♥ Amelia "Mia" Ellison♥
Amelia is literally the only person Eric cannot approach. He's never spoken to her, but has caught some of her words while hanging around the library. He's infatuated with her, and he can't help but stare every time she's around. She's kind, humble, and she keeps to herself, a surprising romantic interest for Eric, but a definite interest nonetheless.

After meeting this fellow Aquila in detention a few years ago, Eric seemed to have just clicked with Aurora. They both have a knack for getting into trouble, and while she can be a bit deranged at times, Eric is quick to keep up with her pace.

◑Benjamin "Benji" Fox:◑
Eric has seen Benjamin with Thomas more than once. He's been able to put together that he and Thomas are pretty close, therefore he's quick to keep another eye on Benjamin. Eric's not sure Thomas is up to much good, despite his quietness, therefore it couldn't hurt to watch out for Benjamin as well.

◑Braelyn Blaine:◑
Eric has always been fond of this 6th year, initially because he found her attractive, but he soon found out there was much more to her than just a pretty face. Though the two aren't close, Eric would like to talk to her more.

Eric knows about Caylin's taste for fun and partying and he's spoken to her a couple times. He's quite fond of her seemingly upbeat personality. They aren't best friends but Eric wouldn't mind getting to know her better.

Eric and Liam... They've been the best of friends ever since their first year. They've spent a lot of time together, being as they're both 7th years in the same house, having nearly all the same classes with one another. Eric is thankful to be counted as one of Liam's limited number of close friends.

Eric knows Max through his older brother, Daniel who had graduated the previous year. Daniel had spoken of his younger brother some, and Eric is able to piece together that this is first year to watch.

☺☺Odessa Duquesne:☺☺
Eric and Odessa go back several years, so it'd be no surprise that they are close friends. Having spent his last summer in New Orleans with her and her family, Eric can relate to Odessa's southern roots. Along with their accents, Eric has found that they have a lot of personality traits in common.

Sophie Alvar:

Eric has had an altercation with Thomas in which he had stumbled upon him out on the grounds, far from others, reading a book Eric later found out had been taken from the restricted section of the library. Since this incident last year, Eric has kept an eye on Thomas, but otherwise has no relationship with him.

Vivian Pasternack:

◑Zane Barrow:◑
Eric knows about Zane and his tendencies to pull pranks on other students. He can't help but crack a grin any time he sees someone playing victim to one of Zane's jokes.

Eric is aware Zeke is the brother of Zane, although he often has trouble telling the two apart. He can relate to the boy's knack for breaking the rules.

Eric's taken a liking to the Charms and Dueling teacher. They both seem to have a laid back mentality towards schoolwork, and even though Eric isn't in Strix, he's quick to laugh at the Professor's quick witted comments.

If it weren't for the fact that History of Magic is Eric's least favorite subject, he might like Kerrigan a lot more, but alas she is hard on him, because it would seem that she believes that Eric isn't living up to his full potential. This could probably be understood, given the lack of effort Eric puts forth in that class in particular.

☺Aurora Nickson:☺
In one of Thomas's first years at Gaol, while wandering the grounds one weekend, this elder girl approached him and struck up a conversation with him, (or rather, started talking to an unresponsive Thomas). Eventually though, Thomas couldn't help but take interest in Aurora, and since then has gotten along surprisingly well with this rebellious student.

☺Benjamin "Benji" Fox:☺
After the incident in their third year, Thomas and Benji have been close friends. There's only a certain amount of rule breaking a pair of boys can do before they actually start to enjoy each other's company. Though Benji is usually the one seen talking to others, it's not uncommon to see Thomas hanging about.

◑Braelyn Blaine:◑
Thomas is familiar with Braelyn, and has no interest in making further acquaintance.

Thomas often watches Chloe, especially when she's muttering to herself with her hands clamped over her ears. He's curious about her, but not enough to have taken up a chance to speak to her.

Eric had caught Thomas reading Moste Potente Potions by Phineas Bourne, a book he had snuck from the restricted section out of the library. Luckily, Eric hadn't turned him in, otherwise Thomas would've gotten into big trouble. But since then, Thomas knows Eric has been watching him and for that, Thomas is not on good terms with Eric.

For several years, Thomas has developed an infatuation with this Aquila 4th year. Many times has he gone and followed her around the castle, often drawing sketches of her as she reads alone in the library. He could never approach her, of course, but he can't help but admiring her from afar.

