He heard him agree to dating Angelina he was now an enemy."Well I know this is going to sound veery crazy but but "He heard angelina "The wizard gang there The gang member held his wand"duro"He fired a spell at tyler the latted dodged the spell hit a knight statue turning it to stone.

“I vote we finish this quickly, the last thing any of us need is a drawn out duel with some whack job.” Angelina said quietly as she moved behind the suit of armor that lined the hall. Taking out her wand; she threw a few stunning spells in the direction of the advancing danger. Angelina was not happy at this point. She really hated being attacked especially for no reason. The quicker they discourged this guy from whatever he was trying to accomplished the better.

Name: Cyrus Thorne
Age: 17(7th year Ravenclaw)
Looks: Tall(6'1) with an atheletic build, has dark hair(including goatee) and ice blue eyes
Wand:Yew with a dragon heartstring core
Personality: quiet and suspicious, but once a proven friend, he'll go to great lengths to ensure said friends well being
Occupation: none, wants to be a dueling master or auror
Most used spells: Various offensive/defensive charms and transfigurations-including material from the restricted section, also skilled in occulmency and legitimacy and commonly uses apperation when availible.
Race: Half-demon(belives himself to be a half-blood)
Bio: Raised by former dueling champion Fillius Flitwick after being orphaned at an early age, Cyrus's almost supernatural mind has been consentrated on the art of was since he was a mere 3 years old when his last remaining family died in a mysterious fire. He spent his pre-hogwarts years learning all he could about magical warfare, in his own words "Fighting's the only thing i've ever been really good at.", somthing his adopted father and master can attest to, And as such, once he entered hogwarts as a ravenclaw, he did everything he could to gin professor flitwicks favor, wanting to be trained-at least partially, by a world champion fighter. Now in his 7th, and final year, Cyrus is a highly gifted student, if a bit eccentric, and as the head boy and Flitwicks personal apprentice, has an open pass too the restrcted section.

A series of heavy footdteps sounded the arrival of the newest player in the impromptu duel.
Cyrus had seen the beginings of what he imagined would be a rather nasty fight, and as such, took up his duties as head boy to stop it before it got too violent. A whispered animation charm sent two of the statues grinding to life.
"What is the meaning of this?!" He shouted as spells flew about, he took refuge behind one of his animated minions.

Tyler looked at angelina"That's what I'm trying to do but were sixth years and he has years of experience!Tyler followed her behind the suit of armor firing some stunning spells the gagn member used his wand to telekenetically bring another kight statue in front of him to block the tunning spells. Tyler saw a statue racing towards him and angelina"Expellimarmus"He yelled to knock one of the animated statue's into the other. The gang member was angry"Aguamenti!"He yelled firing a jetstream of water at Tyler the latter wass end flying intoa wall and he coughed up blood. Darn it".......

Now Angelina was just pissed... it was her first night back to hogwarts she didn't need some madman hexing up the school.... What the heck was this guys problem she though dodging yet another curse heading her way. Then she saw Tyler slam into the wall... "Shadow a little help please" her tone was angry not at anyon in particular but rather at the situation that they had found themselves in. Angelina was trying in vein to disarm the older wizard yelling "Expelliarmus" at every chance she got.

The gang member laughing seeing how angry he was making Angelina. He striked when the students were just arriving at hogwarts.He smiled pointing his wand at Angelina right after he had used another spell to slam tyler in a wall.He heard her call for help he yelled "Protego to deflect her disarming charms back at her than pointign his wand at Angelina he yelled"Imperio to take full control of her kill Tyler"Tyler looked at angelina now he was worried.

It was at the point when Angelina heard the words "imperio" that she was thankful her brother, Kent, was rather paranoid. Because of his paranoia she knew how to fight off the imperio curse. She began by preparing her mind ignoring the little voice in her head that was telling her to kill Tyler. Slowly she was able shield her mind and her intent. She continued her slow mindless march towards Tyler, but at the last second she turned faced the gang member and yelled, Stupefy. Hopeing that this spell would finally connect.

Cyrus wondered briefly why none of the teachers were showing up..it was'nt like this was a stealthy fight, he sighed and sent a message spell out to alert the teachers to this minor brawl.
Grimacing as he saw the young man..Tim?..Tyler? hit the wall and start coughing up blood, he gave a silent snarl and moved to his more combat appropriate spells.
He jabbed his wand at the two stone knights and grunted an enlarging charm, directing one to help the injured kid and his friends, and the other to wade into battle, then he himself moved in, dodging fire or using his "reflector" shield to avoid harm while pounding away with minor blasting and cutting curses, until he heard the dreaded "Imperio" curse from the goon squads leader.
Cyrus's eyes flared with hate, and he quickly took aim at the mans outstreched wand arm and snapped a conjured fire whip at the gang leader, knowing that if the attack landed, the dark wizards arm-and his Imperio curse, would end.

