Description

Image

Age: Unknown, presumably in her twenties.

Gender: Female

Race/Ethnicity/Species: Isn't it obvious? She's a vampire, of course. Stop being daft.

Appearance: Elizabeth, at times, will have rosy skin, and other times she will seem paler than the skin on an albino's back. Her eyes are normally brown, sometimes flashing olive in sunlight. Her short hair is a dark, faded brown, and curly. She's a tad short, 5'4" in all, and her figure isn't exactly gifted. She's also very skinny. Unhealthily so. She's really not known for being attractive.

Apparel usually consists of baggy shirts, long pants, the latter. She's not a skimpy, slutty woman. She believes that isn't the way to do things. No, what you have to do is just go for it. Right there, right then. Just make sure no one else is around.

"She carries the scent of iron and lime and an ungodly amount of bleach. She's got somewhat of a...a haunted look about her eyes. She scared me. Just looking at her scared me, but there's hardly a thing she could do to me, now, is there? Is there..."

Equipment/Weapons: Only the clothes at her back. Oh, and her fangs. All vampires have those.

The picture is not mine. It belongs to Rubat-A on DeviantArt.

So begins...

Into Gambits came a pale, sickly-looking young woman. She was dressed modestly in a plain white shirt and black pants. She had a head of curly, short hair that barely brushed past her earlobes, and brown eyes that reflected something more than a normal human mind. There was so much more. Was it intelligence? A feral hunger? Or was it simply an illusion to best the sharpest of eyes, to trick those who thought they knew better? It was so hard to tell. They merely swiveled in her eye sockets in a bewildered state.

"I've heard of this place before," she said to herself, looking rather pleased. "It's full of people all the time." Her eyes went over the patrons, as if seeing them the first time. She smiled.

"Yes. Full of people."

The woman sauntered over to the bar easily, her hands lazily at her sides. On might have noticed that the backs of her arms had the lightest rosy tint, but it wasn't exactly the most prominent thing about her. In fact, the woman didn't seem to stand out too much. Not against the stranger beings that occupied the place. However, she seemed completely content with the lack of being noticed. After all, she'd only just come in.

Glaring at the touchscreen menu for only a second, she finally tapped in what she felt like placing. Daiquiri's were nice. Especially strawberry ones. Oh, yes. She remembered the taste. As if it were yesterday. She waited for her order and took out her wallet, which had been in her pocket.

As her drink came, the young woman took the pink glass in her fingers, raising it up to her lips slowly and taking a sip. Once again, she smiled, though it wasn't one of those pleasant, inviting smiles that one stranger would usually give to another. It had an edge to it; a coldness. It might have been chilling even to the strangest, and even the darkest of creatures lurking in Gambits that night.

She turned, Daiquiri in hand, mostly untouched as she looked out at the rest of the bar-goers. The young woman feasted with her eyes, then, the sight of so many...young souls. They first landed on Evee, who seemed to be having a very hard time with something. She was troubled, that was sure. Maybe even troubled enough...however, the man next to the young summoner, Greg, seemed much more at ease. That meant good things to her. Her eyes lingered on him for a moment longer before they turned to the trio over yonder. Isobel...there was something terribly wrong about her. She didn't like it. However, Pariah and Alex...even that woman that had just come in...Lake One.

She didn't know any of these names, obviously, but her eyes were hungry still. Even as she sipped at her drink.

"Interesting."

The pallid figure watched as Evee ran out the door, noting that her angst must have gotten the better of her. How sad. People really needed to learn how to...relax. Yes. That made for wonderful health, she thought. Health in humans was good. Health and youth.

She caught the eye of both Gregory, who she studied abundantly, and young Alex, who she noticed had sniffed. Oh, so had he caught the scent? Of course he had...it lingered from her, as did the faint scent of...
Lemons? Ho strange that was. However, her sights were on Gregory a bit more. He was free. He was here. Oh, she wished that summoner had been, too! She was still growing, after all! She could have used that.

Her eyes dodged to another man who'd come in. Hmm. A tad...aged, maybe. She'd take a while to consider it. He also looked like part of some kind of law. Ugh. She turned to Greg. "Looks like you've become abandoned."

