History

It’s the year 2138. World war III, which started in 2021, has exactly ended 50 years ago. The conflict between the world was finally solved when a new government was made to rule over the whole world and make it one country named: Exphilia. But unfortunately for the world, it took a high toll. In the war it was very common to use chemical/atomic bombs which caused the population of the word to drop greatly and even caused some mutation here and there. Because of this mutation, scientists all around the world took action. As mad as they where they didn’t really forgive the other country’s for the war. This caused that humans where experimented on and mutated beings got locked up and they got experimented on. This operation was organised by MUH which means: Mutants under Humans.

MUH was founded on 2091 by professor H.V.Londson and his team of well trusted friends. Londson went to the government while the mutants where getting out of control. He promised to take everything under control if he would get enough help of the government. The government didn’t agree first because this means that Londson would become the big boss of the government. But it didn’t take long before they accept... The mutants where too far out of control.

Once Londson got the contract signed he made the government build a lot of prisons randomly over the whole world and he got an elite squad to catch the mutants. After 5 years almost every mutant on earth was captured and experimented on. The mutants they captured where named by an ID they got. The first one captured was called 0000001, the second one 0000002 etc. Because of this the professor’s would have it much easier to write reports about mutants because the prisons had the same ID as their mutant living in it had.

After the capture of the mutants Londsen hired men to build labs attached to the prisons. He also hired large groups of scientists to experiment on those mutants. It didn’t take long before the first mutants started to die. The experiments could be horrible just to test out different kind of chemicals. It didn’t take long before the mutants became the new lab rats. After a few years scientists discovered that some mutants had unnatural powers like the ability to move small objects without touching them. It became a great discovery but the powers that they got where to weak so again they started doing horrible experiments. 2 years later Londson went missing and the government took control.

Then the first mutant got a child, the scientist discovered that the children of those mutants could control their powers much better than their parents and because of this, scientists made the mutants breed almost every time they could. Immediately when the child was born they took the it away from their parents so that they could experiment on them. Later they discovered that those children were still too weak for what they hoped for. Disappointed and mad as they where they couldn’t stop experimenting on making the perfect mutant. A year later they succeeded. From that point ‘perfect mutants’ weren’t called by their ID anymore but they started to get ‘subject <number>’ names.

The experimenting continued and they got perfect results. The scientists made the perfect, power controlling mutant. Still they didn’t want to stop. They made more and more subjects and came to a conclusion that not every subject they made had the same power. In fact their where even different kind of subjects. Some of the subjects could control an element others could transform into a wolf or something and there were a lot of other kinds. Legend says that subject 11 was born then.

Legend

Legend says that when subject 11 was born, nothing seemed to be special about this subject. It was just an ordinary subject like every other subject in the scientist’s eyes. But 2 days after she was born the child already showed a very huge intelligent level which made the scientist very excited. The scientists wanted to start experimenting on subject 11 already. But for the sake of subject’s 11 health they didn’t do that. When she reached a certain age the scientists tried to experiment on her but attempts of big experiments always failed to be executed. Scientists couldn’t enter the room without getting the strange feeling of fair. When the scientists tried to do experiments, those experiments where always rather peaceful and unarming. Some of those where just experiments to see what kinds of powers subject 11 had. The results of those tests also failed countless times. The scientists couldn’t figure out what power subject 11 had the only thing they could figure out was that subject 11 never showed any emotion. But this changed when she turned 10 years old.

When subject 11 turned 10 years old, the scientists wanted to do a more ‘advanced’ test. This test involved an elite squad going inside subject 11’s cell and starting to shoot on her to see how she would protect herself. A squad of 50 men entered the room fully equipped with the newest anti-mutation guns to hurt subject 11. The door of Subject 11 opened and the squad entered the jail. Once every squad member was inside the door closed again and not much later everyone aimed at subject 11. Then the captain of the squad gave the order to fire. Right on that moment a smile appeared on subject 11’s face. The sound of gunshots echoed around the room. But when the first bullet was supposed to hit subject 11 she disappeared. The captain of the squad was really surprised just to see her disappear right before his eyes. Not much later a horrible scream could be heard.

