A month after the outbreak of the infection, zombies roam the streets in large numbers...humanity is struggling, but not dead. Then, a different sort of undead rise up.

Welcome to Zombie Apocalypse # __________!
It's been a month since the first outbreak, and now humanity lives in fear of the dead who freely roam the streets, day and night...then, quite unexpectedly, a different form of undead wake and rise up from what must have been an unnaturally induced slumber from decades to centuries.
As a human, you continue your daily routine of trying to survive to see another day, now with a new worry whether or not the new undead will hinder your days to come...or be the ultimate end to you.
As an undead, help the humans, take advantage of the chaos to gain power, or...do nothing but watch?
What caused the outbreak a month ago? Is there a patient zero? Will there be a way to immunize the surviving humans?
What caused the undead to awaken? Why at this time?
Why the questions?!

Uhhmmm...yes? Depends on their bodily condition, or how/when magic/unnatural forces were introduced to resurrect them as ___.
A ghost or skeleton would have their voice projected from their thoughts, unnaturally.
A necromancer or black magic zombie would only be able to speak if their vocal chords are in good condition or is preserved...magically.

Okay so basically it's regular people being brought back.
I like the gory Zombies who eat flesh and act like...zombies. Which is why I figured I'd ask before joining. ^.^
