree top, landing just behind the male. Not allowing a second in between that, he sent a shock coursing through the male's body. The feeling of pure agony and pain ripping its way through every nerve in the victim's body, surely rendering the target unconscious, for how long was unknown.

Ishkur laughed, stepping over the body of the male, being careful not to wake him, although he desperately wanted to crush the human's skull beneath his feet. But that would have to be done another time. "I even gave you a five second head-start." Ishkur frowned, his voice full of disappointment. "You've earned yourself an audience with God himself." He swiftly done the same attack he did on the male, allowing the Princess' unconscious body to fall into his open arms. Ishkur smiled down at the soft face of her. "Don't worry, your friend will be fine." He referred to the other male he hit unconscious. Ishkur emitted another amused laughter, taking to the air and flying straight up out of the forest. His wings sliced through any obstacle in his way, carrying the Princess as he did so. He couldn't help but look down at the hole he created, hoping to see the other male awake now. He smiled downwards towards the ground before taking off towards the lake.

Sure enough, Elris was there waiting for him, the emptiness Ishkur felt from that man was unnerving. No emotion was ever emitted from that cold hearted human. Ishkur landed with grace being careful not to wake up the Princess. He took small steps towards Elris, keeping a good enough distance between them both and the lake which sat behind his leader. "I got what you wanted." He said in a calmed tone, tilting his head to the side as he remained holding the Princess in his arms. He didn't exactly want to put her on the ground, either if he was being nice or whether it was the fact he didn't want her running away. The exact reason was unknown. Ishkur yawned, outstretching his wings to look at the damage on them. It was minor, apart from one rather large scratch in the exact place the other human sliced downwards with. "Bastard scratched up my wings." Ishkur growled to himself, folding them behind him and looking behind him. "He'll die for that."

Elris said calm and observing "They will all die sooner or later if not time then you he's only human remind that he has already lost." Elris took stone out of the ground and let is form a tight but blood circulation around the princesses hands and legs to make is easier to to control her. "Pleased to meet the teenager that is called princesses in this retarded place I'm Elris and I have something very important to say to your brother and without you your previous guardians will inform the prince he will come probably with a small group of friends here sooner or later and then I will dispatch him of his duties and then I will dispatch you of your duties. Don't ask why as your to young to understand and if you do then you will not understand it." He sat down on a chair and overlooked the lake thinking of how he would place a mine and factory to get the valuable's in the mountains with the cost of the lake of course but it was only water and if people want water then they can go to the ocean. His gaze came to Ishkur again "Your wings heal fast enough to see it happening and your free to do anything you want for a short time go and kill some people as you like or maybe burn down a village but keep alert as I will inform you when they arrive and you flank them if you need to kill the prince but I would prefer to kill him personally." He took the princess from Ishkur and took a rope from his backpack that he had taken with him as it would take a wile and he connected the tree with the middle of the hand chains to keep her there "Don't try to run I can snap your mind in an eye blink, also any wishes? Or questions I would be glad to answer what I want to answer." He sat down again and one of his eye's was set on the princess wile the other looked in the lake another thing he had mastered with some practice.

Amira just got her breath back when the angel returned. She was too stunned to move. He just knocked out Cal and was walking towards looking like pure evil. Fear took over her body and she always hated when that happened to her. The next thing she knew she was out cold. Amira couldn't believe that she let this happen to her. There could have been something she could have done to get away, but she let herself be consumed with fear. Then again going against an angel would sign her death certificate for sure.

It terrified her that she had no idea where he was taking her and that she couldn't move or anything. Amira never liked being this vulnerable. Ever. Finally she was able to open her eyes and she saw an even more heartless looking man. He was talking to her, but she could only remember little bits of what he was saying to her. The only thing that stuck out was her brother's name and death. Why were they trying to kill her brother? There was so much she didn't know yet. Amira heard when the other male said that she was free to ask questions, but he was too freaky to even look at not alone talk to.

After he tied her up she just sat there saying nothing. She could always use what little energy she had left and try to free herself, but that wouldn't be wise in this situation. For once she was going to have to depend fully on her brother, that he would be able to save her and his lives. This was an ominous man they were dealing with. Who knows what his full potential was and she preferred not to know. Whatever the master plane was it must have been huge in order for them to be killing so many people off like this, or they were just heartless and liked to kill. It was most likely the ladder in this situation. Her mind kept drifting off as she tried to piece things together without having to ask this man. Amira hoped her brother was going to be okay and would be able to save her.

"Im guessing you want to get first hit on this one then, hell, i might be able to turn into the previous one, i still remember how it looked." "Yeah I want first hit. That walking corpse really pissed me off, so now I need an outlet to beat the shit out of." Akane looking over at the glowing and saw Maci change into what looked like the guardian that ass Ishkur killed. "We'll that's a neat trick. They must really want you dead if they are sending on these kind of missions when you could do infiltration missions." She cracked a halfway smile as spoke the next works. "As for me, I was made for destruction quite literally." After only about five or so minutes of flying Maci looked down and said. "I think we found our so called Guardian Akane." Akane looked down to see a little eagle hold what looked like a small unimpressive sword. "Well god damn it! I was off! She'll pay for that!" She then tucked her wings in around her and started to strait down towards the guardian feet first.

