Re: Roleplaying, D&D, Card Games, Games

I've played Magic since I was like five or six, on and off. D&D with boards occasionally, and freebased quite a lot as a kid.

Re: [OOC] The Order of the White Lotus

Fabricati: I think most characters probably have last names, they just aren't mentioned. The cultures are pretty similar to real world asiatic cultures, and they typically had both a given and family name. In any case, it doesn't really matter either way. I also think many of the names, though two w...

Re: [OOC] The Order of the White Lotus

Yeah, the info there isn't always sound. They think Azula is Zuko's younger sister. But the big articles, on the nations and stuff, are generally pretty good, and the creature data base is nice.

Re: Obesity and the Overweight

See, having 4 to 6 children is just fucked with overpopulation the way it is. 1-2 kids is plenty to continue your culture and legacy. And in any case, who gives a fuck, its not gonna die out til long after you're dead, so why care?

Re: [OOC] The Order of the White Lotus

Cool background info to have. I'll read your post, but I might not reply for a while, I got high finally, and think I can finally fall asleep for a bit.

Re: The Most Stereotypical Roleplay Ever: But Literate!

Hmm... I have always enjoyed meditating when I'm baked, but I've never really got that deep into it, and I didn't realize it had such potential. I'll have to look into that, it'd be pretty cool to become a bad ass monk.

I'mma need to get me some parmesan for all this spaghetti.

Re: Burning the Flag: Acceptable Dissent or Not?

Completely legal by the standards of the law and constitution. Not like I agree with it, but its well within a persons rights. I just hate when people act like you have to blindly follow your country and government. Love your country, but don't blindly trust your government. Didn't our forefathers o...

Re: In the Youth of the Gods OOC

Huh, I was thinking he was going for the god of pain and torture or something, from the sort of sado-masachist vibe with the love of pain, and dealing it out to others.

Re: [OOC] Dieselpunk Devolution

Alright, cool. Read all the OOC topics, working on a character sheet now. Basing him somewhat (at least stealing the name of) a real gangster from the prohibition era. Quick question, would prohibition still have happened in this alternate history, and caused the rise of organized crime? Because I'm...

Re: [OOC] Dieselpunk Devolution

Sweet, its up. You want I should make a character sheet now? Or should I wait until the OOC is edited to contain all of the background info for the world?

Re: Be it a Pack? (Open Story Wolf Rp)

If you can keep up literacy requirements, and keep out the otakus I'd probably be interested. Make a character who enhances the electrical impulses in the body to create short surges of electricity to enhance physical attributes and reflexes briefly, as well as for electrocuting enemies with his str...

Re: The Most Stereotypical Roleplay Ever: But Literate!

I've had insomnia for years, weed is the only thing that really helps me sleep, though I'm prescribed ambien as well. Going through nicotine withdrawals doesn't cause the insomnia, just makes being awake at this hour even more annoying, by adding a raging headache. Nyquil doesn't do jack for me, mil...

Re: The Most Stereotypical Roleplay Ever: But Literate!

Wow Gabe, not even holding back man, no sugar coating for you. I do agree with what your saying, however Fallen did not deserve a tongue bathing like that. I can tell she's fairly new. Fallen don't take what Gabe said as a personal attack. I agree with what he says, but just not how he put it. Gabe...

Re: [OOC] The Order of the White Lotus

Great, thanks for fixing that up for me. Just had to make sure you didn't have any OP or unfitting gadgets, you know? Chel's accepted, feel free to make your first post. ^_^ Remember, the first post is going to be your future master (in your case, Gyang Pasun's) first impression of you. Judging by y...

Re: The Most Stereotypical Roleplay Ever: But Literate!

I'm sorry, but judging by your signature, avatar, and the posts I skimmed through, you are everything I hate in RPing, and exactly what I do not want in my RPs. I mean, come on, the first posts I found of yours on your profile, posts that somehow got rated with 5 stars, were character profiles for a...

The Most Stereotypical Roleplay Ever: But Literate!

Welcome to the aberrant, anomalous, and thoroughly intriguing world of the Ashling Academy. Here the strange, the wonderous, and the downright dangerous find sanctuary from the mundane world that threatens them every bit as much they threaten it. Set in modern day America, yet in an alternate versio...

Re: Be it a Pack? (Open Story Wolf Rp)

I checked in here because I'd participated in a few of your RP's before. I'm mildly interested, but I probably wouldn't join. Not because I have anything against you, but because your post was riddled with both spelling and grammatical errors. Also, because, being based on an anime, it is more than ...
