Groups and Quest tabs

Hi, I have been on this site for about two days and the major thing that is gnawing at me is that I do not know how to work the Groups and Quests tabs of the roleplays from a GM stand point. One of the biggest things I want to do with it is be able to set-up governments and guilds and have quests for those of certain guilds or governments, within my roleplay (and hopefully more to come).

Any and all help is appreceated, if you would like to see the RP that I am currently working on, it is "Of Claw and Sword".

Currently, groups and quests are only enabled for The Multiverse. I think the logic of this is that usually the GM pre-defines the groups and quests available for any other RP. With a sandbox, you need the users themselves to define what they need.

Two things QB (not trying to be rude):
1. I was wanting to do this as a GM.
2. I found out how to do them both from in the chat (/group, /quest).
