The sun is shining bright in the fresh breeze of morning. The inhabitants of Feather City have already prepared their shop and themselves for their daily business. Leaning on the rail of the fire escape stairs outside his apartment, wearing only a pair of grey and white striped boxers is Trish Julietson, looking up the sky with his sparkly brown pair of eyes and feeling the warm rays of sun hitting his well-shaped face which had has grown a little stubble. A charming smile appears as he took a deep breath in. He spread his arms to stretch and a flash of white light shined for a second before a pair of large white glowing wings appeared on his back. A moment later, the wings disappeared. With the smile still on his face, Trish ruffled his already messy dark brown hair before turning around and climbed back in his apartment through the window.

Trish’s apartment is located in the west side of Feather City, a hovering island in the region of Lightwake. The apartment had old red brick walls. In the past, there were too many windows on the walls. For the purpose of privacy, the last owner replaced the windows with grey bricks. In the middle of the apartment's living room was a black three seated sofa with a towel hanging on it. Trish often uses the sofa to relax and lounge. He often sleeps there when he is too tired and lazy to go to the bedroom after watching a movie on the holo-television. Beside it was a modern looking white standing light while standing across was a grey office chair which acts as an extra seat for guests which rarely visits. A small round steel table which was used to dine was placed near a wall with some different unused tiles leaned on the walls beside the fireplace for decorations. The front door was open, welcoming more brightening light from the outside. Trish usually leaves it open and only closes it at night.

It took only moments for Trish too make himself a cup of coffee. He sipped some of it to moist his throat and let it cool down beside some keys on the table in the living room before grabbing the towel on the sofa. With that, he went to shower.

Droplets of warm water ran over and drenched Trish’s naked body smoothly as he wiped his face to clean it. He grabbed a bottle of shampoo and poured some on his hair before scratching his head, producing some bubbles in the process. He continued to shower and cleaned his body with soap. Sweet fragrance surrounds his body while he did so and he washed the bubbles away.

Trish walked out of the shower with the towel covering the bottom parts of his body. He continued to walk to his room and picked some cloths for work from his wardrobe. A moment later, he was dressed for work. He wore grey denim jeans, worker boots, and black polo shirt just because he felt like it. Before going out to work, Trish finished his coffee that he left to cool on the living room table and left the empty cup there. He grabbed the key of his scooter and got out of the apartment. After raising the barriers of the apartment, he went down the stairs and walked to his white scooter parked in the garage below his apartment. He started the two wheeled vehicle, wore his white colored helmet and slowly ride away to work, with a smile, in the north side of Feather city.

The clouds obscured the sun and called for an overcast day in the city of Pruwas. In truth, many of the days were like this. The region, bustling with those of the darker magics, was quite developed and the clouds were probably made of smog for the most part. In a small duplex, a tan young man was just beginning to stir in his bed. This young man, Aiden, was no man after all. The scar of teeth marks on his right side showed that he was a werewolf.

Regardless of his species, he was still beginning to wake up. He was still slightly groggy from the late night before, which had been a full moon, the one night he couldn't control his powers. He sat up out of bed slowly, stumbling to his small bathroom, grabbing a grey t-shirt, red plaid button up shirt, and faded jeans. He took a rather quick, and unfortunately, cold shower before drying and dressing himself for the day. He took some gel in his hands and tousled his hair with it until he got it to stay a way he liked it. After that, he put some beat up converse on and grabbed the keys to his motorcycle, throwing his leather jacket on, and leaving the house. Maybe he could find some odd jobs to do today. He would travel East today, see if they had some openings for him. With that thought, he started the bike and began riding toward the East.

On the outskirts of town in the center of Afukira, a house easily unnoticeable sat lodged into the rock. In fact, the house itself was carved into the rock. A most magnificent landscaper's creation, truth be told. The house Rosaria's adoptive parents owned was the same one they bought when they decided they'd take in the little girl. After they left, she never opened the master bedroom. She never needed it. She hardly needed her own room, which she only used to place clothes and artifacts. The house had three rooms, a kitchen area with a fire pit instead of an oven or modern microwave, an outhouse down a certain hall that wouldn't make the house smell.
As for water, it was a good little ways to the nearest river. To get there, Rose would ride on her one and only true friend, Gerune. Gerune was a stallion who, though he might not live in a stable, always stayed nearby Rose's dwelling and came to her call. Rose would never dare to call him hers, but she knew their relationship was a trusty one. She made a large water bin for Gerune and a feet bucket outside of the house and in the cool shade of the rock formations. Soon, Rose hardly ever walked into town.