"We'll that's a neat trick. They must really want you dead if they are sending on these kind of missions when you could do infiltration missions." Maci saw Akane smile, which wasnt usual for her. "Yeah, but they got that spy Luki or Loku doing all that, me, i dont know." She paused listening to Akane. "Your made for Desctruction, im made as a test to find perfection." She said, then seeing Akane dart at the Guardian. "Heh, ill follow, but ill let you have the fun." Maci said as she did the same Akane, tucking in her wings, but head first, picking up a little more speed, and passing Akane. As Maci was heading straight for ground, she turned into the old guardian, same features, same everything, even the same voice, and same magic.

Maci did a flip right before she hit the ground so she landed on her feet, then looking up at the new guardian, not looking much like one. "Hello child." Maci said using the guardians voice, but she didnt know her name, but knowing some history of guardians and such. Maci would have normally attacked at this point, but he knew Akane wanted to attack first, Maci was just a ditraction for now.

Cal had almos smiled when the angel dropped the princess, almost. When the angel laughed it sent a shiver p his spine but also a sense of pure hatred, this man and all the others of his breed were the enemy! When he and the princess got to the forest he breathed heavily, tough not as heavily as the princess.
"They ant you because you are the princess, Amira-" he had been about to say something when suddnly a great pain coursed through his body, he roared in pain and part of his powers activated. He looked p as his vision started to beco,e blurry, the angel had knocked out the princess and had take her away. He tried to growl but couldn't.
As he fell into the realm of forced sleep animals crowded around him, some drawn by the roar and others by Cal's last outburst of power. Three strong looking wolves crept in, having earlier been eatig their kill, blood seeped around their faces. They looked at each other with curiousity. Who was this man? The biggest one growled and the two others pricked their ears, the ,essage was clear
This man is an animal like us... i can sense through him where he wishes to go... it is out duty as brothers of the wild to help him the two others barked in agreement and lifted Cal, dragging him back to castle. hoping that te prince had returned.
Cal awoke not fve minutes after he ad bee dropped off, the animals scampering as soon as he opened his eyes, which were still like a cat's eyes. Cal smiled for a moment. the ralized the situation and ran into the castle. He looked around in despair as he saw what had happend, blood coated the walls and broken bodies littered the floors.
"Damn it!" he shouted and ran around madly looking for any survivours. There were none but in their place was a message carved in blood. It said of god and kiddnapping he princess as well as a location to meet "i havegot to find the prince" and with that he ran from the castle, bound for the church.

Dominic listened intently at the boy's response to his question once he was done looking around the church. The reply seemed to be just as confused as his own ramblings, but nothing could be put out of consideration. However, he couldn't help the small smile that came to him as the boy went on. Now, the Prince was a little confused in his religious believing, but he wasn't about to call all these strange happenings the reason of some secret organization. He shook his head, wiping away his smile so not to offend the boy. He was smart, but maybe a little too imaginative for his own good. "I'll keep that in mind," Dominic said clearly, turning to Loki. "I think we've seen enough here. We should start heading back to the palace. I'm starving." He gave a passing wave to the boy nearby as he started out of the church. "If you find any more leads or if anything similar to this comes up, don't hesitate to let me know."

As he left the church, he looked around for a proper area to start up one of his black holes to head back to the palace. They had to be done on solid ground and though he could end up in a grassy area, he couldn't make it in one--it had to be created on a flat surface, like cement or brick or wood, even. He placed his hand on the outside wall of the church, when sounds of footsteps reached his ears and he looked behind him, more than surprised to find the Blue Fighter coming up the steps and towards the church. He gave him a confused passing glance--how had he known how to find them? He must have overheard--and walked up to him.

"Blue Fighter?" he asked warily, seeing the many scratches and the look of exhaustion that seemed to scream that he'd just been in a fight of some sort. "What happened to you? You don't look very good; did something happen?" Without waiting for an answer, a thought occurred to him that struck him in the wrong way. The Blue Fighter had been near the palace at the time, in the town. A feeling of unease grabbed hold of his insides and wouldn't let go until he satisfied his suddenly unsettled mind. He went back to the wall and finished the black hole, stretching it so they would be able to step through it this time without having to jump down. He wasn't feeling very creative any more. He just wanted to return to the palace, to his home.

Dominic didn't wait to check if Loki or the Blue Fighter would be joining him and instead left without another word through the black hole, ending up on the other side, which happened to be directly inside the palace. The second he entered, a butler sped past him, not even noticing his presence. That was odd. He followed slowly after him, turning a corner and stopping as a maid bumped into him. Her eyes grew wide once she realized who it was she ran into and quickly bowed, pressing her hands against his chest. "Your Highness," she started hasitily--it was obvious that she was unnerved by something, "you shouldn't be here. We didn't think you'd be back so soon. Please, you mustn't come down this way."

The raven-haired Prince scanned her. Red-brimmed, tear-filled eyes, neat hair gone wiry, dress wrinkled, apron askew, and most disturbing of all, he noted, shaky hands holding desperately onto a stained white cloth. A cloth stained with blood. He pushed it aside, blocking any thoughts that seemed to want to rush him all at once, and looked directly at her. He lifted her chin and held it lightly, wiping away her tears in concern. "Ma'am, if you don't mind, I am the Prince here and I will do as I please. There seems to be some sort of disturbance in my palace and I believe it's more than necessary that I know what has happened in my absence." The maid blushed lightly and nodded when he let her go. "Now, if you'll excuse me..." She stepped out of his way to allow him to pass by, which he did and continued down the hall. He forced his heart to remain slow and his mind to remain calm, but every step he took he lost that control of himself. He wanted to run to the scene--he needed to know what happened. He needed to know this very instant. And every step there seemed to take all too long.

