What most people didn't know about this particular part of the Multiverse, was that two main Gods, and one Goddess. They controlled Time, Space, and Chaos, and together formed the most powerful three deities within the Citadel of the Gods, a place in between dimensions where all Gods and Goddesses from any religion, real or otherwise, gather to discuss the matters of the Multiverse.
Deep within the Citadel, there was a room, where two of the Trio sat. These two were Dori Clockwork, Goddess of Time, and Spiral James, God of Space. The two of them, along with their other brother, were all siblings, though they did not share the same last names. They choose their last names by themselves, but that never changed the fact that by blood they are related.
"Spiral, you don't need to tell me why we are both in this room." Dori said casually. "I already know, in case you forgot, I felt the warping of time and Space as well." she said. She was a beautiful woman-but then, most Goddesses were- with golden hair that went down to her lower back, light, smooth skin, and light yellow eyes that seemed to glow with power. Her voice was smooth and had a certain power to it that a mortal wouldn't be able to put their finger on. She wore a gorgeous white silk dress that had golden swirls on it that formed the occasional hourglass or clock on her dress. On her flawless feet, she wore sandals.
"Then I don't need to tell you that I've also been working on a way to weaken the blast of that dragon?" Spiral answered. He was taller than his sister, who stood at 5'11, as he stood at 6'2, but he was younger by at least twenty five years, which was strange because they both looked to be in their mid-thirties. He had blue hair, dark blue eyes that almost seemed purple and seemed to glow as well, his skin, like his sisters, was light and smooth. He wore a Black suit jacket along with matching tie, shoes, pants, and vest, as well as a white dress shirt. On the surface of the Breast pocket was a beautifully embroidered Galaxy in a pure white. His voice seemed to float out of his mouth without a care in the multiverse while still holding a certain power that mortals can't put their fingers on.
"No, you don't need to tell me, however, I can't focus on you forever, so I don't know how far you've gotten with your plan. But if you would be so kind as to enlighten me, then by all means, go ahead." Dori said.
Spiral nodded and paused for a second. "The blast that Spyro unleashed against his enemy is known as the Convexity Breath. And it, as you know, has the power to bend Time and Space around it. Almost to the breaking point. We can't let that happen. It would be the worst thing to happen to this part of the universe since out brother going rogue. I've been figureing out how to weaken it. Of course, I could just do it, but..." The blue haired god paused as another deity walked past the door of the room. "That could potentially weaken Spyro to the point where he can't defend himself or his mate. And we don't want that happening." he said.
"Get on with it, brother." Dori said, yawning. "I'm beginning to loose interest." she added.
Spiral rolled his eyes at his sister before continuing. "I had to figure out just how powerful Spyro was before I could do anything. Once I figured that out, it's quite simple." he said, adjusting his tie before continuing. "If Spyro's power was a ten on a scale of one to ten, all I'd have to do is take him down about to...an eight and a half, or at least take that attack of his and take it down a few notches." Spiral finished.
Dori then began laughing. "It took you two galactic standard days to figure this out? You are starting to loose your edge, brother." she said. "But, nevertheless, it is a good plan. Though I'm not sure the dragon will be too happy knowing that his power is going to be weakened" she said.
"Not to worry, I intend to be polite about it, and ask him to kindly try to refrain from using the breath too much." Spiral said with a sly smile.
"You'd best hope this works, otherwise we're going to have a huge mess on our hands, and the Elder Gods won't help us this time." she said.
"Since when have my plans gone wrong?" Spiral asked.
"Do you really want me to answer that for you?" Dori asked, standing and staring her brother in the eye.
Spiral, though he was taller than Dori, paused in hesitation. "No." he said finally.