It was in this house that Rose awoke like most other days. It was dark and musty, but the coals were still bright from last night's fire. Rose lifted herself off the hammock she managed to set from one wall to another near the corner. Directly across from her was all the different cabinets that held preserved food drink, and aging homemade wines. Rose walked to the front door and pushed it open lightly but kept her eyes turned towards the darkness. Her eyes adjusted quickly, though. After she separated the coals so they'd die out, she changed out of yesterday's clothes.
Rose took a loaf of bread and butter from the cabinet and placed it in her bag along with a small cloth. Once ready for departure, Rose walked out the door and closed it. Above the sun blared, but it felt good on her skin. She whistled a high melody and saw Gerune bolt from across the desert. To announce his arrival and greet Rose, he whinnied greatly. A tingle jolted up Rose's spine as she felt an immense happiness and trust in this horse. Smiling faintly as Gerune trotted up to her, she lifted up her bag and shook it. "Geru!" She said joyfully to her companion. He snorted, knowing they'd be going out for an adventure. Maybe it would be for an afternoon, maybe for a day or a week. He was constantly ready.
The only thing on Rose's mind, however, was a nice rinse down at the river. Maybe she'd play with Gerune? She laughed as she mounted and set off south.

The leaves of a tree started shaking. A few of them shed and slowly danced to the ground. There wasn't any breeze, the leaves were young and green. Then why did they shed?
Ella showed her head from the tree. She jumped on the ground and yawned. "What a beautiful day!" the young elf thought. She walked away from the tree, which apparently was her bedroom and headed to her bathroom - a river. She slowly stepped in it with her white dress on and swam like a frog. The water around her started spinning. Ella took a deep breath, squeezed her nose and dived into the mini whirlpool, which became slightly bigger.
A few minutes later, the river calmed down. Ella got out of it and raised her hands. Warm breeze caressed her face. It was slowly turning to hot wind, which was drying her long black hair and white dress. Her morning shower had finished.

The young woman wanted something to eat and started looking for trees, which gave fruits. She would use her powers in order to make the fruits mellow if she had to. She was crossing a street carelessly, as the sounds of a closing scooter invaded her head and caused her to look to her right. Trish was getting dangerously close. Ella's feet froze, her lungs were out of breath, her heart skipped a beat and her irises shrunk. She didn't have time enough to move away.

Trish rode his scooter following the same route he uses every day. Smiles and salutes were given casually to every vendor owner while his head was turning everywhere to gaze, glancing only a couple of times to watch the road in front of him. For the past couple of years, many of times he had visited the vendors to get something or just to talk and pass his free time away. Most of the vendor get along and feel comfortable with the fellow.

The breeze became cooler when Trish reached West Park. There were fewer people there in the mornings. The scooter slowed down while he took a deep breath to feel the freshness released by the trees of the park, closing his eyes to savor the sensation. He knew it was reckless to ride any vehicle with the eyes closed but Trish knows the road like the back of his hands. When he opened his eyes, there was a young long black haired woman crossing the streets just as carelessly as he was riding his scooter.

Trish was too shocked to even scream. There was a chance for someone getting injured and it was going to be him, the young woman, or the scooter. In reflex, he pulled the breaks hard in attempt to stop the scooter, tyres screeching on the road. The vehicle managed to slow down a little, but it was still moving forward. Trish braced himself for a collision.

Denis stared up at the night sky from his balcony, through the thick branches and bushels of leaves, he could spot thousands of beautiful bright lights twinkling in the heavens. Denis decided it was time for bed, so with a sigh of contentment, went to his closet and picked out his newest pajamas, which he had made himself from the fine silks that come from Clearwood. Denis walked past his beautifully carved antique bed and to his tall door, which he closed, and began to get dressed for bed.