The tall doors had people rushing in and out of them, none paying him any mind whatsoever as they all seemed to be in a trance of worry and a state of chaos. The aura coming from the room almost seemed to scream something bad. Dominic considered turning back, but he couldn't force himself to do such a thing, and pushed the doors open, entering in to a scene of utmost despair.

A gasp left his lips and his face paled many shades lighter. He couldn't control his quickly beating heart nor the sickened expression that came over his face. He wanted to throw up. Blood covered the walls and pooled around the floor. The bodies in the room, half unmoving, half nervous, stuttering, agitated messes, all seemed to have something empty in them. The unmoving bodies, at the very least, were covered in blankets, but none had yet to be removed. He shuddered and had to lean against the wall just to keep his balance. He slowly dropped to the ground and stared around the room in a daze, his red eyes blank and emotionless, the laughter and arrogance seemingly drained from his entire self in only just a moment's glance of this horror scene. It was too bad to even be described.

But the thing that finally got to him, the thing that truly made him snap inside, was the message on the wall, inscribed in the blood of his kindly workers. 'Dear Prince, Despite being one of God's own. That doesn't save you from the Fate you will endure. As well as your sister, if you want her back you'll come to Lake Sinaoha.'

Amira's...gone?

"--ness!"

"--minic! Wake up!"

"--lease! You need--"

"Prince Dominic!"

Dominic coughed and sputtered as a cold pale of water was splashed onto his face. He opened his eyes and gasped for air, trying to scoot away from those crowded around him but only ending up smacking his head against the wall. He squinted at them from the light, trying to focus his eyes on those in the crowd. The people were all servants of his, watching him with worried gazes. One man held a bucket that dripped water. "Please excuse me for that, Your Highness! But I saw no other way to wake you. You passed out as soon as you...saw...," the man drew off with a look of discomfort.

"Wh..." Dominic shook his head to clear it, standing to his feet despite the objections of those around him. He shooed them all away with a look of annoyance. One look of the blood and his memory came rushing back to him, all in its sickening, gory glory. "What happened here?" he demanded, anything playful far from his tone. He wasn't joking now.

"It was an Angel, sir," the same man told him. "One of the maids saw him leaving here with blood staining his hands and feet before fleeing to the town. We quickly found out what he had done. He left that message for you. I believe that the Princess may be in dire trouble."

"Right. Thank you. I'll be excusing myself," Dominic said, trying hard to straighten himself despite the sickly feeling that wouldn't leave. He felt like he'd swallowed a stone that stuck itself in the bottom of his gut. He hands were cold, but he was at least able to get them to stop shaking before anyone could notice. He was the Prince, he was the order here. He needed to remain calm and collected so he could think this through. I have to save Amira. That was the first thing. Saving his sister. The second...Then I'll get back at that so-called sewer rat of a thing that calls himself an Angel. He brushed off those who kept following him down the hall, trying to beg for him to wait, trying to tell him it had to be a trap. He didn't care what it was. They didn't know who they were dealing with. I'll kill him.

When he reached the front of the palace to start outside, he turned and faced the workers who still dared to follow desperately after him. He held up a hand to silence them. They all quieted and listened intently to what he had to say. His eyes were aflame with fury. "Despite what you may believe, whether this is the work of some twisted wannabe freaks, or the work of true Angels, one thing is for certain: nobody else will be dying. As long as I'm here, as your Prince, I will protect you. I am going to go and rescue my sister and take down the one who did this and I am going to figure out just what's going on here. You have nothing to fear any more. All you need to do from this point on is believe in me." Satisfied with their awed silence, he cast them a casual wave good-bye before starting outside.

Once he was there, he made sure none were going to stop him as he made another black hole set to take him half a mile outside of Lake Sinaoha. He was angry, not stupid. Dominic knew better than to just rush in head-on to an obvious trap by himself. He would go and look at things from afar. Still...he was nervous. He had no actual idea what he was dealing with and, truly, he was alone. Taking a shaky breath to calm his nerves, he finished the black hole on the side of the building and closed his eyes, before going through it. He reached the otherside through a tree.

Now was the time to start the search for his sister and whoever else might be waiting for him.

Cal growled.
The prince can be really stupid at times he thought as he saw the prince go through another black hole to the castle, where he would see the same sort of deverstation that Cal had. Cal knew that the prince would go the appointed meetig place, which was most certainly trap, although Cal had a sneaking suspision that the prince already knew that. Cal quickly looked around, knowing tat he could not get tere on foot fast enough. He saw a blck stallion in a nearby stable, braying as it looked at Cal's eyes. Cal used his powers ad caled the beast to his side, unlocking the stable doors and letting the horse leave. He quickly got onto the stallion's back and cooed nicely in it's ear the destiatio of which he wanted to go. The horse nodded it's head as if it understood, like all animals that Cal talked to did, and stated galloping for te river. Cal stayed low to become more streamlined, hoping the horse would g faster because of it
"Why oldn't i have been give te power of black les?" e grumbled to himself as he rode off.

Elris was calm and a bit relaxed trying to build up his strength for what to come and it seemed the "Princes" didn't want to talk but that wouldn't stop him from later talking to her until maybe she would kill the prince later only later far past this. He looked to the princess and said cold "You may wish to talk with me now as later I will not be able to hear you anymore or your dead probably the last one." Elris always had a sharp hearing and eye sight and it was very obvious who could have arrived "Ishkur break is over." Elris looked around for the prince but he couldn't find him as the kid had chosen the smarter option of observing instead of charging wile he could also just bring the entire royal guard with him. Elris pulled his sword and walked over to the princess "Well excuses are in place for me and you. You should be sorry for going on appearance and I should be sorry for what is about to come." Elris aimed his strike and then attacked at the princess just stopping before he had hit her neck as he needed a response "I'm going to count to twenty and if he hasn't come then I'm going to kill you. One,two, three, four, five, six's,seven, eight, nine, ten."