Tyler saw angelina get hit by imperio he held his wand with a firm grasp standing up pointing his wand at her"I'm very sorry Angelina but I really don't want to die yet Stupefy!!! He yelled firing a stunning spell at Angelina. The gang member laughed seeing the stupefy"Protecgo"He said reflecting it. The gang member laughed after firing the imperio"Your a smart little kid let's see you shake this one off!He pointed his wand at angelina"Crucio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had not noticed the flaming whip heading towards his arm.

Cyrus let out a dark laugh as the maligant wizards wand arm was cut off and cauterized at the elbow, and had his quasi-golem, the animated stone knight, now enlarged to 10 feet tall, smack the the wounded man with its shield to knock him out as a prisioner, and summoned the severed half limb.
Taking momentary stock of the situation, he commanded the other knight to stay put, shielding the younger students before moving over and helping them.

Before Angelina's world went black, she made a mental note to chew both tyler and the head boy out. She was going to chew Tyler out for stunning her when she was clearly no longer under the imperio curse and she was going to chew out the head boy for almost getting them all killed. Sheesh we three are prefects we can handle this lunitic. oh and she had to remember to kick this gang member for using Crucio on her. Then her world went black...

The gang member loud a giant yell as his arm was cut off his wand flying to the ground blood was everywhere. Suddenly to make his problems worse a 10ft tall animated stone night wacked him in the head. The gang member flew to the ground unconscious Tyler looked as a second animated knight shielded him and angelina. Tyler was injrued from the aguamenti but angelina had been hit by crucio! He rembered what his father said the gang member had knocked her out but not caused too much severe damage. He used his remaining energy to telekentically lift Angelina in the air and took her to the infarmy ward.

Cyrus sighed and followed the kid there, seeing as besides old one arm, he was the only really capable fighter there. He took the one armed piece of scum to the medical ward-though did'nt bother aiming him much, allowing the bound and crippled man to scrape along tree trunks knocked his head on a few low hanging branches.
After a few miniutes, Tyler and himself had brought thier respective loads to madame pomfrey.
It was obvious that as bad as the young woman had it, the duo's would be killer had it worse-a missing arm, a cracked skull, the wide variety of cuts and bruises from the trees, not to mention that Cyrus had the idiots wand, and handed it to madame pomfrey, letting his victim land in a rather crooked position on a nearby bed, to wich he was quickly bound.
He explained what happened to the flustered matron, and as soon as he finished, asked if the sorting and it's feast were over.

Madame pomfrey shaked her head "Not yet you really should get something to eat Cyrus tyler can take care of himself he is a potter afterall"She said with a smile Tyler nodded"Yeah you can go"He said lightly pushing cyrus out the(Have cyrus leave please) room madame pomfrey left. Tyler sighed he never imagined water to be so violent he looked at the crippeled one armed defensless wizard gang member. A girl in a black cloak and beutiful purple hair walked in Tyler ran hiding behind a door he didn't have enough energy for a fight.She smiled saying a a spell the gang member was gone she had her wand Tyler preferred to fire a stunning spell she turned poiting her wand a t tyler firing a s spell there was a flash of light and he was gone the flash of light should have awakened angelina.

Cyrus grinned and left in a rush, he was'nt very hungry honestly, but he was always happy to eat when the chance came.
Cyrus noticed the purple haired woman, but shrugged it off, "Probably a new teacher or somthing." He mumbled as he left, his attention on the up-coming feast.
When he got to the great hall, he quickly told the teacher's what happened and went to sit down at his table, and began eating.

The purple haired woman smiled her name was Kattie holding her wand she left Tyler was no where to be seen another student saw here"Wait a mintue your !Kattie pulle dout her wand"Reducio"She used the spell to make the student 1inch tall and stepped on him. She left the castle taking a rowboat than got on a broomstick and flew away.

(Oh well a wizard gang member took the polyjuice potion to get into hogwarts he was after Tyler and a seventh year student used an animated statue to wrap around shadow to prevent him from fighting.The gang member was beaten and tyler and angelina went to the infarmy.A girl came into hogwarts and did a spell to make the gang member dissaperar so shadow can come in the infarmy he can see the strange girl)(oh and post in enigma)

Shadow had been hit by one of Angelina's stunning spells as he had stood in front of her to try to protect her (ironic eh) by the time he came to the battle was over and found himself following the others into the sick wing.

The girl turned to see another person(Shadow) she coudln't let him tell others she had been here!Whipping out her wand she fired a disarming charm than a reductio to reduce shadow to 1inch tall.Tyler sighed this was a mess the worse day of his life!He would get revenge on the wizard gang as he was now 1inch tall looking at his giant wand.
