Starlet smiled at the fact that the vampire knew of her clan. She nodded at his question,"Yeah, they're all dark. The elders think of me as special for being a white demon in their presence. That doesn't make me good, though." Her smile was devious as she said this. "I never got your name," She said with realization. It was her turn to question the vampire.

Arabella watched Kiera with wonder as she began summoning her shadows. She pauses and looks for a way through the mess of demons. Unlike Kiera, Arabella's small structure ailed her when she was in a fight. Murmuring her words under her breath, she created a shield in front of her. The shield had purple running through it that looked like electricity. She began pushing at it to get through the shadows. She ran with it and plowed through them. She extended the edges of the shield so that she was protected on all sides. When she reached Kiera, she stopped. She looked back and found that she had not injured a single shadow.

Kiera laughs, "Your going to have to do better than that to get anywherein life sweetheart. A baby could get through that." As she said those words, the shadows seemed to appear within Arabella's bubble. They converged on her and started pushing her around, pinching her, pulling at her clothes and one even punched her in the back of her head. "That might work during the day, but lets just say I grow more powerful in the night." Her eyes flicker black, the night affecting her and bringing out her inner demon.

Jaimie cheers up instantly trusting Aiden wasn't going to hurt him, "I run a lot, I used to be the head of my track team, but then they banned me and my parents sent me here. It all kind of sucks." he sighs. "But so far running has been helpful here, I almost managed to escape the vampire." He smiles rubbing his neck there was a bite mark, that would turn out of be a pretty interesting scar. "And now I'm rooming with the vampire and I'll be sleeping with my eyes open every night to avoid getting eaten."
Starlet was a nice breath of fresh air, Kiera was probably the only other girl in the school Shad was interested in but she was so... small. "You're certainly special," Shad flirts, He needed a girl it had been too long since he dated, and starlet had the qualities he was looking for, powerful, pretty, and has an attitude. "My name's Shadow but you may call me Shad, may I call you Star?" A pet name would be his first step in claiming her, he's eager to see how she responds.

"Thanks" Jaimie responds greatful Aden was going to defend him and wanted to hangout. Upon being reminded he hadn't eaten he was starving, "I'm hungry too so we can go together." He hadn't noticed he was hungry but he realized he had slept the afternoon away and hadn't eaten since breakfast. He was ready to go get food, forgetting that there were tons of monsters waiting outside that were probably hungry for him.

Aiden smiled, as he looked at Jamie. looked like he was defiantly getting there second chance.
"Alright, its not to far from the dorms, Just stick close to me and we should make it to the cafeteria fine."
Aiden said standing up then grabbing his Knife from the desk. tucking it in the small of his back before looking at Jamie.
"Just in case." Aiden said with a smile "You ready?" he said as he stood by his door.

Jaimie nods ready to run for it if he has too, his spirits were a bit dampened by Aiden's need for a knife. They leave the room and Jaimie stands close to Aiden, monsters were watching him all around, he thought about running everytime a new one laid their eyes on him, but so far none had actually attacked. If he didn't have Aiden there they probably would have attacked and killed him by now.

Aiden kept up small banter as the two moved through the halls something just to keep Jamies mind off of the other monsters . aiden was more or less babbling about who they were passing in the halls, and anything else that he could think of about the school he even babbled a little about his family life, nothing major just the fact that his parents where separated, and other mudane facts about his life. after a few minutes they had enterd the cafiteria and aiden grabed one and handed it to Jamie with a smile.
"And here we are no problem at all. you keep up pretty well."
Aiden then flowed into the almost non- existing line for dinner and grabbed a raw piece of steak, more realistically a chunk of elk but who was counting he then waited for jamie and waited for jamie to take them to a table.

Jaimie was a bit distracted by the food in the dinner layout, he recognized almost nothing, it was all strange food or it was meat but it wasn't cooked. He eyes a mysterious green goo that looked like jello but had an erie glow and next to it was what appeared to be live worms it was actually moving around in the silver bowl. The meat Aiden had chosen looked alright but it was raw, and the last think he needed to get was food poisoning. "uhhh... what's eatable, for me?" He looks to Aiden for assistance.