Amira listened to Elris and felt her heart racing. She was scared right now for her and her brother. She watched as the man spoke godly to her. He was heartless, and she had to wonder why someone could turn out this way. She still didn't talk or look at him. She was too busy looking around for her brother's appearance. Amira wished there was something she could do, but there was nothing for her. With her hands tied magic was out of the question, and if they weren't it still was do to her healing people earlier.

She felt like she was just dead weight that was going to get her brother killed. Just as she heard the man moving towards her she finally looked at him. Amira flinched when he aimed his sword at her kneck. Taking a deep breath she closed her eyes. In a way she didn't want her brother to fall for such a devious trap. She didn't want to see anything bad happen to him. Clenching the ground next to her, cause if he was going to kill her she didn't want to see his blade coming for her.

Orel flew as quickly as she could, but by the time evening was coming on she was only to the mountains that border the deep forests and the 'civilized' lands of Altor. She was already tired from flying such a long distance and what had happened that day still weighed heavily on her mind. Several times already she had wanted to stop and rest for awhile, but Orel knew that if she stopped she would become scared and probably stop for the night. That couldn't happen, she had to get to the prince.

Suddenly a shape flew in front of her. It was still some distance away but she could pick out the shape of her Master anywhere. Master?...but he was dead, she had felt him die and a new Guardian is only picked after the old had passed on. The figure was not master, even if he looked like master. Orel flapped her wings harder and put on more speed. She was scared because whatever this creature was, it wanted to stop her, no she couldn't. She had to get to the prince. She summoned a heavy gust of wind magic to blow the creature away "YOU ARE NOT MY MASTER" she screamed as she launched the gust of wind at the creature and dived down into the trees below. I have to get away, I have to get to the prince. She thought desperately to herself.

Loki ran after the Prince, noticing the Blue Fighter but not acknowledging him. Loki ran through the black hole, and nearly ran into a maid running through the halls. Mentally swearing, Loki took a moment to calm himself and to look around. What was going on? Had there been another attack? There hadn't been anything planned, after all... Everyone, everyone being all the lowly servants and workers of the Royal family, were all running towards one room, bumping into each other and hardly even looking where they were going. It was like a swarm, a beehive of activity. Loki calmly walked into the room, before being hit by an absolutely disgusting smell. Rotting flesh, dried blood. It hit his nose in one fell swoop. If not for his unusually strong gag reflex and the fact that he just came from an equally gruesome scene, he might have actually thrown-up.

"You," Loki said, stopping one of the maids. She was trembling, though from terror or shock Loki couldn't tell. "What happened?" He asked. She looked at him with huge brown eyes, her lips moving but no sound coming out. Obviously she was of no use. "Forget it. Continue with your work," he told her, letting her run off to fetch more cleaning supplies or whatever it was she was supposed to do. There clearly had been an Angel here. The bodies, while covered, had yet to be moved... And there were plenty of them. Most disturbing was the message written in the blood of the worker's. Written in blood, again? Loki thought. The Angels weren't the most creative, but it certainly hit a nerve within the castle.

'Dear Prince, Despite being one of God's own. That doesn't save you from the Fate you will endure. As well as your sister, if you want her back you'll come to Lake Sinaoha.' The message read. Obviously it was a trap, even a half-witted blind man could see that much. Still, Loki knew the Prince would go after his sister. Though, looking around, Loki saw said Prince faint. Oh dear, Loki thought. Whatever shall we do if our Prince is unable to wake? Loki carefully made his way over, not bothering to shoo away the various workers that crowded around the Prince like the flies on the corpses.

"Prince Dominic!" They cried out. Several minutes later, said Prince woke up sputtering. Well no wonder, Loki thought. You baboons just threw a bucket of cold water on him. The man who threw the water looked very sheepish, to no one's surprise.

"Please excuse me for that, Your Highness! But I saw no other way to wake you. You passed out as soon as you...saw...," The man muttered, looking around. The Prince shook his head and stood slowly. The workers seemed torn between helping him up and just watching. Loki chose to just watch, wondering how the Prince would react in front of all his workers. He would go after the Princess, Loki was certain, but how? Alone or with others? The Prince was foolish, arrogant, and usually didn't see past the heat of the moment. He'd go alone, Loki thought.

He followed, alongside the other servants and workers, the Prince to the front of the palace. It was clear the Prince was angry. No, he was furious. He turned and held up a hand. In a collective group, the servants all stopped. Loki was forced to, as well, or push his way past the others.

All you need to do from this point on is believe in me," The Prince said, giving them all a casual wave before walking away. Not about to loose him, Loki made his way through the servants. They mostly stood there in a stunned silence, anyway. Stupid people, Loki thought. Always following one person and never thinking for themselves... Yes, it was good that Chronos was acting now.

The Prince walked around outside, casually looking back to see if anyone was following him. Loki paused and concentrated. His hair went brown, eyes a dark green, and gave himself a tan to top it all off. Not completely different, but hopefully enough to be over-looked if the Prince did happen to see him. After all, he didn't know Loki was a spy... Yet.

Loki watched as the Prince created a black hole and stepped through it, but Loki walked over to it and decided to wait before going through it. After all, no point in walking through it and landing on top of Dominic.

