The Locations Thread

This will have information about various established locations. Please be advised, we cannot be held liable if these locations disappear, get destroyed, are flung out of existence, are dropped on top of you, start to float in the sky, get eradicated by trolls, or suddenly become living entities.

The Island Nation of Lisuanna, with stunning beaches and considered a vacation paradise that people often visit. It is a nation that often focuses on its navy, but its ground forces are nothing to scoff at and rumor has it they have a wild dragon locked up somewhere and was made to be loyal. They are also one of the largest providers of sea food, especially the meat of Demon Beasts that inhabit the sea.

The Kingdom is ruled by the Refela Royal Family, a Dog Animan family with deep ties to the water. It is said that all of their offspring have an affinity for water magic, and that they can ride the waves like skating on ice. Supposedly, they secretly manufacture special uniforms meant to get wet, but the uniforms will dissolve if anyone tries to analyze or experiment on it, or put on a uniform when not part of the Navy. Supposedly they are made a tough, durable Sea Demon Beast leather.

Not that if a ship tries to betray the kingdom and leave, all their uniforms will dissolve on the spot because of this magic and the ship will lock itself down. Consider that to be a reason not to desert or turn to piracy.

The kingdom is also known for its sugar plantations as well, and although slavery is not outlawed, it is highly uncommon. It is located North West of the Orvenus Kingdom

The Mythic Woods Kingdom, created in the region known as the Mystic Woods that is North East of the Orvenus Kingdom, is ruled by a council of three High Elven Families. Because of the dangers in these regions already, their knights and armed forces are more then prepared for battle. They are a large supplier of fruits that only grown in that region, like the Yislmir fruit which is said to be one of the richest, juiciest fruits in the world.

The forest it is located in is thick with magic, and oddly enough those with magical affinities are more common there. It is said that the High Elven Families will always produce people blessed with magic, but there are a handful of other Wood Elf and Dark Elf families that lived there for a long time which are the same. The Woods also have increased Demon Beast population, and additionally are rumored to have Celestials residing in it.

The southern region and the eastern region as the richest farmland, while the western region which is directly north by quite a distance from Arisa is where their most bountiful mines are. And then, in the Northern District is where most of the Demon Beasts rely, but also many of the Dungeons...magical structures which generate monsters inside it, generate magic and mana and weapons and items from nothing and place them in strange chests or are collected by entities known as Bosses are. However, one could say the entire place is a nice, lush, if not occasionally hilly in some places, forest.

The Kingdom of Torkella, which was built with ocean access but is mainly in a region of deserts and mountains, they are known for their fireworks and parties, as well as their Torkellian Ale that everyone loves to drink. There are a number of nomadic tribes there, but even more abundant plains full of various animals. They have numerous mines as well as a special region with lush vineyards, and is known as one of the richest regions on the continent.

They are located North of the Orvenus Kingdom, and West of the Mystic Woods Kingdom.

The Akara Kingdom, an Eastern Kingdom that rests on a large peninsula. They have both an impressive navy and army, and produce weapons irregular from the standard stock, from things such as katanas to other such things like seafood, fruit, grain. They export rice as well, and are more of an all rounder type of nation. Supposedly, they have elite covert guards known as the Ninja as well. Their capital is called Yotok.

It is located South East of Orvenus Kingdom, and is surrounded by ocean on three sides. They have been to war with the Orvenus Kingdom in the past, but currently enjoy a lasting peace.

Arisa Villiage: A decent sized villiage or town nestled deep in the mountains, kept warm despite the snowy mountains around it thanks to its natural hot springs which made it famous for its hot springs baths. It could be said to be located in the Orvenus Kingdom, but due to its location it wouldn't really be associated with it much. It has access to rivers and fields however which would make a number of people jealous, but its location is one hwere attackers would not be able to easily travel towards as an army. Thus, it is a relatively peaceful villiage.

If there was an issue, one might say it was the monsters that tended to appear more then usual around the villiage. But this is kept in check by two Adventurers that had adopted two children and decided to settle down in this region to raise them. Because they are veteran adventurers, the monsters that appear nearby don't even phase them that much, and recently they have let their children practice against them instead to learn various skills and techniques.

Orvenus Kingdom: A Kingdom known for many things, from bread, to its steel, to its Magic Academy. However, it also has a large population of nobles who like to do as they please, and will always be interested in rare specimens at that. For example, a supposed Dragon couple passing through.

They are supposedly gearing up for something, but at this time it is unknown what it is for. However, it is known that their exports have increased recently and that their region has become more prosperous and rich as a result. This country is surrounded by water from the north west, west, south west, and south. In other words, a large amount of coast. therefore, it features an expansive navy while also featuring an expansive army. It is a large kingdom, and would take time to travel through especially with the increase in monsters appearing as of late.

It has lush fields, thick jungles and forests, many trade routes, numerous cities, a large number of mountain ranges, and expansive plains full of tall grass that can reach up to four feet and higher.

They are centered around Humans, Dwarves, and High Elves, so everyone else, especially Animans for some reason, are discriminated against.