Deilos was flying to the training grounds when a black puff of smoke appeared above him, Deilos face become even darker when something of pure black color fell on his back, "Get off my back Drake, I didn't summon you, your heavy" Deilos complained, even though his still flying at the speed he was before, but he was getting lower, due to the extra weight he had to carry on his back, as he is closing to the training grounds he noticed that a part of it was taken. that was when it got... worse as the thing on his back started to jump. "arg" deilos muffled out as he tried to stay in the air longer but he did not have much of a choice when he suddenly, fell to the ground, from above, right next to Kiera...he looked around and spoke out in an emotionless voice "hi" obviously annoyed by Drake who appeared out of nowhere and landed on his back.
Upon closer inspection, Drake was a bit larger then Deilos, it's midnight scales covered it's entire body, a pair of horns projection of it's head just like deilos, when it yawned, it showed a row of extremely sharp teeth, opening it's small and undeveloped wings, it gave out a small squeak like growling, it was a infant whelping(Black dragon)
After it's small yawn, it continues to jump on Deilos back and nudging his wings which were at it's side. when it realized that, there were others around, it just stared at Kiera with big watery eyes. When Deilos spoke "Drake, get off me already" but it just continued to sit on Deilos

Aiden stood gestured a finger then stood up grabbed another plate, he then grabed another piece of meat and went over to one of the warlocks sitting in the cornner of the cafatieria, a few words were exchanged before the warlock said a few words and a bright flame engulfed the plate, aide smiled and headed back to the Jamie,
"hows this look to you give it a few more minutes and it will be medium rare." Aiden said handing the plate to Jamie then gesturing for Him to sit at the table next to them.

Kiera doesn't jump when Deilos and a little black dragon land next to her. She had a feel for other demons around her, plus her shadows were her alarm system. She turns on her 'attacker' aka Arabella, knowing that the shadows would warn her of any impending attack. "Hello Deilos, glad you...uh...dropped in" Kiera says snickering. She looks at the little dragon, at least for it being a dragon, and extends her hand so the dragon could smell her, "Nice to see you again Drake". Then laughs, "I can see Drake has not gotten any more obedient, nor does it seem like he has any inclination to become so."
Kiera frowns slightly when her shadows inform her of what Shad said about her. She silently tells the shadow to return Shad a message. The shadow rushes to Shad and coils up his body, giving Shad a punch below the belt. Now it seemed odd that a shadow could do any damage but Kieras hand had turned into a shadow and the shadow into her hand, thereby solidifying the shadow and making sure the punch hit hard.

Amber wandered the halls, looking for her dorm, but paused, sniffing. What was that smell? Fire...and possibly cooking. How had she managed to find herself close to the kitchens? ...But she hadn't eaten since breakfast that morning, and even then she hadn't eaten much. She was too busy rushing through her meal so she wouldn't be late for school. Hopefully there would be something for her to eat; she wasn't sure whether or not monsters ate anything close to what she usually ate. She poked her head in just long enough to register that the food, for the most part, did not seem edible. She sighed before walking in, only glancing over the food there. Even up close, nothing seemed edible. So maybe these creatures did not eat the same foods that humans did. ...But, if she wasn't going to try eating this stuff, she was only going to starve. But, the fact was, she was scared to even try some of the foods there. Glowing jello...raw meat...live worms...hardly appetizing.

aiden watched amber enter the cafeteria and glance at the food, she seemed disgusted with the average selection, Aiden smiled and looked at Jamie. "here is some one with a heart you might get along with as well" Aiden said calmly. "Whats wrong amy nothing fit your fancy Aiden yelled out.
Amber paused, glancing around when she heard someone yelling, and, oddly enough, found one of them looking at her. She hadn't been called Amy before...but she assumed he was talking to her. She sighed and approached him and whoever else was with him; she had no way of knowing what the other was, but she already knew the one yelling was a werewolf, at least. She wasn't one for yelling; she preferred to move close enough she could talk normally rather than yelling and screaming. "I've just...never seen these foods before. Well, I've seen raw meats...but they usually get cooked sooner or later..." So this was normal for them. Just wonderful. She pused for a second. "And I'd rather not be called Amy, alright?" So maybe arguing with a monster wasn't the best idea; she had survived her first day, and that was enough for her.

Aiden shook his head as Amber aproached he had always been nervous with girls and remembering thiere there names as he relised his mistake he corrected himself with a slap on the forhead.
"Sorry Amber, if you want i could get you a cooked piece of meat. i know a kid who tends to lend his services of demonic fire" pointing at Jamies Piece of elk still flaming.