Carloz had taken it upon himself to ditch his beverage, leaving him dry of any poisonous relief for the time being although the sense of curling stiffness he had in his right hand would beg that he still can feel in a illusionary manner, the glass pressed against his skin and thus forcing him to twirl up his wrist slightly before freezing as he realizes that shriveled palm is once again empty and thus making it fall down in a rather disappointed and hovering stance back to the rigged cliffs sides that his bony body produce for his hips. The skeletal figure hit bone against bone, forcing a tiny tremble all over his body as the shock of pain of two hard items smacking together inside something organic even if it was dying was still a most un-pleasant experience, almost like wrapping your nerves around two rocks and them bashing there faces towards once another and of course the fact he bore little muscle and was in all instances a rather frail man he demonstrated he tenderness to pain with a swift clap of his jaws which generated a small "snap" towards everyone nearby ears before continuing with a small drum beat of his teeth hopping up and down onto there kindred as his nerves forced him to vibrate just ounce which produce a slight rattle as if keys were being shaken or metal beads were dropped upon the floor but whatever they sounded like it still was a notification of a dis-comfort, especially when accompanied with the small curl of his upper eye lids which forced the top of his orbs to be shielded by his flesh whilst at the same time the cheeks on his face lifted just and ounce as he felt the effect of his stuttering jaw come into affect and thus pushed just a small amount of skin up to the bottom of his eyes, now being hugged by his face. The black circle of ash he was bold enough to announce as an eye, it sticky tar like iris vomiting itsself into a slightly smaller size as it became victim to his previously mention facial muscles and thus it metamorphed slightly although it was only partially visible in his colorless observer, most eyes had a pool of poison, others an ocean and even a few were lucky enough to float in chocolate but this iris slept in a black and foul oil as it gaze up to everything. Carlozes other eye had apparently lost it glow just a for a moment, just a split moment it dulled out, withered like a flame that had a flame retardant clothe had been thrown over it leaving nothing but a blue sea filled with hardly any details of expression, well maybe one expression still drifted in that orb of water but since now there was no glow it seemed more cold and un-welcoming as if the clouds had blocked out the sun and drafted everything into a more shrouded complexion. Those two sensrys each slowly pushed his eye lids away from there feet and scalps, forcing carloz to gaze at everything with much more aware eyes although the were still locked between a set of canine jaws due to the oriental features he obtained on his face, each of his eyes slowly swirled from the right to gaze at a hallway which was rather ghostly in its emptiness, so ghostly that one could even catch the whispers of the wind dancing forth in the long layers of ground and off the walls, brushing his skin gently as if past with a rather blissful "shhh" before leaving him once in silence.

The hallways on the higher level were ultimately more caring than those below as light was abundance here, the usage of electronic bulbs up ahead and the constant hums of energy flowing within the walls had a habit of looking after with those insides as if the entire complex was merely a concrete womb when combined with the warmth and safety it provides, the building even handed a sense of solid strength to it as the walls were plumb with strength and vigor from careful construction although to be fair one would never see a womb with its innards painted in a shallow pond blue that was bordering on the effect of gray nor would they ever witness a organic incubator that could even come close to the level of sweat and design that the building had with its levels of floors and mass parade of rooms or inner wirings, it seemed even the tiles that lined the floor in a perfect order while bearing nothing as much as a smudge or scratch upon them. The hallways were peaceful, that was the problem, the hallways were peaceful, there was no talking of theories or missions but instead the serenades of hums coming from electricity filling the atmosphere, there was no people crowding about but a perfect eye view of a set of walls leading in a tunnel like action to the exact copy of itself until it was too far to see, the doors did not open up like a jaw dislocating nor did it slam shut like a close with a thud like hammer smashing its face into a nail. There was not even feet hitting the floor like a set of hands lazily smacking a drum, not one-"Clap..." or so it seemed at the time. The claps increased, it was not entirely easy but the sounds were not too light or not too heavy,it seemed balanced for moment although a under tone was hidden within it, a slight tap like the a metal tongue was smacking the floor, each moment that clap and tap got louder eventually forcing the cloaked figure to twist his neck ,revealing atleast a number of five veins running up roughly where his jaguar should be as he poised his melancholy pale shade of skin towards the direction behind, quickly getting a tad more white although this was far more subtle than most people since his skin was already borderline decaying or white anyway, especially since his vein mostly had struggled to keep even the most basic limits of blood flow going but even now he had become not a ghost but almost transparent although to be honest that may be a slight exaggeration.