As Denis climbed under his soft, thick bed sheets, he waved his hand and made the small orb of light at the top of the room go out. Realizing he had forgot a major part of his nighttime ritual, Denis ran his hand through the darkness and to his night table, where he retrieved a small , purple, satin pouch. Denis pulled the draw string, opening the small bag in one swift movement. From inside a radiant aura appeared, Denis then sprinkled a few grains of sleeping powder over himself, which his mother always made sure to keep him well stocked on.

After Returning the small bag back to its rightful place, Denis laid his head back down on his fluffy pillow, and let the powder begin to lull him into a deep sleep. In that hazy place between dreams and reality, Denis couldn't help but wonder, as he always did, if he would ever leave Clearwood. But in the end, as he always did, Denis let those thoughts slip away, and finally slumber consumed him.

In his apartment in a tall building in a metropolis located in Pruwas, Lionel was sitting on the couch, tying the laces of his left work shoe that he wore on his left foot, inhaling a cigarette placed between his lips while doing so. Done with his shoes, he held the cigarette with his index and middle finger away from his mouth and exhales blue smoke from his slightly pouting lips. The aroma of it was relaxing for him. He grabbed his work briefcase that was placed on the glass coffee table and moved to the front door where his keys were hanging to the left of it. He took the keys, span it around his index before opening the door. With that, he exited and left. The door locks automatically.

The sky was grey outside. It usually is. Rarely does the clouds part, revealing the sun and its rays. It was a mystery why it is the way it is but the inhabitants are used to it. Lionel was holding his briefcase hanging on his shoulders. The other hand were unlocking his vintage car with the keys, looking left then right while opening the door before getting in. It only took a moment for him to start the car and reverse it out of the parking space before driving the car forward which brought him to a junction to exit the building’s parking area. He stopped for a young blonde male riding a bike to pass before he continued in to the road that would take him to work.

While driving, somehow he thought of a good friend which currently resides in Lightwake. While the sun was rising in Pruwas, it is setting in where his friend is. It has been a while since he saw Trish and he misses the guy. Maybe l’ll check on the guy later Lionel thought

Ella squealed and covered her face. Suddenly something stopped the scooter in the last second. Its wheels were still rolling furiously, but Trish's vehicle didn't move. Ella slowly uncovered her face and moved aside. The scooter moved with two more meters and stopped.

Ella was still in shock. She was breathing heavily, her black irises were still tiny. The girl quickly approached to the angel. "Are you alright? Oh my goodness!"
She didn't know whether to apologize for crossing the street so carelessly, or to confront him for his not more responsible driving.
Everything that mattered was that nobody was hurt.

Reaching the river maybe an hour or two before noon, Rosaria and Gerune splashed and played in the wondrous feel of clear water. Stripping herself of her clothes and Gerune of the saddlebag-like items, Rosaria cleansed herself. It was odd to think that someone so cruel as she could still feel peace and serenity. When Rose was no longer reeking of filth, she sat in the water and daydreamed about the good old day with the cat-folk that raised her. It was easy back then. She couldn't remember every detail about the time before her powers began to come in, but she did know for a fact that they loved her more than any parent loved their child anywhere. Or at least to her, it seemed to be so.
Taking a moment to breathe deep and have a good look around, Rose could see villages and towns in almost every direction as well as a few shrubs here and there. She knew the main city was north-western to her location (closer to her dwelling), but she had never quite been there. She had never traveled to another region in Daughtris, actually. I would love to see grass, she thought, and trees, and bushes, and life! The world! With a strong sense of loneliness, she was reminded that she was completely by herself. Which meant...which meant she could do anything she damn well pleased. Rose saddled Gerune back up, intending to ride out of this forsaken desert on an adventure her spirit so longed for.
She made a mental note to ride into a village soon to "feed." She hadn't in two days and could feel her skin sagging, bones weakening, and eyes fading. She was as attractive as ever, but she knew she'd die if she did not cast herself upon someone. As for doing such a thing to someone in their dreams, she's never fully learned how. She can appear in a dream, but her self-training stopped there. In a dream, it was like she was a ghost.
Gerune reared with energy, ready to set off, and Rosaria's thighs and knees tightened around him. In seconds flat, they were cantering across the desert, fully clothed and heading towards the direction of Lightwake.

