And also, are there any restrictions on us? Like being from Jhoto, we can't use pokemon from Unoova or Hoenn?

I seem to have more trouble making a fire team than I thought... I got a question, do we have to follow elite four tradition with a themed team? Or can I use a mix team like my old 2nd gen team which I still use?

You can use any fire pokemon from the 5 generation if necessary and if you want a mix team that is fine too