The scream came from one of the squad members on the other side of the room. The captain looked at the squad member and didn’t realise why he screamed first but then he saw subject 11 standing behind the guy. Then in a blink of a moment the body of that squad member was ripped apart. While the body parts flew around the room the squad members started to panic and they opened fire at subject 11. But in mid air the bullets just stopped moving and dropped on the ground as if nothing happened. A moment later the communication was lost in subject 11’s room.

Scientists couldn’t explain what happened so they decided to go take a look when they arrived there they could see the shattered body parts of the squad members across the room. Subject 11 who was still smiling was covered in human blood. She then slowly sat down and picked a few human body parts to spell with them: “Happy birthday Subject 11”. The scientists then realised that subject 11 was a dangerous person but before they could do anything subject 11 stood up again and slowly walked to the scientist who were standing before the door.

The scientists also panicked and they started to run away from subject 11. Attempting to slow her down they activated different kinds of barricades and traps but subject 11 could easy make her way through those traps and barricades. When the scientists saw that there traps and barricades had no effect on her, they called the Anti-Mutation squad.

The Anti-Mutation squad is one of the most elite squads in the lab. This squad possesses a lot of well trained and skilled squad’s men. Rumours say that some of those soldiers even possessed a mutant like ability. The higher ups disagree with this but there is actually no one who doesn’t believe those rumours.

When the Anti-Mutation squad arrived at subject 11’s location they immediately started to fight. Details about the fight are top secret but leaked information said that subject 11 managed to kill every squad member who attacked her. In fact the Anti-Mutation squad wasn’t able to defeat subject 11at all but because of a trick they could lock subject 11 up inside a special but secret cage. Another legend says that this cage is made of a metal that is indestructible and a metal that can nullify a subject’s power from the inside. No one knows of the location of this cage.

If the legend where to be true then you could say that subject 11 didn’t cause the scientists to stop experimenting however. They made tons of other subjects and even discovered new races...
Lucky for the staff, unlike subject 11 the other subjects tend to be afraid from the humans because of the elite squads. Those squad’s posses anti mutation guns++ which could kill a subject in only a few shots. There are also lots of other security measures which helps the humans to keep the mutants under control.

There is still hope!

There are still different organisations who want to rescue, protect and safeguard those caged mutants notwithstanding there is not much known of those organisations. The organisations are a mix between humans and mutants but they are heavily in the minority and they usually don’t have the right equipment to rescue mutants. Those organisations still try though. They perform different kind of missions and once in a while attack the lab in attempt to rescue mutants.

Normal Staff members

-Janitors: Keeping the place clean.

-Maintenance Staff: Monitor and keep track of any repairs, updates and fixes that need doing to equipment, security and they even make weapons from time to time.

-IT Staff: Control the systems and software that help run the place. They are also responsible for AI security.

-Assistants: Helping out when needed.

-Scientists: They are given subjects to take care of and often issue tests on.

-Researchers: They carry out any experiments on subjects.

-Head Researchers: They make all the important decisions.

Security Staff Members

-Rooky: The security members who are still in training. They usually carry no to unharmful weapons and they are taught by Security officers.

-Basic security: Basic and lowest ranked security around the lab. They most of the time only carry stun guns and weapons which can’t seriously wound a subject.

-Security officer: average skilled security members who carry harmful to deadly weapons. They also teach the rookies.

-Elite: The Elite are skilled security members who posses deadly to very deadly weapons to counter a mutant.

-Head of the security: Run the safety around the facility.

-Anti-Mutation squad: legendary squad you can’t join without being asked to join them.

Kind/Race

1) Mages: Those subjects have the power to control 1 kind of magic.
a. They can’t use their powers unlimited though because their power cause them to get fatigued pretty fast
b. Mages usually are loners who love to study their magic.

2) Demons: Those subjects have a ‘demon inside them’ which means they can let their demon take control of them or learn to control the demon themselves.
a. Releasing the demon is very dangerous for the subject because demons mostly want to break free from their master.
b. After using the demon the subjects gets really weak for a short amount of time.
c. If you decide to make a demon you have write the demons appearance or have a picture of the demon in your character sheet.

