Taking Kim to the bridge, he pointed to Cal and said, "He's fuming." Caliban growled and cusred at screen, drumming his fingers as the messages buzzed in his headset. "Dumb fucks." he muddered at to himself.

Kim frowned at the sight of Cal being pissed off. She quietly walked up behind him and rested her head on his shoulder.

"Are you okay?" she asked, sounding concerned.

"Not really, but I'll fine in a few." he says softly. Tilting his head to side he closed his eyes for a second before scanning the screen. "I hate this, to damn things to follow." Glancing at Kim, Caliban felt some of anger melt away. "Want to stay and help him Kim?"

Kim lightly smiled and leaned against Cal's side.

"Sure. I'd like to stay." she said and looked at the screen, trying to figure out what Cal was supposed to do.

"Basicly ma'am, you listen for anything that's not quite right and tell the captian or run it by Caliban." Caliban hands Kim a headset and says, "Not to mention it's not very fun and its boring."

Kim nodded and put on the headet. She smiled at Cal and shrugged.

"Shouldn't be too boring. Especially when you have two people doing it." she said, smiling at Cal.

"Give it a few hours."

A few hours later, Caliban was actually asleep, "Guess you were wrong Kim, it's boring enough to put him to sleep." Falkon said chuckling to himself.

Kim rolled her eyes at Falkon and looked at Cal. A smile slowly spread on her face and she slowly, quietly leaned in and kissed him.

"Working with me doesn't have to be this boring." she said.

Cracking his neck as he woke up said, "If we were somewhere else." He looked at the screen and saw familar, tilting his head he read the message and snorted. "What is it Knight?" "Remember the Rage?" "Yeah, works from Dragonian Space fleet, under a Frie I think." "Yeah, usually James. He just finished a patrol of the Thogunia system and found something that he wants us to look into." As the captain looked the message, he nods and says, "It's not far from where from we're surposed be. Tell him we'll take a peek." Sending the message, Caliban looks at Kim. "This aughta be interesting."

Kim looked at Cal's screen to see what he was talking about and smiled. Finally, something else to do. She smiled and ruffled Cal's hair with her fingers.

"Well, at least we haev somewhere to go now." she said happily.

"Yeah." Later Caliban was making an ass off of the ship's jerk, ducking everything that he threw Cal chuckled and said, "You suck dude." Which got a loud growl from the man, as he dodged kick he knocked the man on to his ass. "Kim, I believe Cal enjoying this, wha'ya think."

Kim smiled and nodded.

"I'm sure he is." she said.

She was tempted to jump in, but decided against it. Then something flung past her. She glared at the guy that was throwing things and waited for a good moment to tackle him. His attention was on Cal, so she sprang at him and knocked him to the ground again.

Watching the guy get tackled Caliban laughed and says, "Thought you prefered kicking Kim?"

Kim kept the guy pinned on the ground. She wasn't sure wether to do harm or not.

"Hm. Yeah. Watch the footwork next time or there won't be a next time." she said and released the guy.

Caliban crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. Minutes later he stared out of the view port, thinking of the past and wondering why he felt that something was off. "You that feeling don't you?" "Yeah Lire."

Kim tilted her head when she noticed Cal in an odd mood. She leaned against his side and put his arm around her.

"What feeling?" she asked.

"One of those, 'Something is not right feelings." he said squeezing softly. Lire backed away and left.

Kim felt warm and secure as she leaned against Cal. She didn't understand what he meant when he said that something didn't feel right.

"What are you talking about?" she asked softly.