Somehow, the scooter managed to miss running into the young black haired woman. Trish lost balance of the scooter, causing it to fall sideways and sled down while he was forced to let go, rolling a few times on the cold hard road to avoid injury. Lucky enough, no harm was done to both him and the young woman.

‘"Are you alright? Oh my goodness!" The young black haired woman asked Trish

In that moment, Trish was too worried for his scooter to answer. Quickly, he sat up and focused his attention to his loved Vespa in panic "Baby! No!" He cried out while getting up and ran to the scooter, raising it upright. “Yeah I’m alright” Trish answered the question while examining the two wheeled vehicle. “But my baby is injured” He added with a sad tone while he crouched down, feeling the scratch on the side of the scooter’s body. He turned his head to the young woman with brows raised “how bout you? Are you injured?”

"I'm fine." Ella replied. "Thank goodness you're alright too!" She couldn't not notice that he referred to the scooter as 'baby'. "I'm sorry for the scooter... We should take it to the hospi... I mean... to the mechanic." After seeing Trish's love for his vehicle, Ella almost referred to it as a human being.

There was a chance for the elf to help someone in need, since this is what she wanted to do. "I... I'm Ella Emerald. I'll go to the mechanic with you! I mean... i-if you don't mind..." The girl said nervously. This was her usual attitude to strangers or people she barely knew. Actually, this was her overall behavior. "I've been walking around very much! I know some services nearby... Erm... I'm not trying to say that you don't know either, I mean... you live here... and... Do you know any mechanical services nearby? If not, I do... I already said that... I should stop talking." Ella's stomach turned into a ball. She was so obsessed by embarrassment, her head got dizzy. "Great..." she thought. "Now the person will think I'm an idiot!"

The morning dew tells that last night's air was cool and moist. Everything seemed normal in a tree housing neighbourhood in Clearwood until a thunder like sound was heard, attracting some curious inhabitants. Toko, the sheriff was also one of the curious creature. When he turned a corner, his eyes widened in surprise to see a white furry dragon the size of a small house hanging on a large tree, hunting tree lambs that were kept as livestock kept in a pen.

“Everyone get back to your houses! Quick!” The sheriff told everyone that was there

There are many varieties of lambs in Daughtris. The tree lambs are round shaped lambs that have the abilities to climb sideways on trees which are why they are mostly found in Clearwood region. These furry creatures breed fast, easily multiplying their numbers. They are a great source of protein and milk which is why their produce is sold in the entire Daughtris.

There are also many varieties of dragons in Daughtris. Some are intelligent and able to talk and live as the humans do but not this white furry dragon. It is a wild animal that hunts to eat. Most dragons have horns on their head. If their horns are broken, they don’t stray far from their homes and only eats fruits nearby, saving people from losing their livestock. The horns may grow back in a weeks, months, or years, up to what kind of dragon it is.

The dragon has finished eating its meal for the day. It leaned its head back and sprayed blue fire to the sky, as a gesture that it was full and may come again later to feed again. With a stroke of its wings, it was up in the air. Another few strokes and it was gone.

“Sonava bitch!” The sheriff cursed out loud. “A few mothers placed their hands on their children's ears, shaking their heads at the sheriff. “Ops… sorry bout that” He apologized and tilted his hat to them “I’m going to have to call a hunter to get rid of that dragon…” He explained to them before walking back to his tree house

A hunter is needed to break the dragon’s horn or else it’s going to come back. Toko just knew who to call. He picked up his cell phone that he placed on the corner table of his bedroom and started texting. One last press of the cell phone and a short text message was sent to Aiden Thinsule.

“What are you babbling about?” Trish questioned, chuckling a little at the young woman’s silliness while pushing the scooter to the side of the road and putting on the stand before turning his head towards her

“You should get off the road, Ella Emerald” Trish advised her and added “others with vehicles may want to use it”

He sighed before he continued to speak

“My name’s Trish” He introduced himself and saluted casually to the young woman before turning his gaze back to his scooter. “I’m heading for work, currently. I don’t have time to go to the mechanics now” he explained while furrowing his brows and holding his chin, checking out the scrape on scooter before he turned his attention back to Ella.

