How do I send PMs?

Hi guys, so I came to this site to virtually kinda stay in touch with an old RP friend of mine and I'd like to PM them but I can't :I I think she said I need to make enough posts or something first; anyone know how many it needs to be? I'm going to be trying to PM again after I make this thread actually.

Your site layout confuses me, I'm just going to say that. Like, it feels like some of the code is held together by rope. Not trying to be mean, I just feel like I have a hard time finding stuff and lots of things kinda blend together when they should be a little more 'this is here' and 'this is how you do this'.

Pretty sure it's 10 posts and then the PM function unlocks for you. It's to prevent spamming....I think?