3) Contacted: Those subjects are contacted to one object which they can transform into a weapon. (Example would be a ring which transforms into a sword.)
a. The weapon of a contacted may have more than 1 state. Those states are upgrades of the weapon. (max 3 states)
b. Contacted subjects are mostly strong willed persons but without their precious object, they are useless in battle.

4) Shape shifters: Those subjects can transform themselves into 1, maximum 2 animals.
a. They can only transform themselves into animals but that doesn’t mean that they’ll have to transform their whole body. They can perfectly transform only a part of their body.
b. Shape shifters tend to have the same characteristics of the animal(s) they transform into.

5) Improvements: Those are the mutants who have 1 special human like ability. (example: super strength)
a. They can still be considered mostly human which makes them, most of the time, the most hated race among the mutants.
b. They have the strongest control about their emotions/thoughts.

6) Elders: Those are the mutants with the power to manipulate organism.
a. They are considered the weakest mutant race but they are the most intelligent among mutants.
b. When they manipulate something they have to focus on it. If they lose focus, the manipulation will stop.
c. They are very weak when fighting a larger group of enemies but they can be a strong match for a 1v1 battle.

7) Hot-Eyes: Those are the mutants who use their eyes to cast their power.
a. They have to look at the target to use their power on them.
b. If blindfolded they are useless in battle.
c. For some of this race powers they have to look the target in the eyes. (Wearing glasses can protect you against those powers.)

8) Blood Users: They can control their blood to fight or heal.
a. If used for fighting, they can’t fight for too long because a body only has 5l of blood. If you are too short on blood you die.
b. Can’t use someone else blood for fighting because you can only control blood of yourself outside of your body. (You can use blood of others inside their body though meaning that you can heal them that way.)
c. They are the most loved among mutants because of their healing ability’s

9) Chained-[Other race]: Those are the mutants who can be anything of the above but stronger.
a. Chained mutants are stronger mutants but they are chained to a promise. If they break this promise they will die immediately. (Example: I promise not to hurt any humans.)
b. They get exhausted very fast and can only fight for a short time. They also need plenty of rest before they can fight again.

10) Linked-[Other race]: Those subjects are linked to another subject to make them self more powerful.
a. If one of the linked mutants dies, their partner also dies.
b. The linked mutants must at least be in a 1 km radius of each other or else their powers will be nullified.

Some Info for the people who didn't read it yet.

Mutants will spend most of their time in the mutant gather room. Guards think it is easier to have everyone at one place because if something would go wrong, guards would all be at the scene already. It would also make other mutants scared if they saw one of their own specie being taken down. Like this guards try to keep in control of every situation. You only go to your room for 4 reasons. Sleeping, preparing for an experiment, after an experiment and when you misbehaved. When a mutant misbehaves the staff is permitted to punish them the way they want and this mostly is very bad for your health if you get what I mean. The mutant gather place is just a room with nothing in it. Normally the staff wouldn't come inside. They would only come inside when they want to take a subject with them. Guards don't really watch you all the time because the room is a closed room. It is not made of glass or anything the guards just wait outside and come inside when a researcher or a scientist or anything in that category wants to come inside. So basically the staff can't see you inside the mutant gathering place. They do this because they really love to hear subjects fight among each other and when there would be guards to watch over them, the subjects would hesitate to start a fight and this would lead the guards to have a boring job. When guards hear mutants fighting they don't enter the room for a while because they love to bully exhausted and the weak.

You might also have noticed the secret room thingy on the map. Well even the guards don't know about that place. The doors to that place are hidden doors with exactly the same colors as the walls. You could guess the subject 11 is there but I wouldn't be too sure of that. I like to surprise people you see. ^^

Oh and when you are taken out of your room or taken out of the mutant gather place there is absolutely no way of escaping because there are just too much guards escorting you. Pretend that you would start a rampage when they are escorting you then they could always close the automatic emergency doors and in a few moments the anti-mutation squad would be there to handle you. So don't try escaping in an escort.

For staff members You can't enter any place where mutants could be without a squad of guards being near you so you could try to act nice to mutants but don't be too nice because they will notice and report this to the higher ups.

I don't think that I forgot something but if I did I will tell you the rest later.
