Moving Characters to Different Places in Universe

Hey, I'm not sure if I'm just missing something or not but I was curious as to how we could move our characters in between places in a universe. The main page for Places says that it's possible, but I can't find anywhere to make it happen.

/north, /south etc. are all available commands on the compass rose, including /southeast and so on. For locations which are not yet oriented on a map, Game Masters and Builders (with both players online, use /addGameMaster Player Name and /addBuilder Player Name respectively) are both able to use some combination of /build <direction> Place Name, where <direction> is the compass rose directions (plus up and down) and the destination place's name (case-sensitive, as always). Permissions can further be handed out to individual players with /giveSov Player Name, who can each then pass on ownership to other players down the line.