"Indeed, I am," she said, voice smooth and somewhat...sultry. It wasn't terribly obvious, and she only hinted it. However, it probably wouldn't go farther than that. Or...or would it? "My first time here. Or, at least, to this bar. It's certainly full of life." She laughed, raising her eyebrows. Her sleeves hid the back of her rosy arms.

"What about yourself? I suppose you've been here a while by the way you talk about things." She said, that oldish man, Sam, still in the corner of her eye. Something about him...

Again came that smile. That sly, mysterious thing that popped up at odd times. "Ah, I see. I suppose it must a place that's rather easy to fit into, then?" She asked, sipping, very tinily, at the Daiquiri before fully turning her eyes to him. She did not hide their wandering. "I think the food will be mighty fine here when I get the chance to have some."
Now, that...that had a bit of an edge to it, as well. Again, it was hinted, but it was there.

Once more, she found Sam just barely in her sight, but she didn't regard him. Not yet. Maybe very soon, however. Right now, she wanted this man in front of her. Well...she wanted to speak to him. Of course that's what she wanted right now.

"Oh, by the way, I'm Elizabeth. Elizabeth Thaybor." She said, holding out a very slender hand towards the man before her.

The woman seemed pleased with herself as the man raised her hand and laid a kiss on the back of it. She'd done what a lot of women probably couldn't with their ample little bodies, and that was lay on a charm without looking particularly attractive. Not that she was horridly ugly, either. She had tricks for that.

"Very nice to meet you, Gregory. Or would you better go by Mister King? Either seems to suit you. Don't look particularly like the formal type, however," she said, slowly biting her bottom lip, raising a brow. "Or are you, and you're just hiding beneath a guise?" Oh, Elizabeth would know far too much about that. Far, far too much than she probably should have.

"I came to Wing City because of the people. There seems to be a lovely population, don't you agree? At least...from what I've seen." She graced her eyes over his face, somewhat inclining the rim of her drink towards Gregory. Maybe in another 'hint'.

The tendrils would probably shrink away in distaste. There was a familiar scent about her, and Timo might have picked it up, but the strong scent of blood and something else might have had the Dhampir confused. However, Elizabeth didn't seem to notice. She didn't take mind of the tendrils one bit.

"Greg, then. It's much more formal. Makes things a bit more at ease, yes?" She asked, her head tilting to the side the slightest bit. She seemed thrilled at his smiles, though not overly so. Just the right bit, possibly, for she returned them with enthusiasm and white grins.

"Everyone hiding beneath guises? Well, surely, people like to wear masks, it's true," she said, folding her legs idly. Her thumbnail circled the top of her glass. Her drink was still barely touched. "Useful population? I believe so, too. I believe so a lot."

"Well, of course..." said Elizabeth before the gentleman went off on his way. Oh, how charming. She'd have to keep that one around for a while. "Just take it slowly, Liz..." she said to herself. Just be patient.

Now, she was alone. Again. She'd have to find someone else. Perhaps a bit of prey? Maybe. Her eyes flashed around the bar, landing on Lawless for only a second.
...no. Maybe not. She wasn't even sure of his age. For all she knew, he was a thousand and summat. She needed young blood, not old.

Oh, who to bother, who to disturb...

Walking into Gambits for the second time in her life was Elizabeth, who was a bit rosy today, though she leaned more onto the pale side. Her curly hair fell into her eyes, which darted around the bar with a similar fascination as the day before. Her eyes first planted themselves onto the blonde. Oh, she was a bit on the tall side, but she seemed young. She couldn't have been older than twenty-two or so. And the boy she was speaking to? Oh, younger. That would bode well for Elizabeth. She did not attempt to hide her staring, even as she made her way to the bar counter. Her eyes lingered on a vain at Darssee's throat.

The woman kept her eyes glued to the young couple of people until she lost interest. Well, not entirely, of course. She just needed to retrieve her drink. Something simple. A Daiquiri. Strawberry. She remembered the taste like it was yesterday.

Like...like it was yesterday. What a curious saying. What did it really mean, hm? She noticed that they had glanced at her for a second. Did they find out already? Of course they did. The stench of blood was heavy on her skin.