A few years back, when waiting to be seen by a grief counselor, Zane tried to start a conversation with Thomas, but instead of contributing, Thomas just kind of stared at him. Zane seemed nervous, but otherwise, Thomas found Zane to be a curious character. They haven't spoken much since, but each time they do, Zane seems to be anxious.

Thomas, of course, knows of Zeke through his brother, but other than that, they have no further relationship.

"Sometimes I wish she would just leave me the hell alone."
Aurora and Chloe can be labeled as 'frenemies' of sorts. It's rare to see them getting along, and even talking is not commonplace between the two. They both have clashing opinions, and can usually be seen causing a scene wherever they go. It's really a wonder they are "friends" still. Chloe tries not to actually befriend the girl as she prefers being solitary, but she keeps coming back, however hard Chloe tries to ward her off.

◑ Benjamin "Benji" Fox:☺
"Likeable enough, especially compared to some of the idiots in this school."
She is alright with this boy usually. When she visits the library- which is often, really- If Benji is there she will sit next to him and not have to worry about being judged firsthand. She kind of feels like she can talk about anything to him, but still keeps a bit of a front around Benji.

☠ Braelyn Blaine: ☠
"Farmboy's friend."
Chloe doesn't know Braelyn, but she hates Eric so she hates her.

☠ Carella Trannyth: ☠
"Look at me one more time and I'll curse you, bitch."
Carella, to Chloe, is a weird kid that she hates. Nothing more, nothing less.

☠☺ Chloe Hartzel: ☺☠
"Myself. What the fuck do you want me to say?"
Aloof, strong, intelligent and with a sharp tongue to match, Chloe is the perfect bully. Well, not perfect for you but- well, you get the point. Slightly off in the way that she cups her hands over her ears and whispers to herself, but other than that the girl is usually completely present. If you lean in close enough when she is whispering, you could hear the words "Yes, my lord." but obviously you are completely and utterly insane. Get it checked out.

☠ Eden Madsen: ☠
"That sloth's little sister. Don't know her but I don't like her already."
Chloe does not know Eden except for the fact she is Liam's sister.

☠☠ Eric Lee Green: ☠☠
"Now here we have the rare friendly person with a spine, marvel at how rare it is. Now kill it."
Although Eric actually can stick up for himself, Chloe kind of hates him. She generally hates everyone though, so really no big shocker there. She also knows the hate is mutual, so it fuels her ever-burning fire more.

☠ Gemma Jackson: ☠
"Does she even go here?"
Chloe doesn't know Gemma.

◑ Grace Haleshire: ◑
"Oddly enough I like her."
Being in Ursus, Chloe has known Grace since third year. She doesn't hate the kid, but they aren't friends. It's more a relationship of occasional acquaintances.

☠ Guinevere Parrish: ☠
"Don't know her..."
Chloe has seen the girl around, but she couldn't place her name to her face.

☠ Henry Rothschild: ☠
"Weird..."
She finds his bluntness annoying- although this is hypocritical, seeing as the girl is blunt herself- but she takes offence easily, so she prefers to keep her distance with this boy. If he did confront her though, she wouldn't back down.

☠ Jim Malloy: ☠
"An open book."
To Chloe, Jim is a lump of clay. Easily replaceable and extremely modifiable. She isn't really fond of him. He used to be one of her little playthings- he'd do anything she asked. Sadly, he woke up out of her trance and now he won't do anything for her. It's sad, really.

☠☠ Liam Madsen: ☠☠
"Ugh, give me a break you lazy pig. Go look in the fucking mirror"
Liam is just one of the endless list of people that dislike Chloe, and she doesn't particularly like him either. Being hardworking, She finds his slothfulness infuriating.

☠ Megan Hooper: ☠
"I don't know her... I think."
Chloe would have to get to know Megan more to make a conclusion, but for now she dislikes her.

☺ Marcus Altius: ☺
"I suppose you can call us 'friends', to an extent"
Marcus is one of the rare people that Chloe likes. He has the same basic mindset as her, and he is also what she likes to call 'strong' (See: a bully) They are not the type of pathetic friends that call eachother 'besties' and skip around holding hands, Chloe tries to taunt those types of friends anyway, more like Chloe's idea of a friend- someone she likes and talks to.

"I never realised I hardly know anyone in this school"
Chloe doesn't know Max.

◑ ◑Odessa Duquesne: ◑ ◑
"Her and that farmboy should just merge into one. It'd do me a favour"
Her and Odessa are on a certain level of- how should I say it- mutual indifference. They have been together for almost seven years, and the girl has grown on her. Chloe doesn't hate her- she mildly dislikes her. But associating with that idiot of a boy brings her down in Chloe's book.

