Introduction
Of these, the greatest are the dragons; the Red Dragon, Rosso/a, the Blue Dragon, Azulo/a, the Yellow Dragon, Gaillo/a, the Green Dragon, Verdos/as, the Purple Dragon, Porphyro/a, the Grey Dragon, Canus, the Black Dragon, Atro/a, and the White Dragon, Niveus. Now, at each given moment, there is one of each dragon in existence. The person who is the dragon might not be aware, or might not even be good, but exactly one of each exists. When one dies, a baby is born at that instant, destined to be the next Dragon. Dragons abilities are based in elements that correspond to their color: Red is fire, Blue is ice, Yellow is lightning, Green is earth, Purple is toxin, Grey is wind, Black is darkness, White is light.
(A couple of quick notes about the dragons:
The name of the dragon isn’t their actual name, as in not the persons name. It’s the dragon’s name
The dashes are for when the dragon is female. Niveus and Canus can be used for both genders.
The dragons can chose between western and eastern dragons at will.)
I don’t think I need to go over world leaders and powers with you guys. The main character starts off where the start says. You can start wherever and whenever. Oh, and you don’t have to be human if you don’t want. Angel, demon, ghost, forest fairy, La Chupicabra, whatever. Having fun is the most important part! (PS. Normal bullets won’t work on spirits)
For character profiles, mainly all I want is what the sections given are. No, you can't have no past (unless I okay that specifically with a good reason, not just a too lazy to write thing. If you have a past in mind, but don't want others to know, that is acceptable, and so you don't need to post a bio. I'll take your word for it.). If you want, you may also include a theme song, but this plays no real purpose other than fun.

Extras:
Spiritual Powers- Spirit Powers can manifest in many ways. There is the obvious, viewing spirits, but there are a few other ways. Two of them are Spirit animal, as explained earlier, and Psi powers, such as Telekinesis, Telepathy, and ESP. I will let you figure out the Psi powers on your own, so long as you let me ok them first. Also, classical magic is an option for those of us who wish it.
Ok, I had thought I had been pretty clear about this, but only humans have spirit animals. Therefore, only humans can have a dragon. If you have a dragon, you are automatically a human. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Also, if you want to make a badguy, please tell me. I'm happy to have badguys, but I don't want them to twist the story to their own will.

"Huh," the man frowned. "Heard the food in this place was pretty damn good." The man took a minute to look at his surroundings before taking a seat, nodding his head as if to let others know it would be okay to walk in. :Looks like this place could use some renovation, though..."
The man of course, was the 'super-hero' from the U.S known as Zam Zappaz. Famous for his heroic...antics, Zam decided he'd take his heroic reality show international, with Japan being the first stop on his exploits. Zam grabbed himself a menu and began flipping through it, before noting, "What no translation? Jeez...Somebody just order me some sushi or somethin', I gotta plan for the next show."

Still... sushi for breakfast? That was a little odd. He quickly scribbled down the names of the breakfast items in the menu in English, along with their pronunciation in Japanese, onto a clean napkin and slid it over to Zam. He hoped he wouldn't need to be a translator all week, though. He sighed because it would probably turn out that way.

The air was cool, slightly damp from the dew that had settled over the night.

“Good” he said. He took two more bites, and set his fork down, watching everyone come in with a blank expression.

Hisashi watched the guy slightly entertained. He was cool! He had an entire camera crew following him around, and he didn't even have to talk unless he wanted to! Still, he couldn't help but notice that Marshall was slightly irritated by his presence. Maybe it was the fact that both were Americans- or so he assumed. All foreigners should wear national flag bandanas on their heads in Japan, to stop the confusion, thought Hisashi, otherwise we'll keep confusing Americans and Englishmen. Besides, there was this one guy in the room whose nationality Hisashi couldn't even place. What was with all the tourists here?

Speaking of unbelieveable he blushed as he thought about the waitress' atire. That will be so embarrasing when she finds out about that. He couldn't help but feel sorry for her. So, continuing to wait for his pancakes he looked around some more. He noticed that the famil had already hired some help for the repairs to the building, without his help. Oh, well. At least this way his money might go toward something else, but he would make sure that the family took his money one way or another. After all, he could do nothing to stop the destruction of their home so he was obligated to help repair the place. As he looked rond he noticed a large entourage enter the restaraunt and immediately start talking in another language that he didn't know. He presumed it was English by the way it sounded but hadn't the foggiest idea of what they were talking about. So reluctantly he turned back to his vacant table and decided to try to initiate a conversation. "So..." He started "Have either of you said anything to her? You know... about her dress."

Meanwhile Atro was sulking in his mind. Atro had been hoping for a big turnout, it seemed. Njal could hardly got him out of his head for keeping talking about there not being any other dragons here from last night. It was quite the dissapointment to him and he was going to let Njal know about it. After all, it wasn't like he could talk to anyone else.

Gordon had been working outside for a while now as quietly as he could. Which was not that easy when you were nailing two by fors together. It wasn't as if he was making a school craft prject if you knew what he was talking about. But, it was a restaraunt so they wouldn't exactly be thrilled to be hearing him go hammering away at some unsuspecting bored. But so far from what he had salvaged he had started with his plan. The temporary plan was to make a small temporary enclosure outsode of the wall and cover it with plastic. Then the restaraunt wouldn't have any risk of water damage and he could work freely on the damage. so far he had cleared most of the rubble and was still waiting for the supplies. Oh, well, whatever. It wasn't like he was really ready for it yet.