“How bout you? Where were you headed anyways?”

Aiden had stopped his bike and parked it, resting in the parking area. So far, he had no luck in finding any jobs. He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, not really knowing what to do now. There were no jobs in the areas he had been in, but he was running out of gas. He didn't have the money right now to fill the tank back up, and he estimated he had a little more than enough to get back home. Looked like he wouldn't be buying groceries tonight.

That was about the time that he felt his phone vibrate in the pocket of his jeans. He quickly pulled it out, hoping it would be a job. His hopes were answered. It was a text from Toko, the sheriff of Clearwood. Apparently there was some pesky dragon issue over there. Aiden did the calculations in his head. He had just enough gas to get there. Hopefully someone would be able to pay him some amount of money, or even just give him gas. Anything would be nice, really. Beggars can't be choosers, after all.

With that, Aiden started the motorcycle up again to a roar and sped down the streets and to the highways. Within a few hours, he had made it to Clearwood, where the morning was just beginning to break. He made his way over to Toko. "Do you have any sort of supplies for me, sheriff?" He asked, seeing as he hadn't brought any weapons with him. He could see that the dragon had already done lots of damage, so they had no time to waste.

To Rosaria, it felt like minutes when she arrived at a little village south-western of her home. It wasn't the direction she intended to go, but she could at least find a place to rest, feed, and maybe eat actual food. As she rode up to the village, she slowed her pace so as not to appear gallivanting into an unknown area. She was being stupid to leave her house and try to travel outside of Afukira, anyways. Not to mention the only creatures she'd ever come to contact with are those from Afukira alone and perhaps a traveler or two. Though her cat-folk told her many stories of the world of Daughtris, Rose had always wanted to experience it for herself. It never dawned on her before now that she could do anything she wanted, living alone.
Gerune strode into the village merrily, greeting other horses with snorts and whinnies. Rose dismounted outside of a small stables that was nearly invisible and tied Gerune up. She didn't know if it cost anything to do so, but she did it anyways. Not many people, she would assume, would be pleased with a newcomer if a newcomer brought a stinky, sweaty, troublesome horse into town. Where to go first? Rose marveled. It was still pretty much desert, but Rose knew if she traveled directly south or south-east, she'd find her way into Lightwake, to a place where the ground you walk on lives and breathes.
She was given many strange looks as she walked, but she wanted to see how other people lived. One could say she is a girl for culture. She smiled at people who stared at her, dazzling them. As she traveled maybe two blocks, someone finally confronted her. Mind, it wasn't very nice, but it would do. "Who're you?" Said a one-handed man.
Rose didn't let the man frighten her. With her hand extended to his good arm, she said proudly, "Name's Rosaria. Who might you be?"

It has been a day passed since the dragon incident. Toko was watching the tree sheeps in their pen. Until a familiar voice was heard. "Do you have any sort of supplies for me, sheriff?"

Toko turned around and saw Aiden. Toko was smiling but not a lot of people would notice the changes of his doggy lips when he did.

"Aiden! So nice of you to drop by and end us of the dragon problem" Toko said to Aiden. He paused for a second before asking "what supplies do you need, my pal?"

A grey tall building with no visible windows stands in a metropolis in Pruwas. In front of the building is a large glass front door, and on top of the door is the carving of giant words that spells GEN’S GENETIC. The building is a hospital. Different creatures go there with different reasons. Some go there to have their appearance repaired or modified, some to have their soul transferred from their dying body to another body, some to have their lost limbs replaced or changed into machines, and some comes for updates on their machine limbs. All this is possible as long as they have money.

It was night time in Pruwas. It was already time to get off work. Lionel collected the documents and papers that was on his desk and tidied them up before placing them on the cabinet beside and under the desk. His office was quite large. The walls were grey and the doors were wood, yellowing brown in colour. While outside the building were no windows, inside, you can see through the walls. After sending a text message using his cell phone, Lionel got up and out of his chair. He pushed the chair under the desk before walking in an elevator with his briefcase held hanging from his shoulder. His other hand was inside the pocket of his pants.