By default, Chloe hates Thomas. But, by default, Chloe hates everyone. He's also muggle-born which really doesn't help the situation.

"Is she like scared of me or something? Get a grip."
She has a limited knowledge of Vivian, but she always seems to scuttle away when Chloe comes. She likes to taunt the girl though whenever she sees her, mostly for idle amusement.

"Get the fuck out of my way kid or I'll turn you in to ashes. I'll see if you'll still be smiling then, huh?"
Zane and Chloe generally do not cross paths, but if they do she is sure to glare at him. It may be his perpetual child-like joyfulness but his pranks really do get on her nerves.

"Another one?"
Same as above, Chloe really finds the twins and their immaturity irratating although they have only met a couple times. She considers them a pest- literally and figuratively.

Chloe admires Proffesor Danforth's hardworking qualities, but he is a teacher so it isn't like she knows the man personally on any level.

She thinks Professor Kerrigan is on to her bullying, and consequently is wary around her. She doesn't hate the woman though, so it is a start.

One of Chloe's sisters, Abeline, married Professor Mordecai's brother Axel. A flurry of awkward christmas dinners later, and now Luke is her teacher. Transfiguration is one of her favourite subjects, though, as she wants to be an Animagi.

Luke admires Aurora's attitude, although, her fast pace can be a bit much for his slow mind. Also, she tends to stare at him during classes and he does not know why. She likes animals, though, so she's good in his book.

"It's a shame he was bullied. He seems like a good kid."
Luke wasn't in the school when Benji began to get bullied, but he wishes he could have done something. He has a lot of raw potential, and he just needs to keep honing it and he'll be one of the most powerful by seventh year.

☺ Braelyn Blaine: ☺
"Anyone who likes animals is a friend of mine."
He knows Braelyn as he is the head of Cerva. She a kind girl, if not shy, but he likes her affinity for animals.

"I don't see that much of her, which is surprising since she's in Cerva."
Luke doesn't see alot of Carella, but he puts it down to coincedence.

"I've heard from some teachers about her antics, but she always seems to get A's, it's strange."
Luke isn't sure about Caylin and her party animal instincts. He doesn't really like parties himself, so he can't relate to her.

They are related by his brother's marriage to her sister. He has heard some students whispering- ahem- slurs about Chloe, but also talking about her bullying them. He isn't sure if he believes these rumors, but she is friends with Marcus, so he really doesn't know what to think.

  Gemma used to be a little intimidated by Aurora, but she's became more comfortable with her over the years. She's quite happy to let Aurora and Jim talk over her head as she makes a concerted effort to vanish into the wallpaper.

On the other hand, Gemma also has heard much of Catherine from Jim, and acknowledges that Jim is an idiot in this situation as in many.

  Jim may seem an odd friend for a quiet girl like Gemma. They sort of act as counterweights to each other, when Jim is getting out of hand, Gemma tries to smooth it over, and when Gemma is receding a little too much, Jim makes a point of trying to get her out of her shell. Jim also flirts with Gemma a bit, but they're both completely aware there's nothing to it, it's just how Jim is.

Aurora Nickson, to Marcus, is like that annoying fly that won't stop irritating you, no matter how often you swat it away. She seems to enjoy purposefully annoying Marcus and seems almost immune to his barbed comments. He has resorted to magic to get rid of the girl and doesn't quite understand why anyone would purposefully interact with someone who clearly detested them.

"A talented duellist, but still the son of a Squib."
Benjamin Fox isn't someone that Marcus would ever go out of his way to interact with. As the son of a Squib and a muggle, it is no wonder that Marcus treats him with more disgust than most other students. It's a wonder the younger boy even made it to Gaol. Still, Marcus has to admit that Benjamin is a talented duellist. Although Marcus has several years experience over Benji, there is no denying that he's quick with his wand.

He doubts the two would ever be true friends, but he isn't against maintaining their current level of friendship.

Marcus has long been acquainted with the story of how Marcus' aunt ran off with a muggle. Catherine and Jim met from playing music. They both have a sort of passion for instruments and music...so they met. They have been friends for awhile now. He's really the only person Catherine trusts well enough and isn't such a bitch around. Truth is, being around him for so long and getting to know him has caused Catherine to kind of...have different feelings towards him. She'll never admit it...but she knows...
