As long as we're on this, maybe a bit of work for Breaking the Chains, a Pokemon RP I'm doing with BBClock? We have the ideas for NPCs and what they use thought up, but neither of us can draw for Magikarp. This is where you come in. :)

Just saw this thread going on and I got to thinking it's been a while since I worked with banners. I used to do a lot for RP's but since I moved to this site i've sort of stopped. Maybe it's time to start up again. I'm not promising miracles but i'm willing to take a crack at it. PM me if you need any samples or want to tell me what your looking for.

@qb - what sort of ideas did you have and what sort of medium are you thinking for the art?
A conclusion's just the part where you got tired of thinking.

The theme we were going for should be a bit dark and gritty, but you should still be able to look at it and say "cool" not "ew." I know the villains in our game like using monsters with access to moves like Wrap and Bind, so start with a cursory search of PokemonDB to see what would fit the bill best. (The GM has already chosen the Tangela, Dratini, Ekans and Aipom lines to focus on, so you might want to start there.)

I'm currently brainstorming with my other GM about what the villains should look like. Get in touch with BBClock: He's the one with all the information, I just kick the players into action when it's their turn.