He got out of the elevator that took him from his office to the main lobby. He winked and smiled at the two female receptionists while heading towards the exit.

“See you tomorrow, Lionel” Qita said with a smile back. Milana also smiled back but she said nothing.

Lionel reached his car which was parked on in the parking area beside the Gen’s Genetics. He unlocked the door, opened the door behind, threw his briefcase in. He reached in the back pockets of the front seat and took out a small tear shaped bottle before closing the door. A few steps back was taken before he smashed the bottle on the ground. Lionel disappeared in a sudden black fire that enveloped his entire body.

In an alley way in Feather city, there was a drawn black sigil on the ground. The same black fire rose up from it before Lionel appeared. He looked around and up at the blue sky of Feather City. Casually, he walked out of the alley way, towards downtown.

He sat in a table outside of a coffee shop. A waiter came up to him asking what he wanted to drink. Black coffee was all that Lionel said before the waited nodded and walked back into the shop. There he sits and relax.

Whatever the something was it had broken the window and broken the faucet. The animal didn't look strong enough to break a window so it seemed as if the animal had had some help. "Well I guess I'll have to call a handyman to fix the window and the faucet and see about getting rid of whatever that is. What a great way to start off my day." She said turning to leave the bathroom. Then as she thought about it she closed the door and put a chair in front of it to keep the whatever it was in the bathroom. Then went to call Toko. Hopefully he would be able to tell her someone who could fix her bathroom and maybe even take a look at her car since nobody could find what was wrong with it. Aiden looked around at the damage done to the city around him, thinking about the supplies he would need. "Well, a gun, a large amount of netting, maybe like the kind they use in those large fishing boats, some rope, a sick and dying animal, preferably livestock, and perhaps a sword of some kind." Aiden already had a plan formulating in his mind as to what would happen with this dragon, should everything go according to plan. "Oh, and I need some sort of large wooded area near here to do all of this in." He planned to trap the dragon and kill it, since this type reproduced rather quickly and wouldn't be missed.

It only took Toko a few minutes to prepare the things needed. He placed them all in a black bag with dimension spell imbued on it. The outside of the bag looks small but the space inside is big enough to fit everything.

"Here. You can find everything inside" he said, holding the bag for Aiden to take. "Last I saw the dragon, it was heading east"

Suddenly, a ringing sound could be heard. "oh sorry. Phone" Toko apologized before taking his phone from under his dimension imbued hat. "Hello?"

"Toko. I need a handyman at my place stat. Something snuck into my house last night. I'll pay better the sooner the job is done. And yes I did just wake up don't judge me." Alica said into the phone while walking around the kitchen trying to decide what to eat.

"What?!" Toko said a little annoyed "What the hell are you calling me for?! The sheriff is not someone you call when you need a handyman, Alica" He questioned and explained while trying to calm himself down. "I'll call and send the handyman for you just this one time but next time, call one yourself"

Alicia's voice turned simpering sweet. "My Toko, that's quite a bit of anger there. Please know that if I knew any handymen or knew anyone who might know some I would have called them but seeing as you are one of the only people I know in this town I called you. So once I have the handyman's number I won't have to call you for a handyman." Alicia replied her voice dripping with honey.

Aiden took the bag from Tomorrow, but before he could reply in thanks, the sheriff's phone rang. Aiden simply nodded his head at the sheriff and began to walk east. There was a fairly nice sized wooded area, the type he had been looking for. And it seemed there were no houses around, so no one would be hurt in the process. Aiden took the bag and began to empty it's contents. He began to diligently work at the trap he had planned, climbing into the trees to tie the net between two of them. The net seemed to be sturdy enough, as the sheriff had said. He then crippled the poor animal, being sure that it wasn't in a way that was painful, and laid it on the ground way in front of the trees with the net. The dragon would need to begin it's decent to the ground before the animal, so if his calculations were correct, it would become trapped in the net. Aiden took the gun and sword, then hid in some bushes, lying in wait for the mighty beast.