Elizabeth's eyes swiveled in her head, shooting towards the man who had just come in. Oh, yes, he was handsome, indeed, but that was probably not what had caught Liz's eye. Was it...a vein? But it wouldn't be bulging if he were a true undead. She looked at him curiously, taking but a sip of the Daiquiri. Unlike the young girl who had come in, Elizabeth wasn't necessarily attractive. She was scrawny, flat, and looked a bit ill within appearance, however, she was able to do what many other vampires weren't with only her personality alone.
Charm.

She kept her sights on the man, Brett, however. Could she already tell?

Bite, hmm? Bite. Elizabeth's tongue ran over her sharpened fangs. Long canine's. Perfect for one job only. Or, well, there were a few more, but she wouldn't be admitting that to anyone very soon. She crossed her legs, sipped once more at the strawberry drink. At the very corner of her eye, she saw Kiwi and Brett. A smile graced her lips, but it wasn't warm. Wasn't wonderful. It was chilling, and it said that she knew much more than she was letting on. It reflected...hunger? Curiosity? Murderousness? Or maybe all three. She rubbed her nail onto the skin of her thumb anxiously.

"Yes, yes, what a vast majority of people..."

What behavior was this, right in public, thought Elizabeth, noting both how the blonde had been ditched and how the brightly colored vampire lass had just hopped onto the man's lap like they were right in their own house. This was a bar, of all things. A public facility. As far as she knew, it wasn't a sex pub.
Then again, if she'd been wrong and waltzed into the wrong establishment...

But it seemed like the place from before. And at a much later time, too. Hm. Maybe some people were just a bit more...open than others. Her brown eyes turned to look at Grey, sensing something strange from him. She wasn't sure...what he was at all. But he seemed old. So, so very old.
Her attention shifted. That blonde. She was alone. Perhaps, when she walked out, she would follow...no one would see. No one.

Of course what was next was vampires. Vampires were everywhere, and Elizabeth was no exception. Well, in some ways, she may have been, but that was best left for another time. The scrawny, unhealthily pale young woman sauntered in, a spot on the back of her neck unnaturally rosy compared to the rest of her. She wore a simple t-shirt and shorts. They weren't too short, and it wasn't skimpy in any way or fashion. They were, simply, just shorts. The woman sat down at the counter snugly and wiped at the very edge of her mouth.

"A Strawberry Daiquiri, if you will," said the woman, placing her hands between her knees. She smiled somewhat kindly at the woman, though there was something far, far from kindness reflected in her eyes as they ran over the translucent woman. Was it a hunger? Or maybe it was that ever-calculating brain of hers? Always, always a mystery with this woman.

She turned, briefly, to the Japanese lad, and let out the lightest of laughs. "Nothing I'm unused to, lad. I find when you don't trouble others you generally don't run into trouble."

"Thank you," she said to Alice, smiling once more. She then lifted the glass to her lips, taking the smallest sip. Yes, yes, she remembered it as if she'd drank it just the day before. Her attention was shortly taken by the Japanese lad as she gave him a haunting glare.

"I don't gauge your age on how old you look, or how long you've been walking on the planet," she took two fingers and tapped her temple. "You intelligence and your maturity is what I shoot for." In possibly more ways than one, at that. She then looked to the fat man and the two that followed him. Interesting. She took not too much attention to the minotaur and green man, however.

Her attention was also taken by Moroi, sights glued to the mask. She felt a bit drawn to him, though it was only for the blood splatter on his mask.

"Quite fashionable."

Only, that aura seemed to draw Elizabeth in instead of steer her away. She was fascinated with this man. Why was it he had such a dark air about him? She was becoming more curious by the second, even as she took another small, small sip from her drink and addressed Kiyomasa. "Sharp tongue? I don't remember snapping," she said, raising an eyebrow in return. "And did I glare? I'm sorry. You must be a little sensitive." Probably not the most intelligent thing to do when you were speaking to a man who could kill her. But then again, she could probably kill him, as well.

Her attention, again, switched to Moroi. "What do you think you're doing, just sitting? Are you observing something?" She asked.