The sickly man had happen to be just uprising from the depths of the darkness as what most consider to be a un-fortunate time, while others made way out of the angel Carloz simply did not, although a sense of stubborn bravery was the last thing exhibited by dramatic widening of his eyes, each spiraling into a rather fatter version of them selfs, practically turning into dinner plates or carriage wheels as the fact that the being walking towards him was donning a pair of lengthily wings behind his back, each shimmering with shine as the light was quickly rejected from the metallic shards upon his frame, deterred of in a altering reflection, not even allowing the shine of lights give him a warm touch even at his home. A slight tremble took ahold again as he his nerves rattled the bones in his throat like a prisoner at the bars of a cage, forcing him to his take in a rather quick wease of air as he forced his cheeks into a rather large grin, stretching his wrinkled skin like a thoroughly steamed sponge being pulled opposite directions as the angel came closer and closer to the afflicted mans presence. The man let his tongue slide for a brief second to the side of his cheek, forcing a sticky array of saliva to meld in his mouth before falling into the depths of his throat as the taste of metal entered his mind which was suggest at being the soles of his shoes, his mouth somewhat fidgeting as he did this when the vision of his foot being used to a substitute for teeth towards many un-fortunate mouth. It was swift his treads yet the nervous grip that held his body had its thumb heavily pressed upon his heart which seemed to slow it down, leaving only his taps of feet and his vision to get him through the few seconds that the angel occupied when passing through "You don't look well" spoke a tone a few feet away which forced Carloz to quickly flinch all over and send his wavey tails of hair out just a tad before swinging back into place. He barely had enough time to react, his heart had suddenly kick start and was now bashing its head against the inside of his chest so hard you would think it was a mental patient that missed it daily does of tranquilization pills as it continued to bounce around his rip cage like a mad man. Carloz only managed to muster the words "That-" He quickly interrupted, it was hardly any use though, whatever the angel was saying be heard but was only lazily being thoroughly absorbed. Carloz's ears rose up like a set of shields as he finally managed to make his head spin back into reality and calm down for a second upon the words against his Defensive device.

The at was fickle device, you can spend hours, days, years studying it and it will still rarely give you the results that you want, it took far too much practice, it was not like most magics in the sense that it can take months to make even the slightest alteration although luckily Carloz had enough experience with it to make much more cooperative in just a few days or at worst a few weeks and when the nights of work were ahead he simply let his eyes slump together a little and shoulders drop and inch when the final words of his sudden meeting came into play, what fear had been there had left. He was of course wary of the angel but the rattle had escaped his throat, the bumping had clamed down due to being dosed or perhaps just beaten the grip that once had him had shaked and frailly let go as it descending from his being. The sounds of clapping metal soon drifted from existences, only leaving a smirk on that angels face as he shifted his eyes swiftly to peek at the now exiting man before looking from the direction that he came and started to journey forth himself towards the doors of his monarch, his leader and the generally guy to yell at him when the main leader was not around to nag him into oblivion.

The Angel’s gaze was focused in on his own reflection in his wings. "They will all die sooner or later if not by time then by you. He's only human remind him that he has already lost." Ishkur looked to his leader out of the corner of his eyes, not allowing his head to compel with his gaze. Elris picked a stone off of the ground, mutating its matter before placing it around the Princess’ hands and feet. He turned his head and bowed it slightly to look at the restraints on the Princess. Are they really necessary? It’s much more fun when they run. As Elris addressed the Princess directly, Ishkur faced away from them both, examining the scrapes on the metal frame of his wings. Despite his attention being elsewhere, he could see both the actions of Elris and of the Princess. When finished, Elris walked over to the lake, sitting down on a chair and gazing upon the water in thought. Ishkur sighed irritably at the fact he had just been left to carry the Princess.

After moments of just staring towards the back of Elris, his gaze was returned. "Your wings heal fast enough to see it happening and your free to do anything you want for a short time. Go and kill some people as you like or maybe burn down a village but keep alert as I will inform you when they arrive and you flank them if you need to kill the prince but I would prefer to kill him personally." Elris stood up from the comfort of his chair, striding calmly towards Ishkur to take the Princess from his arms. He couldn’t help but sigh in relief as the dead-weight was lifted. He shook his arms a bit as they had fallen asleep whilst watching Elris take a rope from a bag nearby. He sure came prepared. A small muffled snicker came from Ishkur as a hand covered his mouth. The Princess was bound to a tree tightly so that she couldn’t breathe properly, let alone move.

Soon Ishkur was forgotten as Elris’ full attention was directed at the Princess. He rolled his eyes, crossing both arms over his chest and facing away from Elris in a huff. Stupid Princess! Wings opened out and with a quickened movement, Ishkur was off of the ground, allowing himself to hover in the air above the lake. He stared down at it in thought, sharp yellow eyes gazing back into themselves. What does one do on a break…? He pondered the thought for a moment, going over the words a few times. Repeating the question until an answer was clear. Oh I know! Looking once again over his shoulder to Elris and the Princess, who seemed to have woke up. He smirked. Of course they didn’t see that. But he never-the-less smirked, turning himself around in the air and darting through the air back towards the village he and the human had a slight scuffle in. I’ll teach those people to stare at me.

Within minutes Ishkur landed on the roof of one of the intact houses. Being the same town they destroyed, many things were just left to rubble. But already the town was being rebuilt. The Angel hid himself behind the chimney of the roof, peering out at the hard working citizens. Now Ishkur, ask yourself…do they deserve what is about to happen? He mentally laughed. Of course they do. A twisted smile crept across the Angel’s face and he flew once again into the air, hovering there until someone noticed him. A middle-aged female looked up, her eyes growing wide and dropping a few building materials. β€œA-A-Angel!” She yelled at the top of her lungs, pointing straight at the creature floating gently on the breeze. Ishkur’s smile merely grew as people began to scatter, hiding everywhere possible. Exactly the reaction he wanted. β€œHide and seek?” Ishkur chuckled, allowing the last remaining people to scurry out of sight.

