I've never gotten into the neko thing before.
But this sounds sorta fun.
I'll probably submit a character.

Question: Is there an overall plot to this? Is there a war going on? Are people/nekos disappearing? Or is this sort of a "Go with the flow" dealio?

It seems like romance in this would be fun as well(:
But I have to say, just because I read the rules (YEAH I DID!). We'll have to be careful about the whole sex thing. I think they modified the rules on that matter but... yeah xD

Question: Have they known each other a while, have they just met, are they having a schedualed meeting at the start of the RP, will the become Master/Royal by chance somewhere near the begining of the RP, or should they become Master/Royal somewhere near the end? (or whetever you want to do...)