Amber paused, debating. She wasn't entirely sure she wanted to deal with putting out the flames herself...but it was something edible. She nodded. "I suppose, if that's possible, it would be preferable to...everything else..." She glanced back at the food, then back to Aiden. "That would be nice," she added with a little smile. At least there was one monster she knew for sure wasn't going to attack her. ...Or two, really, if she thought back to the girl that hadn't seemed to mind her too much. One of her roommates, if she remembered correctly. She shook those thoughts off; she was likely to make herself look like she was thinking too hard if she kept that up.

Aiden repeted the proces the warlock looking slightly more annoyed this time but did the dead after Aiden said a few more words. he returned with the chunk of elk and placed it before Amber and sat down "By the way this is Jamie the other Real human. ohh and boune appetite" Aiden then paused and tilted his head most the monsters spent there time out and about fighting eachother this time of the night "so what brought you to the caffateria this time of the night?"
Amber shrugged. "I haven't eaten much all day; hardly ate breakfast, and spent lunch trying to explore the building." A futile attempt to prevent herself from getting lost. She paused, a hand automatically going up to where she had been bit. "...Losing blood doesn't help that much, either." She glanced at Jamie. So there was another human student there. Someone else that might understand how strange this all was. She shook her head, looking back at the burning chunk of meat. Not her favorite option, but the best from the current ones. "That, and I don't usually sleep much. I've always stayed up a little late; usually to work on homework or cleaning or something like that." She shrugged. From the looks of it, night usually meant fights at this school. Something she would have to try to avoid.

Aiden nodded, "I am going to assume they are working on a menu four you two but while we wait, i should be able to arange this set up, there is always fruit in the mornings you can horde." Aiden also pointed out as he sat there with the two not touching the hunk of meat in front of him he jabbed it with a fork. he didnt want to eat just yet, he generaly ate this type of meal as a wolf, but for now he just wanted them to be comfortable that was important. "So seems you both had a bad first day, cant say mine went ideally as well. you two have a game plan for the next few days?"

Deilos spoke his last words softly as he pushed himself from the ground with Drake on his back, reaching behind with his left hand he grads Drake by his neck and pulled him off his back, quickly standing up once again he pointed to Drake with his right, "Listen to me for once, outside of combat" and Deilos lets go off drake who quickly started to climb up Deilos' body and ended stopped on his shoulders with his head resting on Deilos's, Deilos sighed and scrathed his head. "kiera how do you make your shadow listen to you so well, make him do that too" he questioned looking and pointing at Drake "out of the trio his the hardest one to control for me" Looking around once again despite the heavy weight on his shoulders, "oh am I interrupting you girls, I'll be going over there" Deilos continued as he started to move to a corner of the training grounds, when Drake suddenly pushed Deilos's head in front hardly causing Deilos to lose his balance and fall over again. "Drake..."

Amber shook her head. "I imagine your day went about as bad as ours." She remembered that he had been attacked earlier. That didn't exactly seem like an ideal day to her. She paused, thinking for a minute. "...As far as a game plan...the only thing I've got is to stay as far away from anyone I don't know as possible. I only need to keep to myself; to try to not give anyone a reason to go after me." To try to make herself invisible, because that was all she could do, considering there was no way she'd be able to fight them off on her own. What else could she do?

Lin had followed the others to the training ground but had become momentarily distracted by a werewolf that tended to drop by the coven when ever he could. She was fond of him and before she knew it they were discussing a spell she was conjuring recently and could he help her? Yes. Great. Glancing around to see everyone was already on the training grounds she hastily said goodbye giving the werewolf a cheeky slap on the bottom as he flashed his canines at her dashingly.
Jogging onto the grounds she saw Kiera and Arabella had already started up..and delios seemed to have joined them with some..peculiar little creature? Lin grinned uncertainly to herself at the sight of the creature just about outweighing Delios as it clambered all over him.
She enjoyed the school most when it was evening. Before long it would be dark..the slights would flick on outside and just the vibe of twlight would give her a zap of energy! She scruffed up her coiling mane of hair and called over to Kiera with a bright smile.
The night made her happy she couldnt help but grin away even at the blond witch.
"Kiera whose starting?"

Jaimie was distracted by the food, it was actually on fire which was pretty cool, he was hungry and just wanted to eat but he wasn't really sure how to put out the fire. He sits at the table with Aiden and realizes the other human Amber had joined them as Aiden introduced her, she was given the same meal. The fire finally goes out and he begins to eat, he listens carefully to what they were saying. "My game plan is to run away from everything and hopefully I'll make it through the first week." Jaimie jokes. He was in a suprisingly good mood for being bitten by a vampire and terrorised by monsters.