The Angel descended slowly, touching ground with the most lightest of steps. His wings tucked themselves against his back and Ishkur began looking around for any signs of the petrified humans. Crying. Quickly muffled. That was the sound which guided Ishkur, stepping silently on the ground and heading towards where the noise was last heard. He pulled back a large block of wood to reveal a mother and her child. The mother’s hand was over her son’s mouth, however the tears streaming down the child’s face couldn’t be hidden. Ishkur smiled for a second before noticing something out of the corner of his eye. A blast. Quickly he shot up in the air as a powerful blast of magic struck the ground where he just stood. I see now. They want to defy their fate? The Angel merely blinked dumbly at the male who had just shot the blast. His mouth soon formed a twisted smile, lips parting to release a sickening laughter. The male froze on the spot, staring wide-eyed up at the insane creature. β€œEven now man wishes to fight for their right to live?” The Angel tilted his head to the side as he spoke to the male. β€œYou have no right to live. Your lives were created by God and they can easily be taken away. Why fight against God’s judgement?” The male didn’t know what to say, standing silently watching the Angel.

Ishkur began laughing once again as particles from the air began forming a large shuriken. With a final flash they turned solid, leaving a black weapon in their wake. It was brought up by Ishkur’s head, arm bending before being released. The weapon span through the air with great speed, curving and slicing straight through the male. His top half separated from the bottom in one clean cut, both halves falling onto the ground and spilling their contents onto the floor. Continuing to curve was the shuriken, disappearing in an array of sparkling particles, dispersing into the air. The woman doubled over, empting her stomach’s contents onto the floor, wrapping her arms around her body. The weapon was once again in Ishkur’s hands as he careened down towards the woman. She ran. Of course she did. Carrying her son in her arms, tears streaming down both of their pale faces. Ishkur had expected nothing less, stretching his wings out at the last second so he glided along the floor, using the accumulated speed to catch up with the two.

He flew to the side of them for a second until they turned to look at him. By then it was too late. His weapon brought across them, severing the woman’s head from her body. Her legs had moved forward a few steps before falling forward, crushing the boy beneath her weight. The last thing the woman saw was the twisted and evil smile on the Angel’s face. He halted himself mid-flight, digging his heels into the dirt, sliding forward a few inches before finally coming to a halt. In front of him was a rather large building which seemed to of remained intact. Close enough to reach out and put a hand on the brick work of it, Ishkur scraping his hand downwards across the rough edges, leaving a trail of blood as he did so. Cocking his head to the side he came to a sudden realization. So this is where you’re all hiding? He grinned, showing off his white teeth, straightening himself up and wiping the excess blood from his hand onto his clothes. Mental note; get new clothes.

The double doors suddenly flew open, revealing the eerie silhouette of Ishkur, the sun shining brightly behind him, making his shape blackened. Every eye in the house darted towards Ishkur as the Angel took a few large strides into the room. The door closed behind him with a loud bang, having nothing holding it open anymore. The features of Ishkur now became clear, the blood splatters on his face and patches of the same crimson liquid on his clothes. The white of his hair had been stuck together with dried bits of blood, loose strands of it hanging limp over the soft features of his face. An evil glint in his eye and mouth pulled into a twisted smile. In his hand was held a bloody weapon with traces of human flesh imbedding themselves between the teeth of it. Step after step was taken towards the silent group of humans. Around twenty of the creatures huddled together in the small room, hoping that together they would survive.

They were so wrong.

No one saw the Angel move, but they heard the scream. Everyone spinning around to see a limp body of a male hanging over an impaled shuriken stuck into the wall. Disappearing in an array of sparkling particles, it was then embedded through the head of another, Ishkur pushing down hard enough to slice the body in half. Sounds of vomiting and screaming already filled the room, another falling victim to the merciless weapon of the Angel. Lunging on top of another human, this time female, Ishkur brought his weapon to rest on the woman’s chest above where her heart was. Trembling beneath the tight grip of the creature, eyes darting around frantically looking for someone to save her. Other just stood and watched, frozen on the spot from fear. Ishkur leaned into the woman’s face, his lips parting to meet those of the female’s in a deepened kiss. It hadn’t lasted long before he bit down hard into her tongue, pulling himself away and ripping her tongue from her mouth. He spat the flesh out onto the floor nearby, pinning the woman down by implanting his weapon in her shoulder, allowing her to choke on her own blood as it trickled down her throat and filled her lungs.

β€œHm…that tasted much nicer than human souls.” Ishkur stated to himself, licking the remains of blood from his teeth and around his mouth, savouring the coppery tang on his own tongue. He stood up, searching around at the eyes of the surrounding humans. β€œOkay.” Ishkur held up his hand, tilting his head forward and raising his shoulders. β€œYou got me.” An evil smile replaced the innocent look on his face. β€œI’m not a real Angel.” With one swift motion, both of the creature’s hands were on the chests of two humans. He released an extremely painful shock, enough to kill the two. Their bodies fell backwards onto the floor and again screams filled the room. Not that anyone else would hear them. β€œYou shouldn’t have all hid in the same place.” Ishkur said over the ear-splitting cries of the other humans. He flinched slightly, growling under his breath. β€œYou are all so loud.” Bending down he pulled the weapon from the woman’s body, slicing to the left side of him, catching a human who was about to hit him with his own weapon.

More and more blood coated the creature, however he didn’t seem to notice, merely kept running through the panicking crowds of people, slicing left and right until the whole room was filled with just bodies and severed body parts. Ishkur let out a sigh of relief, allowing his weapon to disappear before falling backwards onto the ground and over a few of the bodies. He lye in a puddle of blood, staring up at the dull ceiling of the room. The only part of the room which wasn’t covered in blood and the organs of innocents.

Dominic was just reaching the lake when he spotted the clearing and paused behind some trees. He peeked behind it to check out the situation. It didn't looked very good--then again, what did he expect? The man he saw standing there confused him, however. He had no wings nor a halo nor a glowing holy aura of any kind. He looked like any average man. He didn't look anything like an angel at all. Though Dominic hadn't actually seen any of these acclaimed angels for himself, this man still didn't fit any of the descriptions he'd been given. What was so special about him? There was no way this man is the one who killed the bishop or his servants and kidnapped his sister. So, where was the one who did?

His eyes widened when the man walked over to the Princess chained to a tree, helpless and vulnerable, and began speaking to her. Dominic could only catch bits and pieces of the conversation from this distance, but the frightened look on Amira's face told him all he needed to know. "I'm going to count to twenty and if he hasn't come then I'm going to kill you..." He jumped, not sure what to do as the man began to count up to twenty. What was he supposed to do? He couldn't just go out in the open of this obvious trap, but he couldn't just hide away and watch his sister get decapitated by this strange man. He needed answers, but going out there would be stupid..

Standing, Dominic snapped his fingers. The world seemed to glitch for a moment--just a very slight moment--around him, the man, and Amira, but otherwise the scene was exactly the same. It was hardly noticeable to anyone not looking out for it. But he knew what he did and that's all that mattered. He could only hope it would give him the upper hand if things went sour. With a deep breath, by the time the man reached ten, Dominic stepped out of hiding and walked clearly out in the open, anger in his eyes, but calmness in his features.

"Hey! Stop what you're doing!" he ordered, though he felt as if his usual commanding tone was nothing to this man. "I'm here. I'm Prince Dominic." He kept his distance from the man, but walked to the center of the clearing, facing the man and Amira. It was hard to remain calm, but he shook off his nervous thoughts and forced a yawn. "So, what's this about, dude? If you wanna marry my sister that badly, you could of just asked at the palace instead of going through the trouble of bringing her all the way out here." He wrinkled his nose and pointed. "You're kinda old, though, don't cha think?" He casually glanced out over the lake, though not taking his guard off the man for even a second. "Nice view though. I approve."

Elris was a little annoyed one of the emotions he could still feel a little bit but he removed it from himself and looked to the prince directly burning his gaze into the red eye's of that prince "Prince Dominic a pleasure to see you finally I can meet you, I challenge you for a duel no powers no tricks so we can see who here is more deserving of the crown and you and I both know that's me. Elris is my name and let's make this more interesting alright if you win then you can have your sister back and we will part our ways but if I win your going to do a little task for me holding Darius scepter for a minute maybe a second and I take you captive if not killed." Elris walked towards Dominic and he set a big circle around both of them to function as an ring to fight in. First he strike from above wile his other hand grabbed Dominic throat causing his finger nails to act as claws they buried themselves in his neck and then Elris just kicked Dominic in the cross to make a end on the short fight. "I won now onto our little agreement don't you think?"

Cal quickly arrived at the lake, his animal senses driving him to the location. He looked around, the water shimmering in the light of the sun, it was around noon now and soon the sun would start setting. He saw the prince and a man, who had a chained up princess by his side. He almost called out their names but kept his mouth shut, they were standin still, as if caught in a dream.
The prince must be doing something... is this one of his powers? he thought. He sighed and looked on at the scene, moving behind the tree where the princess was chained and working at the locks. Soon they gave way and the princess fell onto the ground with a light thud. Cal moved to pick her up and put her on the stallion. He quickly rode to a safe distance, hidden in the trees.

Deciding that a minute was a good enough amount of time, Loki walked through the black hole and quickly made his way to the lake. He didn't know which way to go, but he just followed Dominic's trail. After all, the prince wasn't exactly doing anything to his advance. Deciding that, in case things turned sour, he'd want to at least look the same as usual, Loki paused for a moment to return to his normal appearance. Good. Now, hopefully, if the prince or someone else saw him they wouldn't kill him on sight... That was what Loki called a bad thing.

Watching from behind a few bushes, Loki saw the prince standing a few yards forward behind some trees. Looking past him, Loki could see Elris and the princess. Wait, Elris? The leader himself was going to kill the prince... Loki wasn't sure if he should feel happy or what. This was too easy... Honestly, the prince had walked into an obvious trap, giving no thought to the people he was supposed to lead. Still, a small smile grew on Loki's face. He was going to enjoy the show for sure. The prince must have heard something, though, because he snapped his fingers and walked forward seconds later. Loki raised an eyebrow. He hadn't been close enough to hear what Elris must have said...

"Hey! Stop what you're doing!" Dominic said, walking forward. "I'm here. I'm Prince Dominic." The prince kept his distance, walking to the center of the clearing and facing Elris and the princess. He looked somewhat nervous, but mostly calm. He even yawned. Loki stood, deciding Dominic's attention was somewhere else. "So, what's this about, dude? If you wanna marry my sister that badly, you could of just asked at the palace instead of going through the trouble of bringing her all the way out here." Dominic wrinkled his nose and pointed at Elris. "You're kinda old, though, don't cha think?" He casually glanced out over the lake, but Loki had a feeling he was still on guard. The prince wasn't that stupid, in all honesty. "Nice view though. I approve."

Loki wondered if Dominic really realized what he was going. He was talking to the leader of Chronos, the man who was conducting the destruction of Altor. And he called him old and accused him of wanting to marry the princess. It had to be some kind of cover-up, because most people would have been too scared to do anything. Looking around, Loki saw a flash of blue in the otherwise green area. Wait, was that the Blue Fighter? What was he doing here? He must have followed the prince, Loki thought. He wondered if it would be worth moving over to him and risk blowing his cover, but decided to stay put. After all, Elris could more than handle himself in any kind of fight.
